Wow... horrible. I got the asada salad/bowl to go. The meat was pretty much inedible. Chewy/fatty/gristle-y you name it -- disgusting, after the third bite (which I promptly spat out) I decided I should just throw the entire thing out. Truly the most miserable Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff are consistently rude, short with you and give portions so small it seems like a joke. We used to live in LA and our neighborhood Chipotle was stellar- this one doesn't even seem related it's so bad. I love chipotle, but not this location. Each time I go it's something new... I went in today for a burrito and there was only 4 people ahead of me. Tell me why it took like 15 minutes to get to the register. One of the employees was struttin' around not doing much of anything while the line was taking forever, one of your cooks was breathing down my neck in line and I had to ask him to please step back from me, the guy who "wrapped" my burrito did a terrible job (why do you stuff them so big if you can never fold them right!?), and when I finally made it up to the register the same employee that had been struttin' around earlier was now at the register but when I got up to her she was like "I have to go the back I'll be right with you" and walked away. Not a fan of the bland. After coming here and giving this place plenty of opportunity to impress I continue to leave disappointed. Wanna know why? Where is the flavor?? I give up on chipotle. This chipotle is pathetic excuse for a restaurant. The staff is constantly changing and there is always a new face wrapping balled up burritos. Their turnover rate was at 90% when I used to work their. They don't give their crew their breaks and scapegoat them when things go wrong. The steak is usually overcooked and dry and many times the chicken would be undercooked. Idk bout you but I don't like my chicken medium rare. Don't come here if you value your own well-being cus you'll get sick eventually. They like to take advantage of young impressionable workers who's first job is working here. They abuse their young workers who often don't know better than to just take the abuse move on. Not the best customer service, we ordered 2 burritos and 2 burrito bowls to go, I wanted chicken and they didn't have any I was told 20 min for chicken. I had to have steak instead, the steak was tough. the staff was tripping over each other there was no organization. I got home (only 3 miles away) both burritos were ice cold like they were pre-made and got wrapped up without getting heated up both of them! them. The burrito bowls we hot-ish. My first time at chipotle was ruined by the rude employee and the confusing way of building a taco.....

I know chipotle has been getting beaten up lately and for good reason. Things have calmed down so I thought I would try a salad today (same as a bowl but with salad instead of rice.) I gotta say: This was bomb! I added guac no drink total cost $9.00 and you can easily share this - the portion size was huge. All the flavors where on point- the chicken was cooked good the salsa had a nice hint of spice. The ambiance was good too.. Great music playing. It was weird to be at chipotle at lunch and it wasn't busy at all.... Going to take some time to earn the public trust back. Safe to say in my eyes Chipotle is back and I will be coming back for more salads soon! read more

When the Door Dash delivery driver gets here, we discover after he leaves that he's forgotten three orders of chips and large guacamole. I call the store, and they say they'll deliver the missing food. 45 minutes Later I called the store again and ask where the missing food is. The manager informs me that Door Dash delivery decided that it wasn't worth it to deliver the missing food. The manager knew and never called me! He told me that Door Dash would be crediting me. Yah, I'm sure that's going to happen right after that creep delivery driver finishes eating the rest of my order. And the food that didn't get delivered? Greasy. Was at the outlet day after Christmas and was hungry from spending money I don't have. Got hungry and I did not want to go to their food court so when I was walking in the new section of the outlet, I saw Chipotle and made a beeline to it. I got three crunchy tacos, two Barbacoa and one chicken. They overfilled my tacos with deliciousness where I needed to finish my food with a fork. In comparison to other locations this has been by far the worst, and I'm an avid chipotle fan. I come to this location bc of the convenience of location, however, I would rather eat elsewhere with the service and inconsistency this location has. Every time you go your portion size is different. The staff is typically rude with a few outliers here and there. They do not have good communication and there is almost always something "out" ex: vinaigrette, rice, avocado, etc. I'm not sure who is managing this location, but it seems like a bunch of teenagers with no reverence for customer service and low skills. Of course I don't blame the staff, they seemed tense, stressed, and negative. This seems to be more of a reflection on management. Despite the portion sizes being inconsistent upon each visit, the flavor and taste was still consistent with other locations. When you crave a simple, fast, healthy meal that will fill you up and leave you satisfied, Chipotle is the place to go. This location is very convenient as it is in the Camarillo Premium Outlet parking lot closest to Las Posas Road. They were smart to design the food establishments in a section away from the outlet stores at the far end of the parking lot as this allows close parking for eating away from the rush of the shopping. It is so convenient to get in and out of the food establishments that we stopped there just for lunch but no shopping today. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Plus when I sent my daughter back for a side of sour cream they gave it to her free rather than charge for it. It is nice to go places that don't nickel and dime you. read more

Yes... I'm going to review a Chipotle. Now... I've been to many a Chipotle but this one is kinda special. Everything was supper fresh. Not "Chipotle" fresh. But super fuckin fresh. Like I could tell the bell peppers were bell peppers because they were green. The guacamole tasted salty, lemony and got me right in the jaw, which is everything I want.
