I don't think I can articulate how atrocious this Chipotle is. The workers have no customer service at all. Granted I know it's stressful times, however that does not give people the right to be disrespectful to people especially paying customers. After ordering steak tacos there was a worker that said that another employee gave me too much meat and took it upon herself to take the meat out the taco and back into its respective container. WHO DOES THIS? It was so unprofessional and weird. After her doing that I didn't want the food. She said her co-worker gave too much meat so she had to put some back. I was flabbergasted. We came here 15 mins before closing ( I know... we suck!!!) however It was a fast and amazing experience. Immediately we apologized for coming in so late. The employee making our food sweetly smiled and told us it was no rush and we could even dine inside. We ordered and got our food to go regardless because we hate keeping people past closing. Hire more people and work faster! Ridiculous how long the line backed up while waiting for the online orders to take priority. If the people who come in to eat aren't priority then just become a drive through store front instead of a sit down eat in restaurant option. No manager on duty who recognized the need to pivot over to customers standing in line vs the online orders. Last time we ordered online everything was ice cold and incorrect. This chipotle location is pretty awful. I've never had an issue with the food, but the service is some of the worst I've ever been around. My wife and I love chipotle, and have been going to various locations for years, but ever since we moved near this location and have been coming here, there is always something poor service wise when we go. Expect the line to be out the front door whenever you show up with absolute snail-like workers working behind the counter, and if you ordered online, might as well have ordered in-store as orders have typically been ready for pickup 10-15 minutes past my scheduled time. I don't suggest coming here, but if you like chipotle as much as we do, you'll probably deal with it. Owner needs to teach employees what it means to have some pride while working. read more

Computers went down while in line said we could do an online order because we can pay through the app., but the manager changed his mind half way through the customers and told the rest of the customers to call customer service to get a refund. Love Lake Nona, lived here 18 years and excited about Chipotle, the Lake Nona store is the most Miserable place to walk into. No smiles just unhappy employees that did not want to come to work, I made a comment to the manager about how sad everyone is and she told me they are tired and said they are all getting a raise. Six people working the counter and th still gave me someone else's order. Chipotle started out with good food and good people, never great, now you just suck. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes after my scheduled pick up time for my bowls which is not a huge deal. Both of the bowls I mobile ordered were incorrect. like completely wrong as if we had received someone else's order. We were hungry so we ate some of the food. it was ice cold. This location has screwed up my orders many times but this time was awful. We let the girl at the register know that we were waiting for our mobile order and sat down right in front of the register. Not only did she neglect to let us know that our order was ready when it was ready.. she also didn't tell us that half of our order was missing due to shortage. When you go to Chipotle you know what you're craving and just cant wait to eat your food. I came here around 7:30 at night and saw the line which was pretty typical of Chipotle, I've never been here before but I thought it can't be any different than the ones I have been at. I got to the order station and they said they ran out of cilantro rice and I would have to wait up to ten minutes, I don't understand when its rush hour and you don't have enough of the most popular sides for your customers. I got to the meat and ordered half steak and half barbacoa, let me say how they really cut on the protein, I had the smallest portion of the meat I have ever gotten at a Chipotle. I was so disappointed at the portions they give here. Its like they cheap out on all of the selections. Came in on a Monday afternoon at 5 PM. They only had Barbacoa and chicken to serve, both which I don't eat and I was OK with eating chicken. The manager a Latina, with a hat on, had terrible customer service. She gave absolutely zero flying fucks about not having the food they should be having. They also didn't even have black beans Get it together or at least train your employees to have a better customer service when inconveniences present. read more

I was told to pick up food at 9:30pm. It was not ready, but waited patiently until 9:50. I went up to ask and server's reply was "we are understaffed" and told me to wait ten minutes. I decided to wait on the car and came back 12 mins later. Restaurant was closed and they did not give me the food I had already paid for. I went to chipotle and I ordered a bowl with rice beans sofrita barbacoa cheese and guac. As soon as I go to my table and put my fork on the guac, it was hard. I was like wait what. I don't find this acceptable as this was a pick up order and I was already back at work 20 min away. They ran out of white rice, ran out of pollo asado (had to wait for more to be prepped), no corn salsa, no lettuce. Overheard attendant telling another patron steak would be 6-8 mins. Brown Rice was undercooked (very hard pieces). At checkout (with our barely there meals), we notice most of these "missing" toppings are available on the "take out" bar....but we are told they cannot be used for in-store purchases...I guess those that actually come in to patronize the store do not rate. We love, love Chipotle, but THIS CHIPOTLE is literally the worst and not sure how they are able to stay open. They don't ever have salad dressing, Guacamole, fajitas veggies, or steak. We've given it multiple chances and each time it so disappointing. Such an easy week night dinner for my family but they can't seem to get it together!! What makes me so mad is that when we go to other locations there is NO problem! Our local one SUCKS! Do yourself a favor and continue down the road to Lime. The worst part of it all is that they try to get you by not telling you that they don't have these items. Literally made 3 salad bowls and when we go to pay we remind them to put our salad dressing in the bag and then they tell us they don't have any!? Ummm, who is going to eat a salad without dressing?! Keep in mind that this review is early on since they have been open less than a week. The location is one of the smaller layouts. The biggest issue with the location is that parking is severely limited. All of the parking on the end of the building belongs to ABC. I've been a couple of times so far and the food has been great both times. Top notch by Chipotle standards. I had quit going to the Semoran location as the food quality had gone down. I'm glad that this one is doing much better. The service has been friendly but slow. This isn't unexpected since most of the employees are new and they are still in the soft opening phase. Also be aware that online ordering is not yet available for this location. I'm sure they will improve over time. I'll be updating my review later. 1/8/17 - Great improvement in speed of service and the food quality is a bit better as well. This has definitely become my go to location. Everybody there seems friendly and motivated. I always get my food to go but it's a clean location. They are also now on the Chipotle app for order ahead of time. read more

This location is absolutely horrible! The staff doesn't know how to put the food together (a chicken quesadilla requires the chicken to actually be cooked inside the tortilla, not on the side). When approached about incorrect items they claim "this is how I was taught" and no one seems to be willing to make things correct. Tonight I was also told that because they didn't have kids size chips I wasn't getting any chips. When I called to speak with a manager, he proceeded to hang up on me. I'm so upset that Lake Nona chipotle would mess up my order to go, I always order 3 chicken soft tacos with side on the side so it doesn't get soggy on my way home. I get home and there's literally 5 price of chicken with crumbs in a tortilla and as am eating the lettuce was brown and had lumps of guacamole mixed in it like old thrown back lettuce.(I didn't order guacamole) ..
