Very generous portions and fair prices! For a two-item combo, they fill up your box and don't skimp on how much food they give. This Chinese place is my go-to on those days when the only food I can think about eating is chow mein. The employees and owners of this location are all very attentive, humble, respectful, and friendly, and you can bet on it that you'll be in and out of there in a heartbeat if you're doing take-out. There is also a good amount of seating inside if you want to eat there as well. Unlike many Chinese food places in the area, this is one of the few that accepts card as payment. Parking lot is modestly sized but I've never had a problem with finding a spot. Next-door to this restaurant is a 24/7 donut shop if you're having more of a sweet tooth, which is a plus! I don't know if I've eaten here under the new ownership since it's been awhile but this little chinese place stands out because it offers more than your standard fare of chinese fast food. Oh sure they have your standards, broccoli beef, orange chicken, but none are done very well and with very little customers the food sits out for long periods of time. It's the unique dish offerings that draw me in like: Pork ribs in black bean sauce 4 stars - I would call this their signature dish, since I have yet to come across it anywhere else. These are the rib tips of the pork cooked tender in a black bean sauce. The meat melts off the bone/cartilage in your mouth and the sauce has a nice flavor. Chicken skewers 3 stars - Because I never see these in a chinese fast food, decent but not much value since you only get 1 skewer in the combo plate. Chicken wings 3 stars - They usually have not 1, not 2 but 3 kinds of chicken wings available in fried or spicy or teryaki flavors. Nice on the variety but poor on the size. These are some of the smallest wings you'll come across, they might be squab wings. Curry chicken 3 stars - Chicken and potatoes in a nice yellow curry sauce. BBQ Pork 3.5 stars - Cooked right. I'm a bbq pork fanatic, so when I say cooked right I mean it's bbq'd whole and then sliced when you order it so it maintains it juicy pork flavor. Usually I'd give 4 stars, but they tend to use small, flat pieces of pork so you get small pieces instead of nice large chunks of meat. They also tend to run out quick so go early in the day if you want the pork, as they won't make anymore. If your standard staple of chinese fast food is to order orange chicken, broccoli beef, & chow mein then I would recommend going to Panda, but if you feel adventurous into trying some new flavors this place is worth a shot. Combo plates are your standard price, but the a la carte has good value as they only charge $1 per item. When I want my cheap bbq pork fix I come here. read more

I moved to this side of town 3 months ago and was SO happy when I found this place. The orange chicken actually tastes like ORANGE, none of that fake stuff. New management came in a year or so ago and really added polished and consistency to the food... As for the food itself, I've tried a few of their tastier looking options and I have to admit one item is LIGHTYEARS better than the rest... The BBQ pork. It's a generous and delicious portion sliced from whole right before your eyes. Too often Chinese food is disgustingly manufactured and processed 'meat' drenched in food coloring. The BBQ pork is still heavy on salt/sugar, but it's as close to a healthier option Chinese takeaway as you'll get. Get it with steamed white rice and not only will it fill you up, but it'll only cost you approx $5. Note 50cent charge for card purchases under $10. Drinks are cheaper at 7/11 next door! read more

The only two things that could make this place better is real made Sweet and Sour sauce, theirs comes in a packet and it is not good. Tried this place for some shrimp fried rice. The sign says "cooked to order" but the woman quickly scooped rice out of the glass buffet case. Then asked me if I wanted it spicy or not. Took it to the back. Then charged me $ .50 for my order because it was below 10. I told her I would order something else but she ran the card thru so quick and had already charged me. This is our go to chinese place! The food is delicious, the staff is great, the prices are great, and they give you plenty of food. We first tried it out over the summer when the restaurant became under new management and since then we have become regulars. This is the most disgusting food I've ever had. I think they use the old grease from the deep fryer to add grease to everything-such as the chicken fried rice and the egg fu yung. This place is under new ownership and they stink!!!! I work 2 doors down and my co-workers eat there a lot. I asked them if they have noticed that everything tastes like old used grease and they all said yes, so they only get the white rice and deep fried chicken (this is what the grease tastes like) and steamed veggies.
