Foil Wrapped Chicken no seasoning or sauce

Chicken fried rice had maybe 3 pieces of chicken and the foil wrapped chicken had no marinade or seasoning. Kung pow chicken had decent flavor but all vegetables were way over cooked.

three trays of food left on the counter

We picked up dinner (Family Dinner for Two) for take out and were extremely impressed with the flavor, quality, and service provided. This is one of those places that you do not want to judge by the outside, because you will be wrong. The flavor and quantity of the food prepared was excellent. The lady was extremely efficient and polite. We will be returning again, as this is probably one of the best places for good Chinese food in Anderson.

Take out- Veggie delight, sweet and sour tofu, sesame tofu, and veggie fried rice no egg.

They allowed me to pay over the phone and brought our food out to the car for minimal contact, we got mixed vegetables delight, sweet and sour tofu, sesame tofu, and vegetable fried rice no egg for an awesome vegan meal! Everything was amazing and super cheap, the sweet and sour tofu was my favorite!

General chicken/ orange chicken- both plates with fried rice and a great egg roll

Yummy little unassuming restaurant. My husband and I both enjoyed our lunch meals today. Reasonably priced... great portions and much better food than your Panda Express chain. Good service. Definitely going to stop by again.

    Combo meal for my dad!

We found this place from our way home from Burney Falls. The place is cute, clean, and staff are super friendly. It was their first week of being open. The food was good, fresh, and very tasty. I highly recommend the Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, BBQ fried rice, and Mongolian beef. Oh, they also have us yummy pot stickers for free. Check this place out.

Sweet and sour pork, pork fried rice, cheese wontons, potstickers, pork chowmein and lastly war wonton soup. Yummyyyyy

Ask the Community - Chinatown Restaurant

Do they use MSG in their food?

Yes, they do to make the food taste so good! MSG is in Doritos and Pringles too, NOT just CHINESE food! Even Cattleman's put is on their steaks as seasoning! The server told me!

We ordered from the Lunch Special menu, which was from 11AM to 3PM everyday. The entrees came with Soup of the Day, Egg Roll, and either Steamed Rice, Pork Fried Rice, or Chicken Chow Mein. We ordered the Chicken with Snow Peas with Steamed Rice for $11.75, Vegetable Bean Curd with Steamed Rice for $11.55, and Beef with Oyster Sauce with Chicken Chow Mein for $12.55. The Soup of the Day was Hot & Sour Soup. The soup was really good, delicious, and not spicy at all. The Egg Rolls were crispy and too oily. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls was good. All the dishes were descent, but way too salty. We were told you can request the dishes to be light on the salt. We wouldn't mind returning next time as the flavors were good, but we would request the dishes be less salty.

Eating out is pricy these days but decided to splurge and soooo happy we did. The restaurant is in an area with lots of one way streets but worth the challenge of getting there. They were out of the curry so I settled on the miso ramen, complete with egg. Did not disappoint. Husband had beef pho and he also was happy. We shared garlic edamame, excellent! And a Caesar salad, (Slightly disappointing except croutons were house made and still warm, great texture!) We topped the meal with the best tiramisu I've ever eaten. The restaurant closes 9 PM and we were lucky enough to reach before that as we entered. The ambience was amazing. The hotel was quite big enough and the sitting area was also very pretty. Me and my daughter and my husband selected up place. We ordered a dinner plate unknowing of the fact both the quantity of the food and as we were hungry enough so we ordered one plate of kung pao chicken, which comes with egg drop soup and one egg roll along with a plate of half chicken needles, half pork fried rice or boiled rice, optional along with the compound chicken and we ordered another plate of sweet-and-sour chicken along with the same combination of fried rice or white rice and half chicken noodles along with a soup and one roll and my daughter ordered a plate of chicken noodle noodles. The food was served within five minutes and seeing the quantity we got scared because it was huge. I would recommend you if you are with a kid or if you are three people please go for two plates as it's really huge amount of quantity we couldn't finish it at all. We had to box it and when we really ordered three box Ambience was really quiet. And I really like the service as they were gentle and friendly.
