Second time we have ordered pickup and couldn't eat the food. The meat is cold like it was pulled out of the frig. The first time they forgot to put my lettuce on. Second time the meat was so hot and spicy it burned my tongue, I ordered fresh salsa. Even the people in my family that like hot spicy food thought it was too hot. I had an awful experience with a DoorDash driver today when ordering for a Corporate Training where the DoorDash driver stole our 10-meal order. When I arrived at the Chipotle to receive more information, the entire staff and management team were extremely helpful! I love this place for the following reasons. The food is prepped right in front of me and the ingredients are always fresh. The meat is always cooked perfectly, especially their carnitas and barbacoa. Now you have to decide if you want a regular burrito, a burrito in a bowl, a quesadilla, or tacos; your choices are many and each one delicious. As long as the quality and the service dies not go down, this is a safe bet every time! No wonder there is always a line! ;-) read more

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. Point blank do not come here. Lazy staff, wrong portions, and just a lack of product in general sums up what was experienced at this location. Multiple times the employees would laugh about leaving the workplace while customers were standing in line patiently waiting for something that chipotle should be ashamed to put its name next to. It's really not that hard, my hometown does it with high school students and it comes out leaps and bounds above this. Considering half of them were doing nothing in the back and/or were lounging in the dining area refusing to give a helping hand or inspire some kind of customer service from the rest should be visible enough right when you walk in. We have ordered twice in the last two weeks and both orders have been wrong. The first one my boyfriend had extra items added to his meal so we did not make a big deal about it. Tonight I ordered dinner for myself and the entire order was wrong. This is unacceptable to do customers that are paying extra for their food to be delivered during these times. I've been ordering the same meal, from chipotle, at least 1-2 times a week for the last month + for my girlfriend and I and $hit! You can't f*** up something as simple as a pre-made meal that you have to assemble any more than this location. Idk if y'all don't care or are just plain ignorant on how to make a burrito that has no more then 8 things on it that are PRE made IN FRONT OF YOU! Bowl contained hardly any meat. Ordered carnitas and most of what they gave me was gristle and fat pieces that I could not eat and had to throw away. It was pretty gross. They should cut those pieces off and not even put them in the container to serve to customers. People do not want to eat a huge chunk of fat and a bowl with virtually no meat. I'm a fan of Chipotle's burrito bowl with barbacoa meat. I like how they use fresh organic ingredients and I like how the barbacoa meat is always nice and flavorful. I usually add everything except for guacamole and sour cream and the flavors are always consistent. I came here for a quick lunch and I left pretty annoyed. The staff was extremely slow. I guess they didn't realize that it was lunch time and that there was a long line. I ordered two Burrito Bowls, one with steak and the other with barbacoa. I was asked three times, from the same employee, about what type of meat was in one of my already sealed bowls. I don't know what happened, but she should have paid attention and she should have heard me the first time I told her. To top it all off, they were really skimpy with the ingredients in my burrito bowl and they didn't seal my bowl properly, so it dripped all the paper bag. Man, can they crank the customers through the line! If they weren't making burritos here, they could assemble cars just as easily. Very efficient assembly line structure! I've walked in, had 7 or 8 people ahead of me in line, and still picked up my order and left in under 8 minutes. One of my favorites is the burrito bowls; less messy with all the juicy, creamy, "guacy" goodness (yes, I just made up a word - guacamole as an adjective). I find it a pretty fair amount of food for the price. Not a bad deal at all. I do wish the salsa that comes with the chips was a little more zippy. Maybe I need to ask for their hotter version. I normally love coming to Chipotle. We used to eat it at least once a week. Most of the employees are great, fast, efficient, friendly, and really pile on the ingredients. They make your $6.65 bowl really worth your while. While I love their food, my review is more about the customer experience. Beware of the much older lady who works behind the counter. She's the only old one there. If you see her you may as well turn around and find the next nearest Chipotle. I've gotten many employees in trouble by