Then she had the audacity to argue with me and tell me I didn't order any drinks. We literally went back and forth 3 or 4 times before she finally gave me my cups.. it was ridiculous!! She didn't asked us "for here" or "to go" and packed our food in to go orders so we had to ask for a tray because we were sitting down to enjoy our food there. The last three times, no guacamole and pico de gallo for someone who's standing in line ordering BUT available for those ordering online only. Had to cancel my order 5/24/2024 at 9pm because all they had was chicken all other protein were out, so i decided to go with a chicken bowl and when i ask for sour cream they told me we only have sour cream for tomorrow, and there is no romaine lettuce. Visited at 9pm and it wasn't a good sign when the server was helping the gentlemen ahead of me and struggling to scrape off the toasted rice bits from the bottom and sides of the brown rice container to serve to him? Do not order online. When you do you are given a "promised" by time that your food will be ready. I went in 10 minutes after placing an online order and they hadn't started it. I gave my name and was told "it doesn't need to be ready until the promised time." I asked if I could get in line to have it made and they said...I'd need to try and cancel my online order. I couldn't. Then they just ignored me for 10 minutes while helping several customers that came in after me, waiting until they were all through before starting my order at the "promised" time. Very disappointed in my lunch today. I had a quick lunch break today and decided to order online to have my food ready by the time I get there. I go to chipotle a few times out of the month and have never had any issues until now. Self explanatory I ordered a Burrito with white rice, carnitas, black beans and cheese. I start eating on my lunch and taste onion. I hate onion. Then I notice corn, green bell peppers and guacamole. Isn't guacamole extra? Not to mention also the tortilla. This place has terrible customer service.. The worker who was making my food was very rude to me and my girlfriend. She threw a bunch of cheese, on the bowl that we were getting to the point where we had to takeoff almost all of it . And then on top of that when we ate the food, it was cold same with the queso that we got. Never had it that bad before and on top of that, the person who made it through the food in the bag, along with the queso, and the cheese got everywhere. And to top it off the cashier, I asked napkins from, so that I could clean off the cheese and my bag. Wanted to be rude and give attitude when asked for a new bag and napkins.
