Line moved slower than I have ever experienced at any Chipotle. I usually admire the assembly line style efficiency, but there was nothing efficient about what was going on at this location. If it was only the extended wait, my overall experience probably could have been salvaged, but food quality and service were sub-par. Rice was undercooked and hard. Burrito was overly stuffed, even with standard portions, it ended up being a loose, messy ball rather than a burrito. Lastly, after we finally made it to the register to pay, while the line continued to grow out the door, the cashier disappeared mid-transaction to go do something else. Maybe I should've written this when I'm not disappointed. I've frequent this chipotle for lunches and dinners, but I may reconsider after tonight's experience. While the food tastes good, the consistency of quality is not up-to-par. For example, a couple times they have undercooked the white rice to where they were still a bit grainy in the middle. Depends on who's working, sometimes you got meager portion of the meat even if you order AND PAY for extra meat. I put in a lot of online orders. They mess my order up about 50% of the time. Of course, by the time I discovered the mistake, I was already at home sitting with my family for dinner. For example: My wife ordered a BURRITO and got a BOWL. I paid for chicken in my kid's quesadilla and got NONE. I paid for extra chicken for my bowl and got a single serve. Please be consistent and stop messing up orders or I'll go to Wendy's or Jersey Mike's next door instead. read more

I really like this chipotle location. The food is always fresh. They have never messed up my order and the cashiers are always friendly.

I know I know, it's Chipotle...but THIS Chipotle is definitely one of the best I have been to so far. Service is always exceptionally fast and professional. Just the other day when they had the Boorito promotion and a line out the door, they were churning out burrito bowls like I've never seen. Everyone from the manager to the front staff always had a smile on their face despite the wild workload. Finally even during rush hour the tables and floor are relatively clean despite the amount of foot traffic. Only con is that it can sometimes get very crowded and seating can be hard to fine, but that's because everyone loves Chipotle. Other Chipotles can definitely take a hint from this place read more

I've been a Chipotle regular for many years until I moved to lake Nona and this store is the only one close by. The service is so bad that it feels like they're seeing just how terrible of an experience they can give you. As others have mentioned, the speed that Chipotle is known for is completely absent here. I've never seen a more unmotivated, lethargic Chipotle staff in my life. I came in on a Friday around 6 and they were out of white rice, chicken, fajita veggies, mild salsa and Guac. How is that even possible? After the first employee added the brown rice and steak to my bowl, I waited over five minutes for another employee to come and finish the bowl. Imagine that. The entire line was at a standstill because there was only one person on the line and that one person would only do rice and protein. There were other employees there, we saw them walking around in the back, eating, and doing prep work but no one felt the need to serve the long line of customers at a complete standstill. Like I said earlier, it feels like they're seeing just how terrible of an experience they can deliver. I placed an online order for pick up at 1110. I did not leave with my food until 1125. This is not the end of the world as I understand that things are not always perfect, but the place was not even busy at then time. The issue I have is with the staff, especially the manager. They did not see a problem with the food being significantly late and somehow I was the problem. The first employee even got directly in my face and said it's only 8 minutes. I politely had to ask him to take a step back because I was not comfortable. If you have zero expectation of getting the food to customers on time as promised, then it will never get better. The manager unfortunately defended and empowered his employees to continue to have bad attitudes and zero expectations of prompt and polite customer service. Not sure why customer service is all of the sudden such a difficult concept. Why not simply apologize and ask if I would like a drink while I wait? Problem solved. Makes me just want to make lunch at home so I don't have to deal with people like this anymore. Of all the Chipotles I have visited this is by far the best. The interior is brand new and clean, the food is consistently good if not better (actually I find the chicken to be less fatty and gristly), the line always moves efficiently, and the employees are so sweet to the customers and to each other (which makes a huge difference). I visited this location in Lake nona last week. It was so busy and it was only around 5 in the afternoon. The people in line were upset because the "line wasnt moving fast enough" but as I reached the front, I saw the smiles on the employees faces, and how well they were working diligently and as fast as they could! Even under the obvious attitude of some. I couldnt help to voice my compliment to the first person (who was moving up and down the food line to make sure everyone was doing and moving) She had a wonderful smile on her face. I told her I everyone was doing an awesome job, her face lit up even more; I could tell she so appreciated my little sign of appreciation. and It was obvious that not a lot of people take the time to do the same. I found out her name is Maritzali, the store manager. After talking to her for a few seconds, she mentioned how much she appreciated that I took the time to say something nice, they were short a few people, and were trying to make the best of it. I commended her for her efforts and not only for her efforts in making sure all was running smooth, but most importantly for doing it with a smile and so pleasant. Attitude is everything!!!!!! I love eating Chipotle after the gym and this location is the best! The staff is always super friendly and the service is very fast. Food is always up to Chipotle Standards. One time I was having issues with ordering on the app ( the app charged me 3 meals instead of 1) and the manager quickly gave me a voucher free for my next few meals which is just awesome! I've been coming to this location since it opened The food was warm and ready to eat! At first they were overly generous with portion sizing for the meat in their bowls. So much so I can imagine them having to scale down to fit the food costs etc. Now, you have to basically argue with them to even give you a full portion of the meat and the workers argue with you about how it's supposed to be able to fit in one of the tiny cups (that they use for guacamole salsa etc.) and measure 4 oz. Okay that's fine. So when I can clearly see it won't fill one of those tiny cups and ask you to take it out of my bowl and put it in the cup to show me (yes petty move and I'm sorry to be THAT customer. Also no one else was behind me waiting.) you refuse to do so and insist if I'd like more meat I have to pay for the double meat option. Seems like my point is proven. She knew it wasn't the right amount and just didn't want to waste her time on me apparently. Most of the time the food is barely warm now so if you're driving home with it be prepared to reheat. Also on some occasions the meat or veggies can be extremely over salty so use caution when digging in. read more

