It's a Shrimp burrito ($18.50) for me with black beans (and extra black beans to replace the rice) made Wet ($2.00) with verde (green) sauce. The shrimp are jumbo and plentiful with a piece included in almost every bite. My hubby's go to is a Super burrito ($15.00) with steak ($1.25) and black beans. You can add extra steak for an additional $1.25. The amount of steak already included is a lot. He finishes his entire burrito without looking to snack after. The restaurant itself is clean, well maintained and spacious inside with plenty of seating. I believe we ate there once on a whim. The service was fast, friendly and accurate. Even when we do phone orders for pickup the staff on the phone and in person are friendly. Taqueria Morena is in a shopping center (at the top to your left upon entering) so there is ample parking. It can get crowded, rarely, so front door parking is not always an optional. I definitely recommend Taqueria Morena. We bring family and friends to grab a bite when they are craving a burrito close to home. There is now the option of online ordering, service fees are included with your order so I've stuck with phone orders. Phone orders are ready in 10-15 minutes (usually) unless they are super busy. Our orders are ready when we arrive within the time provided for pickup. I'm so grateful we did not allow others experiences to influence our first try. We would have missed out.

Food was ok but long lines because the employees are very unorganized, they always run out of cooked meat...Seriously, 2 out of 3times we were there, we had to wait extra 20+ minutes for the meat. They have 10+ employees working at once, how do they ran out? I have no idea. and when the meats are low, my burrito only had 5 pieces of meat in it, they want to charge extra when i asked for more meat. Food quality is good and I like that they make the food right in front of you. However, vegetarian is supposed to come with guacamole. I've always had it included without charge (maybe about 20-25 times before), but this time, cashier insisted I had to pay extra for it. That was very frustrating. Inside, every table was taken, so a lot of people ended up sharing communal seating whenever a seat opened up. That said, the counter line moved quickly and the wait for food wasn't too bad. With the high volume, the turnover is excellent, so everything comes out super hot and fresh. My fries, however... well, they weren't all that "well" if you know what I mean. As a California native, my go-to is a #1 Animal Style with both grilled and raw onions plus extra veggies (basically a salad between two buns). LOL. I like my fries crunchy, so I always order them well-done--they're usually solid--and I prefer dipping them in spread. In-N-Out is a staple, so I'll definitely be back!

I ordered a single quesabirria taco, hubby an asada super burrito that came with tortilla chips. Our food was done fairly quickly. Both came with pickled jalapeno and carrots, fresh radish slices, and little cups of hot sauce. My taco was filled with a thick layer of meat and cheese, garnished inside with cilantro and onion. I added the radish and carrots to cut the richness of the meat and nibbled on the jalapeno between bites. Delish! My hubby's burrito was filled with 2/3 meat and the other 1/3 of beans and rice. It was very filling and he ended up taking half of it home. The chips were fine. We sat at the counter, ate and watched as he was heating up a pot of something, presumably for the truck outside. Kitty corner from us, we were treated to a guy spouting off religion in Spanglish to the cars waiting for the light to change. If I'm going to comment, that guy could use a better sound system. It was so scratchy and the speakers were pretty blown out. Las Grullenses definitely deserves a return visit.
