This review is for a wonderful employee: A male employee, around 40-50 years old, took our order for a carne asada bowl with a tortilla and guacamole on the side. He had a very kind and warm demeanor, offering us an extra empty bowl since we were sharing. I noticed how dedicated and hard working he was too. He was consistently busy in the kitchen, whether organizing, cleaning, or serving food. If I get his name, I'll be updating my review. Another plus is the location-- there's Trader Joe's in the plaza and a dumpling place which is all right for St. Louis standards. read more

This Chipotle is BOMB. It's super clean inside, the staff is (moderately) friendly, and they always LOAD my bowl up with stuff. No Chipotle is 5 stars for me, I prefer Qdoba, but this one comes darn close. The app is also so convenient! read more

This location is terrible. Every time I go, and I asked for whatever protein.(steak or chicken). For whatever reason they skimp on the amount they give me they just throw one spoonful of meat in there. It's like 10 cubes of meat. If I ask for more, they charge me for double which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, a person in front of me or behind me will get twice the amount I get for a single serving. It is maddening, especially since a burrito bowl is already like $12. I feel like I'm spending $12 for just rice and beans. Corporate please fix this location.! read more

We loved the smells from the parking lot!! Charlie Joe and I are having dinner at Chipotle. He is snarfing a chicken with black beans and rice bowl with roasted veggies, tomato, and corn salsa with queso, lettuce, and shredded cheese. I am noshing on a rice, black bean, tomato, and corn bowl. I'm boring. We both are enjoying watermelon limeade and the chips. The restaurant was clean and bright, inviting. Thumbs up to the crew!! He liked the chicken bowl I got him last time, but these guys hooked him up. He is loving the bowl now that he has roasted veggies, queso, lettuce, and the salsas. This location closes at 10 pm. I picked my order up at 7:45. They acted as though they were trying to close as I was picking my order up. They made my food as though they were just throwing stuff together. When I asked if they could swap the guacamole I ordered for some queso, they said they had already put the queso away for the night... There also isn't any cheese or queso on my bowl which I asked and paid extra for. They used spicy chicken instead of regular. There's so much got dayum lettuce in the bowl that there's no room for anything else. There's barely any sour cream so it's dry af. Crappy job. Will never go to this location again. read more

I love Chipotle restaurants and was very excited when this brand new location opened up very close to my office. I had previously been to this location once right after it opened and ordered at the restaurant and it was a decent experience. Today, I decided to do a mobile online order along with a co-worker. I placed the order around 11:50am to be ready for pickup at 12pm. I got to the restaurant at noon and the food was not ready for pickup was fine. However, I waited half an hour before my food was finally brought to me, and it turned out COLD. There were a few people waiting for online orders when I got there but the inside of the restaurant was fairly empty and only a few people in line at times. I could have easily ordered my food there and been in and out in 5-10 minutes. Something needs to be improved with the online ordering, because from what I could tell, there weren't a ton of orders and they were just being brought out very slow. Unacceptable to wait that long to get cold food. Management needs to make some massive improvements on the online ordering side for this location. read more

The employee's on duty when I picked up my online order were talking very loudly and about very unprofessional subject matter. To my surprise one employee did say, "We shouldn't be talking about this in front of clients" to which another employee replied, "She a "hoe" and she rich - she don't care what we talk about". I have never felt more disrespected and cheapened in my life. The cherry on top? My online order was 1)incorrect 2)horrible quality (didn't know you could screw up rice) and 3)disgusting. This store is filthy. They were open about 1.5 hours but the floors were nasty, tables were dirty as well as the seats. Some chalky substance was smeared all over every table and a majority of the chairs. It was quite clear the restroom floor had not been mopped in over a week and even though they just opened, the trash in the bathroom was full with a dirty diaper at the top. Instead of cleaning in their free time, staffed decided to play on their phonse. Slowest.....service.....ever....orders are never ready, they are rarely correct, and many of the staff are rude. Tonight the worker opened the drive through window and didn't say a word. Just stared at me. I gave her name and she couldn't wait to say "it's not ready" and went on to complain about all the orders that came in ahead of me. Knowing this is their routine, I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time hoping I'd given them more time. I've given them way too many chances, I'm done after this one. Well, here it goes... you have to work pretty hard at being terrible to motivate me writing a bad review, but this chipotle goes above and beyond redefining the word abysmal. Congratulations Chipotle, you've succeeded in failure in new ways i didn't know possible. The lack of any subtle hint of a work ethic was deafening in this particular chipotle. But to most of the employees, the only thing deafening was their music from either AirPods in both ears or wired headphones. Awesome. From the start I tried to kill with kindness as I saw this was going to be doozy of an experience. Pretty much got no answer from the kid about to make my bowl when I smiled and asked how he was doing. Ok good start... I get rung up and then I asked the girl for a receipt. "Sorry, it doesn't work". Wow. Thankfully what I imagine was the manager on duty got it working and next I see the whole day's worth of receipts piling up on the floor. Last complaint was the ice tea container was empty with the lid partially inside like they knew it was empty but didn't care to refill it. Same with the 3 lemonade containers, all virtually empty with the lids dangling off. At this point I'm just praying to the chipotle gods I don't get food poisoning. 7 hours + later so far so good. I dodged a bullet today but I'll make sure to look for the solid 1 star reviews like this place has been awarded before going to any chipotle location again. read more

Not sure what is going on at this particular Chipotle. We were excited this location opened near our house, but were very disappointed each time we visited. This was the second visit to this location. Both times they were out of steak and the counter was so dirty with food all over the counter. There was also a utensil inside one food bin. On the second visit, we stood waiting at the counter for at least 5 minutes to order, no one acknowledged we were there waiting to order, mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant at 6:45 PM. There was a guy cooking but didn't even look up. So we left. Not sure what their problem is as the service is consistently bad and worse, it was very dirty. Obviously bad management. Seriously thought about it, and almost called the health department. Had to go to another Chipotle that evening. read more

this location is terrible! i absolutely LOVE chipotle but this was just not good. first we went to order in which my bestfriend who is very clearly a female is greeted by the employee saying "SIR What would you like?" to which my bestfriend says "i'm not a sir" and i say the same. we repeated over and over again that she wasn't a man and after a few times of saying that, without an apology from her or without properly addressing her, we ordered our food and my mom went to pay. while she was paying me and my bestfriend went into the bathroom and then we were greeted with no paper towels. i then told the janitor that their were no paper towels and she just pointed to the napkins by the drinks and said "it's fine there are some there" not a good deal experience. read more
