I'm sticking with Costa vida. But let's start with the good and move on to the bad. The atmosphere is nice, they were busy which is good for business, the line moved really fast, and the workers were very friendly. Also, pricing isn't bad. The bad: I got my food to go. All they do is wrap it in foil, throw it in a bag and send you on your way. Good thing I remembered to grab napkins on my way out! Also, I didn't see any to go utinsils. So I go a block away to eat my food. Took me about three minutes from the time I got my food to the time I took the first bite. It was cold. Now I don't mean like the cold sour cream was cold, I mean the tortillas and chicken were both cold. The flavor was ok, but nothing compared to Costa vida. I go to pick up the second taco and completely rips on me. It was soggy. In just three minutes. Not even in two so I could just sandwich it, it ripped in three. So with extreme difficulty and quite a mess, I was able to eat it without utinsils (good thing I remembered napkins!) Overall it wasn't horrible. But it definitely wasnt great and i wouldnt reccomend it. I feel like this problem might be resolved when they're open longer and not as crazy busy. Hotter food, and more attention to detail (napkins and utinsils). But for now I'm sticking to costs vida. I'll give it another try in a few months. read more

Just moved here from Idaho, First time ive had chipotle closer than 2 hours away (and i've driven the 2 hours just for chipotle). This place is super nice and they give you plenty to eat, they will give u tons more for no cost if you just ask. read more

I'm not even sure what to write here. Chipotle is in a league of their own. The food is infinitely better than places like Costa Vida. My wife and I are so glad to have one in town and conveniently located 5 minutes from our offices. Hope they open another on Queensgate soon, but even if they don't I will take the time to run to Kennewick instead of hitting Qdoba or Costa Vida.... read more

very disappointed. definitely not worth 23.00$ - there was a new girl working. short with black hair & she didn't give me NEAR enough food .. it was about half full. i come in here often & normally the team in here is great but this time it wasn't very good. read more

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants when I travel because of the consistent excellent experience. The Kennewick location, however continues to come up short. On our first visit, they were out of fajita vegetables, guacamole , sofritas, brown rice, and corn salsa, which made it challenging to create a vegetarian meal. The second visit, they were out of fajita vegetables. The third visit the tables and chairs were covered with food and no one was assigned to clean eating areas. This visit, they are out of forks and fajita vegetables. The store has been open for over a month now, and management is still struggling with the basics. We are hoping things will improve soon. read more

I waited awhile to let the newness settle before visiting Chipotle in town. I've been to several Chipotles before, so I knew what to expect. It's a nice restaurant. I'm not a vegetarian, but I like eating veg-style sometimes. The sofritas are pretty tasty, and I like to add grilled peppers to my burrito too. They had what I wanted, and the service was quick and friendly. I would be happy to come here again, but I imagine they get really busy on promotional days. read more

Stopped in to get a salad, had to wait for them to make veggies because they didn't realize they were out until I ordered. No big deal, only had to wait about 8 minutes and totally worth it. To my surprise, the friendly person who took my order asked the manager in front of me to comp my meal. Without acknowledging me or apologizing, the manager rudely said that they were not going to take care of my meal and preceded to make my order to go without asking if it was for here, which it was. I did not expect my salad to be free because of the short wait and I sure didn't expect the manager's rudeness either. read more

My girlfriend and I have been to multiple Chipotle restaurants, all in the Washington area. But this one left us pretty disappointed. The line moved really slow, the food was made sloppily and the seating is poor, hardly any room to eat in the restaurant. Seems like they are working out timing issues as well. I would still suggest to try it, but hopefully by then, the service is better. read more

Really almost and hour wait to pickup an online order???? I was in the store and there was a very long line. The cashiers suggested it would be faster to place an order online...... I placed my online order and when I saw the wait/pick-up time I was sure it was a mistake! I called the store, spoke with the manager asked if almost and hour wait was correct. He said that it was, they were starting to die down, but yes that was correct. I said that was really to bad that I was excited to try them out, but almost an hour (55 minutes) was ridiculous and that there was no other place in town that would be that long for carry out. No change in the managers reply to the long wait. Sorry to say, I will be not ever be eating at the Chipotle and will let the many people I come in contact with daily know about my experience. I am SOOO disappointed with this place! So, my friend and I went in today (10/2/15 around 1pm) for starters the set up of the establishment is terrible. The wooden, what looks like, plywood with the holes sawed out for the speakers is tacky! Looks a project that was done by a high school kid in wood shop. We stepped up to order and told the young lady we have never been there in the restaurant before and she did not care. She rushed us through without giving any recommendations or anything. She spoke SO fast and moved us through as quick as she could. (there was no one in line behind us) I ordered the steak burrito. The meat was gristle'y and chewy. The tortilla was VERY rubbery. This place is completely lackluster in comparison to Costa Vida or Baja Fresh! This tasted exactly like a Beaver Burrito from the Benton-Franklin County Fair. To say, that I am disappointed is an understatement. We WILL NOT be returning nor will I/we recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill to my friends and/or family. read more

If anyone is looking to be very disappointed in the last $10 they spent these are your guys. Not only does no one know what they are doing but the food tastes like dirt with hot sauce on it to later come out if your body as diarrhea. I watched the same guy have to rewrap a burrito 4 times. I don't know if he some sort of special need guy that they hired to get tax deductions for their business. Their portion sizes are literally from the children's menu so if want to leave somewhere unsatisfied go straight there after you're done reading this. read more
