I dont know why every says the mongolian grill is good.....Everytime I get mine its way too overdone and it has too much sauce and I cant eat it. The place look very nice and had lots of food. Very pricey, near $30 for an afternoon late lunch for two seniors. All of the meats we tried were for the most part, very dry and well cooked even the ribs !! No one came around to see if we needed a drink refill not the check either. My wife headed for the car as I went to the front counter to pay the bill. The fellow asked me if he could help me? dah ! There is plenty of food at this buffet but their food is extremely oily. They don't clean after their guests and when I asked for more water the waitress rolled her eyes at me and it took her about five minutes to get the water. Food is great, fresh and has awesome variety but the service here is HORRIBLE. My boyfriends parents love this place so when they're in town is the only time we go here. I like the variety of food and how clean everything looks but every time we come here the problem is refilling drinks. We have to choke on the food and waive the person down to refill our drinks every time. Its not that hard to have one of them occasionally walk by the table and see if we need refills. Was pleasantly surprised with the food. Service could have been better. Was seated with no utensils. When we ask our server he pointed to the front desk. The manager over here is a nice man. I came here today and encountered one customer ate dinner but want to pay for lunch price. This man is so rude, cause he took photos of servers, manager and whole restaurant. I don't know what he gonna do.. By the way, I ask the price clearly. This restaurant changes lunch to dinner at 3:30pm. That's means if you come here after 3:30pm they gonna charge you for dinner price. And if you come here before 3:30pm but you eat dinner food they still charge you dinner price as well. I think it's reasonable. I hope people who want to come here later understand this. I almost avoided this place based on some of the reviews. I gave it a chance on a friends recomdation and enjoyed the experience. The place was clean, the food selection was abundant and the quality was very impressive for the price. The only thing I did not like was the service and hospitality of the staff. For $23 me and my boyfriend stuffed ourselves with crab legs, sushi, and poor quality chicken. The sushi was far from fresh, and you cant really mess up crab legs. My brother told me about this place and I liked it a lot! It's your normal Chinese buffet and it was pretty decent with a lot of options. Chocolate fountain, Mongolian section (and they give you the option to cook an egg and put it on top of your Mongolian), egg drop soup was good, etc. pretty good service and they keep the food fresh. RIP OFF....if you can eat more than $14 then this place is ideal. If you are like me or my 12 year old son paying that much for what if offered is pricey.