her because I ask for extra rice. Usually I don't ask for extras, but when you can practically count how many grains of rice is in your bowl or burrito...you get my drift. I've witnessed her berate other employees in front of customers. I've had employees lie to me at 1 hour til closing that they cannot give me extra rice because it was all they had left, but then I see a fresh batch of rice ready to be added to the assembly line. And they lie because this old lady is standing right next to them ready to pounce if they give out one grain too many. I complain about the portion size because like every customer, I want to get my money's worth. I am paying almost $7.00 for a bowl that is considered a "side salad" at most establishments. It's only at this location that I get served such a measly portion by the same grouchy, unfriendly old lady who yells at you for your order when you're the only customer inside. Let's face it. I love Chipotle and I'll stay a returning customer. I just won't set foot in this specific establishment again. read more

I got there at 5pm, one other person in line, and I still had a 6 minute wait to start my bowl. Other Chipotle locations really move the line quickly, not so here. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. This is coming from someone who works in downtown San Francisco and goes to chipotle during lunch time when the line is wrapped around the corner. SF still gives way better service and is more concerned about their customers. I almost felt as though I was being discriminated against because the cashier never said a word to me (and probably over charged me - $14 for 4 tacos and 2 didn't have meat.....SHIT! And not to mention all my tacos were in 1 foil, squished together. The fast food that I don't feel bad about. I always get the salad. I recently tried the new meat substitute, sofritas. It was pretty good - it did have a tiny kick to it though. You would think that because this is assembly line food, the line would move pretty fast, but it can get pretty long during major meal hours. They always seem to be training some one new because you can hear the employees giving direction to the new person. They must be pretty good at training people because it doesn't interrupt service, or make it slower. Bonus points: their meats are sustainably / conscientiously sourced. It was more of a wait in line and take it home kinda place. The way this place was, drove me into an anxiety attack. It was so rush rush rush that I didnt have time to tell the people, NO I DONT WANT THAT! The flavors werent good, the rice was NASTY (picture steamed rice with cilantro) and the chips n salsa was a joke to me. Hurray for burrito bowls. I love the fresh food. The bureets are tasty and the bowls are better. I always leave full. It is a little on the expensive side though which is why it doesn't get a full 5 star rating. It is not gourmet food and not the best tasting burrito in the area so not sure why everything costs so much? The food is always consistent however, and that is nice. I asked if the black beans were vegan and the girl behind the counter didn't have a clue what I was asking. ?! weird... The store is in a location that makes it a great last minute option when leaving or entering Morgan Hill. This is usually why I eat there, out of convenience only, but it is a good option to have. Well I went here for lunch here since this place just opened and I have never been to one. I was expecting a Chevy's type place but this is a stand in line to get a burrito made and seat yourself joint. I got a carnitas burrito, chips and salsa and a beer. They make burritos with white rice so thats all wrong off the bat. I got pinto beans and when the guy went to put carnitas on he had like 1/2 a scoop and from what I saw their big on putting a bunch of rice and beans and not much meat. I had to ask him to put more there was seriously like 4 little pieces it was ridiculous. Luckily he did put some more but as you will see there was nothing that was gonna save this place from a one star rating. I paid an extra 1.40 for guacomole and instantly regretted it. There guacomole is in liquid form like soup and call me crazy but I thought I was getting some chunks of avocado, for a 1.40 no less. So the carnitas were dry and way too salty and the burrito fell apart anyway I had to use a fork. Rice was the wrong kind and I got there hottest salsa which was.....not hot at all. The chips and salsa are WAY to salty. And this is coming from someone who smoked for 10 years. The one star is for the beer prices. 2.25 for domestic, 3 dollars for imported. (They advertise margaritas here but they are not available.) I will not be returning, I guessed this place was gonna be dissapointing but I didn't think it would be this bad. More whitewashed mexican food is not what Morgan Hill needed. GO TO SUPER TAQUERIA ON MONTEREY IF YOU WANT A BURRITO OR TACOS. read more
