I visit this chipotle quite often and each time I order a chicken bowl with a tortilla on the side. Each time Ive visited this restaurant, they have forgotten my tortilla and when I proceed to ask for it again I'm spited and given an attitude as if I am in the wrong. On top of that I often find myself asking 3+ times. I have two words CUSTOMER SERVICE. The whole restaurant needs to reevaluate what they are there for. And if you need to be reminded it's to please the customer. I would also like to add that I'm a very nice person and treat those in the food industry with the upmost respect but I cannot deal with this. I and every other customer works hard for their money and when spending it, I expect it to be worth it. And this, this is not. So if you are looking for a place to eat...avoid this one. read more

I like Chipotle's food but this location totally sucks. Ordering online, order #1 ~ Food is stone cold. Order #2 ~ Bag is missing an item, and vegetarian tacos have chicken in them. Order #3 ~ we pay online, and then my other half is charged again when he goes to pick it up. Gets it home, order totally mangled, wrong ingredients in wrong bowls. On July 4th, Chipotle was closed and their competitor, Q'doba, over the road, was standing outside Chipotle handing out B1G1 coupons, so we went there instead. Hot, exactly as ordered, and polite service. It kills me the way the Chipotle employees act like it's your fault when you politely explain what's wrong. Honestly I never come to this location because I've had issues in the past! Today they were out of corn and we had no clue until it was time to put corn on in our bowl! If they would have at least notified us before we even got in line then it wouldn't have been an issue. They need to do better in communicating with guest. I wouldn't have been getting chipotle if I would have known! Probably won't be back at this location ever. Not to mention the customer service wasn't that great either! Shiver me jippers. We ordered our chipotle burritos online to avoid the dinner rush. When I got there by the set time of 7:30, I had paid for my food and was ready to pick it up. I had waited for about a millennium. Turns out that they have yet to make our food. After about growing 3 beards, I have finally received the godly super authentic Mexican goodness. BUTT (not a spelling error) when we began to chow down on our not Taco Bell, we had realized that they got all of our orders wrong...I'm usually not the type to complain and write yelp reviews but this chipotle hasn't blessed my soul like they usually do. This location is run by incompetent workers. Chipotle needs to come in and do a review of how this location is run. Most obviously have no restaurant experience, since their focuses are on tasks that do not speed up service (being out on vegetables and chicken), but the worker who is "wiping down the tables" takes 10 mins to do so since she must check and respond to text messages. There is always a line to the door here. That means parking can be a pain! Just park a little towards Petco and you will be fine. The store is clean. The line moves fast. I have always beenn pleased with the quality and taste of food. A few weeks ago it was extremely busy...line way past the door. when I got home and started to eat I realized my rice was under cooked!! BOO! I was so frustrated and not about to go back. I just ate what i could. The next day I called the manager and he was kind, apologetic and valued my feedback. He gave me a credit for everything on my receipt. This is your standard Chipotle. The customer service is neither outstanding nor offensive. You don't come to Chipotle looking to be wowed by such things, you come to just to get that burrito bowl and get it quickly. The line did not move too slowly when we were here. The noise level is horrible and deafening because they think having no ceiling in the place is tres chic et moderne! I really love chipotle and I always compare which ones I go to. The closest one that I live to is in the one here on old dobbin lane. The service is usually pretty good and they usually give you a good portion of ingredients. There are sometimes where they do get lazy and just give you small portions which doesn't happen often. The staff is usually nice. I would recommend this chipotle opposed to the one at the mall in columbia where they usually don't give you much in general. read more

