Of course, an order of Pad Thai, 2 orders since I have 5 hungry people to feed. Also, I ordered the Thai coconut soup, I think it's called Tom Kha with chicken. We used my room since I have a bigger room. We had plates and set ups for all five of us and we re-plated the food on the serving plates that came with the room. I have been a customer of Nick's 40+ times at minimum. However, they really need to start adding more salads to their menu. The traditional Nick's menu is good, it's very solid. I am a big fan of their filets, petit bistro salad, steak salad, and fish. None of those should be cut! But there needs to be, at minimum, one to two more entrée salad options. Quinoa is great, but doesn't work for everyone. Even just one or two added entree salads would make it much more enticing to return, especially for mixed gender groups. Ideally, the chef could rotate this salad through new concepts seasonally. No need for new menus, just do a specials card. If that's not possible, then one or two permanent salad items to cater to the health foodies would be AMAZING. The main issue is that the Nick's menu lacks innovation, which makes it hard to bring business partners or friends there on repeat visits. I wouldn't be so bothered except that the last time I went to Nick's I added chicken to a salad and they gave me a very poorly prepared piece of low quality chicken with three mouthfuls of bone and gristle.