So had a long, tiring, aggravating day and decided to treat myself to Chipotle. Staff was super friendly and happy which immediately cheered me up. Then as I was being rung up the cashier asks how my day was, so I tell her hot, aggravating and long. She comps my meal! Telling me she wanted my day to get better. How awesome! So far I have come to the new location in Lake Nona about 4 times and each and every time they have not had romaine lettuce prepared and cut. They keep grabbing from the taco cut romaine. To me I don't care but it is def how things should not be run. It bring disorder for the future. Chips have been stale 3 out of 4 times. Music is really loud and kids working there are not working efficiently. They talk to much. But the taste is def consistently good from other chipotles I've been to. I normally come here and if I don't get a Bowl I get a Quesorito. Everytime I've had a quesorito it was made with two tortillas and just made perfectly. Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!, customer service is probably the worst of all chipotles I've ever been to, the managers aswell as the employees always rush you through your order, and give the smallest portion of meat. I know the portion sizing and no other chipotle has slacked as bad 6-8 pieces of meat, seriously unreasonable. They also need to hire employees with some common sense like come on, I handed the cashier some cash and told her I would pay the rest with my card, she stared at me blankly and proceeded to reply with "do you want me to swipe this first" ...I couldn't believe it. Being this is the nearest chipotle to me I sadly have to go there to feed my chipotle craving majority of the time and overtime I've realized it might just be the managers terribly managing. I have to start by saying I would give this restaurant negative scores if possible. I went into this location two nights in a row. But on the second night of ordering the exact same thing I was charged almost $4 dollars more the second time. I paid for my food but after receiving the receipt I asked the cashier why i was charged more this time. She immediately turned to a young man and he came over explaining that the price has always been what she charged me. I said ok well I've already paid and left the store. In my car I called to just find out the name of the manager that I had supposedly spoken to. He told me his name and he proceeded to argue that he was correct. I told him its no problem I've already paid so I am not certain why he's getting so upset. I am the one that over paid. So we hang up, about 3-5 minutes later my phone rings and its the young man manager again. He says he checked online as well as there system and I lied to him. I was instantly offended and appalled that he would call me back to argue some more and call me a liar. I stated to him that no longer will come to that store and I would contact the real manager in the am because he had no right calling me back. So I hung up the phone in beliefs that it was finally over. But NO!!! A female called claiming to be the manager and refusing to give her name. She kept calling me sir and as I started to get upset told me that I need to relax because I have no reason to be upset. Again I asked for her name and she hung up the phone. I called the restaurant multiple times as I went to return my dinner because at this point I felt so horrible and very harassed. Every time I called she would hang up the phone on me. When I walked into the store the entire staff left and went into the back leaving myself and about 5-8 customers standing in the restaurant. Then one of the cooks came out and told everyone that the restaurant was closed. At that point it was 8:15pm and they don't close until 10pm. Another cook as everyone exited told me to leave and I stated I just want my refund and I will leave and never return. The other cook that told the other customers they were closed locked the front doors. About 1 min later a police officer flies into the parking lot. The cashier lies to the police officer claiming I assaulted her with my food and they refused to give me a refund. After standing outside for 45mins looking like a criminal to anyone passing by with the police me also scared out of my mind that this is the day my life ends over a keto bowl at Chipotle. The second officer that arrived gave me a trespassing warning and said your refund is a CIVIL MATTER NOW! Luckily for me there was a good officer present and he got me a refund and the managers real contact info. The reason I just wrote this long review is so the people reading it can understand the level of unprofessionalism and the discrimination that was done! Its sad and disgusting. I promised myself I will tell anyone I care about not to go to that location or Chipotle in general. Calling the cops on me because I was harassed and asked for a refund is and was disgusting!!! I have been to many Chipotles, but this one seems to be the worst. When in line, my family often gets separated because they start doing the web orders. They seem to take priority over folks in store. Other locations have a seperate web order prep area. The rice was almost raw, and the most annoying thing is they server the barbocoa, and always pull back some meat after they serve it. Just seems petty to pull back a few shreds of meat. I am done with this chain. Shame, used to love it. read more

We've come in several times, and while the staff is very friendly, they consistently do not have fajitas available (the sautéed peppers and onions). Tried out the new chipotle today and Lake Nona And was so disappointed. We entered the store to what seemed to be an employee party going on. About 12 boxes of Dominos pizza and a birthday cake. I'm all for celebrating, don't get me wrong, but not at the customers expense. We walked up to the counter to place our order which seemed to be taking up their personal time. And when we were checking out the two employees seem to argue over the fact that the salsa was not getting filled quick enough. I take my order and head to the car. Only to sneak one chip and realize that it is completely stale not even chewable. As I walked back inside one of the employees that was sitting at the "party" table says not so quietly "ohhhh nooo". Being in customer service myself I found it very disrespectful. I was not rude at all about the chips being stale and quietly asked for a new bag.