They ALWAYS have a long line here. It doesn't matter what time it is the line is literally always to the door if not further. I'm going to try and order online next time to save myself from having to stand there forever. The food is good and I like the shredded beef, it's a little spicy but tastes so good. I visited the Chipotle on Dobbin Rd in Columbia today (July 18, 2018) around 7:45pm. I ordered what I normally get for my son who is still in his very finicky stage- 2 bowls of white/brown rice and black beans ONLY. I normally pay $4.46 ($1.05 per side plus tax) at Chipotle. Today, I expected no different. Unfortunately, that was not the case. One of the women (appeared to be Hispanic) working on the line quickly wrote some indistinguishable code for a veggie special on the lid. I politely attempted to correct her letting her know, I only ordered rice and beans. With a nasty attitude, she retorted, because I ordered brown and white rice, I had to pay the veggie special price. I asked the cashier (appeared to be African American) how much did the veggie special cost and he told me $5.00 each. I protested again. A man (appeared to be Hispanic), possibly the manager, was called over by the rude woman and he insisted that her code was correct because ordering 2 types of rice counted as 3 sides. This I found to be ridiculous. I told them "no thank you" and traveled to the Chipotle near Arundel Mills. I placed the exact same order and paid $4.46 for the two bowls of rice and beans (see receipt). I will never visit this Chipotle again! read more

Most of the time it wraps around the entire store, and even though the line moves as efficiently as possible that's a really long wait. Ordering online in advance is typically the way to go, but even that can be impossible Last night I placed an order at 7pm and wouldn't be able to pick it up until 9pm. Uhh no thanks. I've probably turned away from this place more times than actually ate here. I am a chipotle-dependent girl, especially during the week. Even though I absolutely love their food, this location needs a bit more improvement. The staff is not very friendly, and they seem annoyed at their job, especially when you ask for a different ingredient. Many times, they're out off cilantro or even lettuce! How is that possible? I've tried this location 3 times and today I actually witnessed some of the staff giving away extra food to their friends and not charging for extra chicken. I mean, really? Customers can see this!! We come to this location often. It is extremely hit and miss. They are out of items a lot and they give inconsistent portions even when asking for more of a certain item. Our most recent visit was this Sunday and they helped 1 person in 20 minutes because the staff could not handle the online orders. They need to use a second line in the back to handle online orders, so customers standing in line can be helped. Several customers walked out the door because the wait was so long. Delicious, fresh food. Love the addition of brown rice. This Columbia location is always busy. Don't be turned off by the long line. The associates here are super fast and the line moves very quickly. Although it doesn't look like a ton of seating, I've never had to wait for an available table. Plus, there's outdoor seating too! A clean store although you will usually have to wipe down your own table because the turnover is happening quicker than the staff can keep up with. read more

I walked in here at 2pm on a weekday taking a late lunch, the line was easily a 35-40 minute line, not including the 20 online orders I'm sure would impede your progress. I usually avoid this location because around lunch time its usually crowded. I though that getting in early I would miss out on the lunch rush. Parking lot was packed. It's in a busy shopping center across from another busy shopping center. I got in at 11 and evidently everyone else came at 11 too. I waited in line for a while probably close to 20 min. The lines moved very slowly and it didn't look like they had quite enough people working the front. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. Man this spot is stingy with the rice meat and toppings. My bowl was about half full by the time I got to the end of the assembly line. If I wanted more meat there would have been a upcharge. I got some guacamole and that was almost $2.00 for not even a tablespoon. Hardly even worth it to me so I know for next time. The food was good though so I cant gripe about that. They are on par with just about any other Chipotle. I would probably go to a different location that is a little more generous with the amount of food they give you. read more

The line is always crazy long, and the people working the line are very stingy. They act like the food comes out of their paycheck when you ask for extra cheese or sour cream! Are you that Chipotle all the time and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I work in Washington DC so I visit several different locations frequently. This location in Columbia Maryland seems to skimp on the meat. They fill your bowl with rice, give a little baby scoop of meat and then stuff lettuce in the rest of the bowl. I've been eating at this location for the last 5 years so the only thing that I can conclude is that the management tells the employees not to give as much meat as the other locations allow. I gave them 2 stars because the food is good and typically the service is equal in most of the other locations. I don't feel like I get a good value for what I pay at this location and I doubt I'll continue eating there. read more
