This has to be the worst Chipotle I have visited. I read previous reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad...and it was. The women's bathroom toilet was broke and full of waste. The whole restaurant was filthy. There was ice and lids everywhere on the floor. The trash cans were over flowing. We are traveling from out of town, and if this was a location I was trying to eat at in my hometown I would have turned around and left. But, we didn't have much of an option. We were here at 7 on a Monday night and they were out of so much stuff. No chicken or fajita. The staff had no sense of urgency making orders or behind preparing food. The counters where they were making food was filthy and covered in food. The lettuce was gross looking. We ordered Guac and it was brown and tasteless. All of the tables to sit at were dirty. I would not recommend this location. Where are the managers? Who is watching this store? From the other reviews it sounds like this is an on going issue with no improvements happening. read more

Food is great, but as other pointed out, they are very slow and often out of items. Also, they have an order form for large parties; which we found out AFTER standing line. The reason we needed to fill out a form and wait another 15 minutes, was "to make it fair for the other people still in line." Never eating at this location again. read more

I have tried to like chipotle and was excited when I heard we were getting one in the area. After visiting a few times (multiple locations, not just the one in silverdale) I don't get how chipotle is so big. Their burritos are dry and bland. Their menu is so small you don't get any variety. Your only options for salsa are Pico, green or hot. What about a nice mild salsa that is actually salsa not Pico? I like the fast, make it in front of you Mexican places but not chipotle sadly. We were in here today and they were moving us so fast through the line that they didn't let me help my son order his kids meal while they helped me with my burrito. I could understand if there was a line but no one was behind us. Like I said I have tried to like chipotle but I am done trying and wont be back. read more

I love chipotle, except this one. I have always known this place to not have fat in their meat in multiple states and locations. It was great because I could eat it without having the disgusting occurrence of spitting out meat that grinded in my teeth. Until this store opened and no one cares, or possibly is taught how to properly cut the meat. You will lose customers and money if they feel disgusted after eating their food. Always out of everything and very slow. Employees always very nice and helpful but never have everything in stock. Have to wait out of line for chicken and steak to be cooked and are constantly out of queso. Recently went in a they were out of rice.... both types. How can you be out of rice? My picky husband even liked it here! I was so weary of stepping foot in here, thinking it was one of those places people rave about but that's not REALLY that good. And boy was I surprised! The line went super fast, and even got longer we were ready to sit and eat (guess we missed the lunch rush!) there was ample seating indoors and outdoors. Customer service was great! I LOVE the simplicity of the menu posted above the serving counter, many variations can me made out of what ever you choose.. Set up kinda like a subway, where they have the food right in front of you, choosing your "base" burrito/salad/taco ect, then your meat, (SO well seasoned) and other toppings (you got to come in and check it out for what else they have) LOVING the inexpensive price for the kids meal, and they are given just the right amount! I'd rather skip the place that includes the toy in the meal (you know the one that they don't play with with in a few hours) and bring my child here to eat! The main items; are a little pricey, but have no fear! By the time your burrito is done you will see how big it is, and personally I could not finish it. (BTW left overs from this place are still GREAT! unless of course you get lettuce) They also have chips (which have what i think is an addicting lime salt on them) and guac as a side, if you wish. I was introduced (by family) to this place, and convinced my husband the next day to come and try it! Now he will come here too! ***If I'd give one tip to the workers, it would be to keep the floor swept up. I agree with others-this is the worst chipotle location I have seen. It used to be great, the current staff is poorly managed and poorly trained. The food area is filthy. The burrito maker, then wiped the area down with a visibly dirty rag. Thankfully my food was in a bowl. The carnitas was ice cold. Fajita veggies, ice cold. Brown rice, ice cold. I ordered a salad, asked 4 people for salad dressing. Was finally told they didn't have any. Wish I would have k own that before I ordered a salad. Stood in line for a half hour for this. When I finally thought I was freed from the experience that is this restaurant, they were out of forks to eat with. I just asked if I could get a fork, was referred to 3 different people and then told I'd have to just wait. The staff was rude to myself and other customers. I don't blame the staff, the management should see this place isn't that currently capable of providing customer service at this time. I will never be back to this location. read more

