Chinese skewer bbq is a whole different concept compared to yakitori or American bbq. Chinese skewers are spicy and flavored with a particular seasoning. After trying it in China, this store provides a very similar authentic taste! I have to admit its not for everyone but its a must try. I highly recommend the egg plant and beef skewers. And the best part of this place is that they close at midnight every day but they are closed on Tuesday. Pro Tip: ask for seasoning on the side to give yourself an extra spicy kick for all the flaming hot foodies.

Food was pretty good, though a little overpriced for the quality and amount in my opinion. We went for dinner late at night so we were too late for the all you can eat. The only thing I'd say is, I wish they gave at least a small bowl of rice with main dishes like the spicy fish rather than charge for it no matter what.

Love coming to this place for Chinese bbq and it's now AYCE menu!

We love coming to this place for Chinese bbq and now the menu has recently changed to AYCE.

great service and good. All you can eat skewer and appetizers are great! My kids (both under 6) ate for free. Had a good selection. Will come back

Great selection for AYCE! Super easygoing vibe and just feels like a nice place to kick back and throw down like 40 skewers and a few cheap cans of beer. Plenty of options for skewers, and AYCE includes your standard appetizers like soups and dumplings, along with great drinking bites like fried chicken gizzard and quail. Mantou with condensed milk was a surprise hit too, very nice to have something sweet and chewy mid meal and at the end. Our server was very kind and attentive, and very patient with us since it was our first time at Chinese skewer bbq. Looking forward to coming back again!

Black Bean Sauce Noodles, really salty

Food: 3.5 stars Service: 5 stars I ordered via doordash and this was one of the few restaurants that were open at the time. Doordash had some issues charging me for extra rice but the lady on the phone was nice enough to sort it out for me. The cumin lamb didn't come with rice which I found was odd, especially a dish that is super salty. The lamb skewers are delicious but they are super small comparing to other restaurants on convoy drive. The cumin lamb dish was good but super salty. The black bean noodles were also good but it was also super salty. Make sure you have plenty of water or you'll for sure be thirsty after finish eating.

Good place for friends and family. We visited here in Thanksgiving and many tables were occupied.

Quite possibly the worst Chinese BBQ I have ever been to and this includes overseas in China. Recently they changed format to all you can eat, probably did this as I don't see how they could possibly last. Restaurant decor that looks like it has never been updated , and restrooms that needs cleaning. The worst part of this experience is the food that they call "bbq" as can be seen from the pics there is nothing bbq about this, it appears they boil the meats and than just toss on the grill, as no way they can possibly cook long enough on a bbq for an all you can eat place , corn was cold rest of the dishes had a very bland taste. The one star is so can provide warning before you t think about going here. Avoid this place !!

Food here is absolutely delicious, we have only ordered via delivery before and this is also the first ever Chinese skewer place I've ever introduced my white boyfriend it too. He loved it too, most of the food here is very spicy yet flavorful, so better get ready for your mouth!! We love the skewer here, all cooked so perfectly. It is also under new management, the service here is absolutely wonderful. We came on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all, our waitress was absolutely sweet and helpful. This has got to be the cleanest Chinese restaurant I've ever been to as well. They also offer hotpot. Gotta try next time. They have an outside dinning available as well.

Is this place still open with their AYCE? Or do they have new Hours? We've tried to come on 3 different week days in 2026 round 7ish and they weren't open?

    Are their Oden taste good?

Is it true that they stopped doing AYCE Hot Pot?

Getting the check at the end of our meal took quite a bit of time. They have a mandatory 20% auto gratuity but also have another line on the bill for even more gratuity. Tried: Bulgogi birria vampiro $10 HH - two small tostadas piled high with toppings. Very messy to eat. Flavor was okay. Beef was very fatty. Multiverse fries $18 - super disappointed that these were absolutely drenched in franks buffalo sauce. It has a very unique flavor profile so we knew right away. Fries were soggy and beef and fried chicken thigh pieces were both on the fattier end. Not worth the price. Needed sour cream or guacamole. Cosmic Crunch Shrimp $12 - 4 very small shrimp that tasted pretty oily. Skip this. Yeosu Bliss $14 - a very raspberry forward drink. Overall it was just okay but the flavor profile just wasn't our thing.

It is sooo good and unlike any other bossam I've had before. It's thinner and the edges were chewy. Sooo tasty and with the garlic, green onion, and jalapeno it's literally the perfect bite. The ddukbokki was solid too. Rice cakes had lots of flavor and I love fish cake. It was a tad bit too sweet for me though. I didn't really like the chadol yukdaejang, the flavor wasn't really for me, and I don't love clear noodles. Banchan is a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes it doesn't look fresh. The first time we went the server gave us free corn cheese! It was delicious. They were so sweet. Ambiance is great too, they have kpop music videos on rotation!

Once I walked in, I immediately saw it's the perfect late-night hangout with such a great vibe. It's styled like a cozy Korean pojangmacha pub, K-pop tracks playing nonstop, and the lighting sets such a nice mood. The three of us ordered bossam, and it was absolutely incredible!! The pork belly had the perfect balance of fat and lean meat--it's their signature dish for a reason. I couldn't stop giving it thumbs up This dish alone guarantees I'll be coming back for more. We also got spicy beef soup, which was rich, hearty and delicious, plus cold noodle soup. The cold noodles were decent but nothing mind-blowing. Next time I want to try classic Korean comfort foods like seafood pancake and cheesy spicy stir-fried chicken. Corn cheese is another highly recommended item here too. Our three dishes totaled $71, around $24 per person--pretty reasonable, and we left completely stuffed. It was only 10:30 when we headed out, and there was already a line forming out the door. This place is definitely super popular!

When we finally settled at our new table, the server came over to help us fix our grill but accidentally poked me on my arm with the pointy grill stick. The kabab was actually very good. One of my favorite things about this place is how easy it is. You order on the kiosk, grab a seat, and your food usually comes out within like 10-15 minutes. The inside has a lot of seating and even games like Jenga which makes it feel like a fun spot to hang out for lunch. I didn't interact much with service since I used the kiosk, but the worker upfront was really friendly and even brought my takeout to my table. This time I tried the Dynamite Crawfish Bowl and the Dynamite Fries. The bowl comes with crawfish, rice, dynamite sauce, eel sauce, seaweed, sesame seeds, and pickled radish on top. The fries normally come with sweet potato fries but I swapped mine for regular fries because I just wasn't feeling sweet potato that day. The fries were honestly kind of underwhelming. It was basically fries with dynamite sauce and only a few pieces of garlic confit, which was the part I was most excited for. They weren't bad, just really underwhelming. I honestly think the sweet potato fries probably would've worked better with the flavors. The crawfish bowl though was really good. The crawfish had this slight smoky flavor to it like it was lightly torched and they give you a lot in each bite. The rice was fluffy and cooked perfectly and the pickled radish on top helped cut through all the richness from the sauces. Everything worked really well together flavor wise. My only complaint is that halfway through the bowl the flavors started blending together a little too much and it gets boring, but overall it was still super satisfying and filling. Definitely still one of my favorite quick lunch spots in Carmel Mountain and somewhere I'd bring friends because the menu has so many good options. Their dessert menu also sounds insane so I already know I'll be back.
