Worst chipotle I've ever been too! And I love chipotle, especially since it was a brand from my home place of Colorado. We ordered two bowls and somehow they mixed up the ingredients so bad that the sofritos bowl had rice beans and sofritos and sour cream. I went in here about 3 days ago to witness the positive attitude and care that Miguel puts into his service when making tacos and burritos for his customers. while I have visited Chipotle's all over the usa, they are not the same. very hard to get employees to make eye contact, smile and not rush through making what you ordered. Miguel is excellent at what he does and should be acknowledged for the level of care he puts into making everyone's food, his positive attitude and his ability to do the easy stuff right like smiling and making great eye contact. This is by far the cleanest and nicest chipotle I've been to in the Seattle area. Maybe it's because we went at 8:30 PM on a Wednesday? But still, by far the cleanest. The food taste the same as every other chipotle. There wasn't a line either and the staff was friendly. The brown rice they gave us was hard though. It seemed to be over cooked or has been out for a while. Actually, all of the food they had out seemed like it's been out for a while and was not the most fresh. They were in the smaller pans which indicated to me that they were left overs from earlier. Anyways, we told the manager the rice was hard and he offered us new bowls with white rice. I like this place for several reasons: 1. I live across the street 2. There is usually no wait or not a long wait (at least during the times I'm there) 3. The staff is super friendly and are good at what they do The only thing I would change, honestly, is the steak. Qdoba's steak is better IMO. Everything else, Chipotle does better. So if you could duplicate Qdoba's steak recipe, then everything would be perfect. I do love your chicken though. read more

Finally a closer location than to me than Northgate or Lynnwood. Although parking isn't the best on their side of the lot the service is incredibly friendly. I've been here twice since they've opened and while they're training new people I've had them offer to remake my food when a tortilla has ripped or they've accidentally given me something I didn't ask for without hesitation. I've never experienced such bad service at Chipotle before. I asked for white rice the girl gave me brown rice. My friend asked for steak and was given chicken. It looked like the worker just wanted to leave because her shift was almost over. Also, the brown rice was undercooked and was very hard. Needed a delicious and yet versatile option for a gang of beer pong degenerates and nutrition elitists (ok that's me) for a party, Lake City Chipotle FTW! I ordered the 20 person catering option and everyone loved it. It was the best decision I could've made. In fact, it's been requested again for our Fantasy Football Draft party. Even though the Lake City location is brand new, they were on their game with every detail. I literally didn't have to sweat a single thing. The food was hot, super fresh & ready to go in a minute. I actually got to enjoy my party rather than slave away in the kitchen. win win! read more

Unfortunately we came late; around 8pm so there was no steak cut. A few observations: 1. There is a high level of cross-contamination here. Guacamole (what looks like it) almost landed in the cheese 2. There's a single cutting board for everything. It is so red from the chipotle spice that yeah :( 3. Their staff is very under-trained. Ordered 2 orders of Soft Taco's; that was our mistake. There's no package for it; they just wrap it in tin foil and smash them together. The Steak was very spicy and was cut across the grain so it was very gamey. I wish we could post pictures of our dinner; because I had a great picture after I opened the tin foil of the shining Guacamole smashed all over the tin foil and rubbed into the soft taco's. We tried eating it; but figured after what we learned we might get salmonella if we continue to eat it. Fortunately enough there's other Fast Food restaurants nearby to rescue dinner. Lastly, I used to live in Denver and I thought I knew what to expect. I will never _EVER_ go back to Chipotle in my life. read more

This place just opened up a little while ago! They seem to have less people working on the "burrito assembly line", but there are also less customers compared to the Northgate Mall location so I guess it works out fine. I like it because it's super close by and the food is yummy. And they sent out coupons through the mail. If they do that more often I'll go there more frequently. read more
