Not sure why there are so many bad reviews - I've been to quite a few Chipotle locations and in my opinion this is one of the best in terms of food freshness and cleanliness. I worked here YEARS ago (about a decade) in high school and still eat here, if that tells you anything about the food safety protocols followed. Prices are cheap, obviously have gone up a bit over the years but you can still get a very sizable, fresh meal for around $10. I also noticed that they're better than other locations at remembering the full order - they never forget the chips and they're always good at honoring special instructions. Super nice and respectful severs, burritos so big they are nearly exploding, and fresh ingredients delivered in very light and clean surroundings! I've not been to this location in two years. I didn't think it could get any worse but I guess I was wrong. Person making my bowl was so careful with how much food he put in my bowl. With each ingredient I had to ask if he can you put a little more, please. After the third time it was embarrassing that I had to keep asking but he was putting 1/2 of a spoon of each item. I finally said why are you teasing me? You are not feeding a toddler I'm 5'11", and not asking for extra just for the usual I always get at all other locations. To start the restaurant is filthy. My family came in to have lunch while on vacation and almost every table was covered in food or wrappers. I finally made my way up to order and I had to repeat, multiple times what each thing was. The guy that was rolling the burritos kept busting them open and then having to double wrap them. The end result was a mess. After having my own burrito wrapped two times, and seeing what a huge mess it was, I had him put it in a bowl as it was. He decided to put on a lid, which I didn't need as we were eating there, and had sour cream all over his gloves, so the whole top of my lid was covered in sour cream. My husband cleaned off a table for us and after digging into our meals, I bit into a chicken bone. When we went to eat our chips they were extremely stale and chewy. Being in this location literally made me feel dirty. Add to that, this location was very loud when we were there. The only positive that I can list is that the employees were nice. Went there Monday night and it was a sh*t show! I waited 30 mins for food ordered on the app...it was supposed to be ready when I got there. The burritos were horrible. No chips. I paid almost $50 for a horrible meal and experience. The kid working there gave me the number for a refund without me even asking. Even he knew the service and meal were terrible. C'mon Chipotle get this location together...it's embarrassing. Also CT workers are some of the worst I've ever experienced....it is bizarre. The schools here are awful, they don't teach kids to take pride in their work at all. I already got a refund from Chipotle which I appreciate. I just wish that you would work on managing this location effectively. I've gone to many different Chipotle locations and usually it's great service and great food but this particular location is awful!! This location has spiraled downhill in the recent months. Terrible customer service. Inconsistent food. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. The last time I was here I complained to the manager about the utter chaos and he assured me that it was because the high school teams had just come through and they hadn't had a chance to clean up. I don't expect a lot from fast food places. Having worked at a few, my expectations when ordering are within reason. While the food quality is much better than taco bell, it's rare that I receive my order correctly from chipotle. What I don't understand is that I order through doordash, and the order is printed right there on the screen. There's no miscommunication or "oops I heard wrong". I had to come back and update my previous review of the Canton Chipotle as the quality, freshness and portion sizes of the food have dramatically gotten better in recent months, which is wonderful considering my family loves Chipotle and this location is very convenient. Not sure if this location has new management, but the freshness of the food is on point, they always have what we want when we come in and their current crew is great and provides great service (pleasant, helpful and kind). I decided to order double chicken to my bowl with guac, to make up for the lack of calories I had not consumed throughout my day. Surprise surprise when Carlos comes to drop off my food not only is the portion size for a toddler in there, but they forgot my god darn guac. I paid the extra money to get both guac and double chicken and instead they just load my bowl up with lettuce. If I could meet the person that made this combination of rice beans and lettuce rather than a double chicken bowl with guac, I would force feed them guac until until they turned green. Hows this for a disaster, I ordered online for 11:30 pickup, got there and order wasn't ready, went up to cashier and showed them my order, he relayed to floor manager who said they did not receive order. I showed it to him and they said it was ordered online and he couldn't help me? I said I am showing you my order from the ap and it said you received the order. He than said to wait online and they will make it, the line had 7 people on it, I already waited 15 minutes and had only 15 minutes left.....why could they just not make it? Anyway I had to leave, contacted chipotle online, got virtual robot, finally connected me to a live chat person, which they told me the store got tge order, i insisted they didn't and after multiple text back and forth I was issued a credit, lost my rewards points for that order and went back to work with no lunch! Obviously the Canton Chipotle lacks management is unprofessional, including the online service. The quesadilla had no cheese and 3 pieces of steak in it, and didn't contain the fajita veggies I ordered. My husband got a bowl and asked for extra sour cream. They didn't give him any sour cream. Picked up an online order with my name and the food inside the bag was for someone else. Upon returning inside to let them know the wrong items were packed I was accused of taking the wrong bag. After giving me a hard time they remade the order and put another sticker on another bag. I don't want to post the photo of both bags with my name on it for obvious reasons.
