Ok. First of all, I used to be an avid chipotle customer. I loved that their food was fresh and healthy including lots of veggies. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes decent, the service is decent, and when in a hurry to have lunch, it's a decent decision to go to chipotle...or so I thought. About a month ago I went to chipotle for a lunch with friends. I got a burrito bowl. About 3 minutes into my meal, I found a ladybug, dead, sitting on a piece of cheese in my food. Of course, I brought my food right back up and asked to speak with the manager. He told me, "too be honest this isn't unlikely." I KNOW! Costumers shouldn't be finding bugs in their food! So, he gave me another one for free. I proceeded to eat my lunch. 5 minutes into my second burrito bowl I noted a dead fly in my food. I was very angry at this point and just wanted to go home. The manager apologized when I brought my food up, I got a refund, and left. The one thing chipotle does good in my opinion is give refunds and be very polite about their customers finding bugs in their food. For that matter, DO NOT GO TO CHIPOTLE IF ITS THE LAST THING YOU DO! Finding bugs in your food should never be in option even if you previously liked chipotle. Enjoy eating somewhere else. read more

I been going to chipotle for a long time when I was working in the city. The reason I gave it 2 stars because the food is good, as always. BUT the staff is another story. Staff: I have no clue who trains the people there. You have to repeat yourself 8 times till they get it right. I am sorry but your whole job is about listening and implementing the customers order. This is not rocket science. I cannot blame the staff but the person that trained these people. Please please please.. train your staff right. I only go to chipotle and eat and I can do that job better. There are not that many ingredients to manage. Tip: Talk real slow and loud. read more

Me and my wife Sarah come here often on Saturday's and Sunday's because that's when our kids are away for the weekend at my mothers house. Nonetheless the food is absolutely amazing as always but the girl in the front has attitude and needs to be changed. She will respond to you with "so what" or "can I help you" with a demonic look and is looks unpleasant. My son Jon is 15 years old and has better attitude than this girl at cashier. read more

The food is good, the service not so much. I usually do not have a problem here until today. I was waiting to be checked out while all of a sudden they started ringing up people who were before. They rang up 5 people who were behind while I just stood there. I finally went up to them, very annoyed, and said that I have been waiting for my food (which had been sitting there for 10 minutes.) I told them that I have been waiting and that they took people before me. One of the workers had a very bad attitude and was nasty with me. Very disappointed. read more

Finally got to visit a Chipotle...All my friends rave about this Mexican grill restaurant. I was not disappointed at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I was undecided what to try. Listen chipotle is good but these people smashed my tacos together in a nasty guacamole storm that I didn't even order and they give me two tinfoil I ask of its 3 tacos tjen she says yeah but I have 4 tacos, not knocking the extra taco but there's def communication issues here even an online order isn't safe, be careful read more

Usually I don't review chain restaurants, but this Chipotle really is worth a visit. The food at Chipotle is always amazing. I could eat it 3 days a week if I my budget would allow. Let me just rave about how much I LOVE their rice. I recently just found a copy-cat recipe and I'm dying to make it at home. The burritos are always stuffed to perfection with any ingredients you choose. The staff at this particular location are always pleasant. They seem like they're happy doing what they do (even if it is wrapping burritos for minimum wage, most likely) and often put a smile on my face just by having enthusiasm for their job. Any time you make my visit more personable, the happier I am. I could go on and on about how much I love Chipotle but I think it'd get a little redundant. If you haven't tried Chipotle, what are you waiting for? I used to go to Moe's but when I re-discovered Chipotle, there's not even a question between the two. Chipotle, always. read more

This is only getting 3 stars because I went today and they didn't have any chicken. I don't know if It was because it was spoiled or sold out but they didn't have any at all. Very disappointing. They usually give big portions. Lunchtime here is a nightmare with how slow they are with the carryout and regular line. People were leaving because the line was so long. read more

Just got home from ordering takeout got a chicken rice bowl and when I got home and noticed there was a fly. So disgusting. Heaven on earth. Chipotle is a goldmine. A "fast-food" restaurant which features less than 10 menu items. Unbelieveable. Mineola location is always VERY clean. Friendly staff and all of the ingredients are always fresh. The out-the-door line is always handled promptly so there never is a long wait. And YES this location DOES abide by the Chipotle die-hard menu if you know what I'm talking about. ;) read more