worked here a for about 6ish months from 2021-2022, def a fast paced but also stressful environment. being on duty for online orders all by yourself when theres about 10 people waiting on their food and watching you make every order bc its just you working and being told by a manager that "youre doing your best and to not focus on them" does not really help lol. some of the staff was cool but theres so many new hires and people leaving that you dont really get to know eachother and its a bit awkward. half the managers were pretty passive aggressive too. the quesadilla machine was a pos and would break (it can be fixed but usually id have to get the store manager bc like no one know how and she knew the way lol) but it happened about 4-5 times and she'd always be like "omg you broke it again" but it was highkey passive aggressive and super unnecessary with the way she said it, like she fr blamed me each time - like bro did you think i wanted you to come over here as often as you do to fix this and slow down orders, i was being super careful to not have that happen lol. sometimes id literally just clock on, use it, then boom the press falls and she has to fix it, or if you moved the lever too fast the press falls and she'd have to fix it. during spring i worked only sundays due to sports, but i ended up getting covid. i messaged a manager on wednesday or thursday as the store manager was not available that time and she was filling that position, and told her i would not be there for my sunday shift and so she was in the know and it was okay. i also spoke with SSR which is basically a text from a doctor or something that confirms your symptoms and that youre sick, and when the soonest you could return to work was. they confirmed i was positive bc i sent them a pic of the test, and said the soonest i could return was that sunday unless symptoms persisted. sunday i still tested positive and since i already told my manager i didnt go in. maybe 4-5 days later i realized i got fired without any notice or call, just saw it in my email so i messaged the store manager who was back, and she was basically like "sorry for the miscommunication, i was told someone had called you about it but we can get you rehired quick." all i needed was the general manager or someone above him (i dont remember exactly which or who it was) to accept my rehire. she literally had me work two shifts w/ out being able to actually clock in for them (i should not have worked those at all but it was my first job and i did not have a clue) and eventually management changes and in the beginning they just said the same thing of "oh we're still waiting on his approval" actual months go by of me checking in with them and eventually they basically ghosted me lol. i guess it wasnt that much but it was about $186 cause two 6 hour closing shifts, and i was making $15.50 - also should have gotten the bonus which i think was $300? for referring a friend who worked there the full 3 months or whatever it was. super late review posting but its way too much typing for all this and never felt like it till now, would not recommend working there. filling out job applications is a pain in the butt cause i got to type all this out when describing why i was terminated/fired - since technically i was. anywho hope this helps someone also something i just remembered, i was 17 and turned 18 in january and as a minor you can only work 3.5 hours so the store manager kept that schedule even after i turned 18, despite most staff at the time knowing i turned 18 when i did and i had talked about when it was anddd im pretty sure i was working on my birthday too - but anyway a month or so passes and i dont really mind the shifts being short bc im tired from school and my mom has to drive me to and from work so i dont wanna get off super late (3:30-7) and someone or i say something ab being 18 in front of her and shes like "whattt i didnt know you turned 18! why didnt you tell me!!" etc etc. like i dont think that was something i had to bring up with you directly lol. but she started scheduling me to work later right after that. anyway you can tell the way she was from all this, but i lowkey feel like it was not an accident firing me and that she was just waiting for something to happen lol. read more

I've been to this chipotle a few times in the past month and each time they really ration everything I got a total of 3 pieces of lettuce in my bowl and the amount of add ins didn't even cover my whole bowl. I give Chipotle 4 stars. Most of the time staff is friendly and the establishment is clean but there are times when you see alot of trash around the soft drink area and when you go to order your food the food sometimes does not look fresh. Overall my family and I like going here though. We also love the fact that they have a non-meat item (sofritas) so it's a win win for everyone to eat here. read more

Have been there a few times recently. I have enjoyed the food but have only tried the steak bowl so far. Ingredients appear to be fresh. My last time in there I did get annoyed with the people preparing my food because they would continue to move down the counter, getting farther and farther away from me, as I had customers in front of me waiting in line. It was noisy enough in the restaurant that I could not hear the questions and they could not hear me. It was frustrating that I couldn't hear, couldn't ask questions and was uncomfortable being forced to speak so loudly in an attempt to be heard. I felt very rushed along. The dining area has limited seating and the tables have all been dirty each time I have been there. I feel it is a bit pricey as well. The four stars is primarily for the taste and quality of the food itself. The rest could be better. read more

Love Chipotle just not this location. Was super excited when I saw they were opening a local restaurant. Been there 4 times now and here is how things went. Visit 1 - all in all ok although try ran out of guacamole at 5PM Visit 2 - they had all of the ingredients but the chips were so salty as to make them inedible. Visit 3 - ok visit only missing guacamole this time Visit 4 - the worst visit of all. Wait in line over 10 minutes only to get my turn and be told "we are out of flour tortillas, black beans, pinto beans and guacamole". This was at 6pm! I'm starving so I ask if he would at least top off with extra protein to which I got the fuzzy eyeball and a few extra shreds. I'm taking a break from this location. Recently the quality has gone down a lot.. I don't like ordering pickup based on the fact that when you customize your order (extra steak or light sour cream for example) they don't really follow your order. Asked for extra steak, got even less than a normal portion. Light sour cream, got a heaping portion. Ordered white rice, got brown instead. They've also been running out of staple items. It's always something. Out of fajita veggies. Out of shredded cheese. Which I understand is not their fault, but it just adds to the overall quality of the place. Placed an online order and the app said it would be ready at 12:40. I arrive at 12:41 and it's an absolute shit show! A line of over 25 people are waiting to place orders, there's a group of dashers waiting by the to-go pick up area, no one's orders are ready. So we wait. And wait and wait, one girl is working the to-go section and she is moving at a glacial pace. Tickets are all over the floor, she's out of half the food she needs to complete orders and the look on her face screamed " I don't give a ....." Two friends or coworkers showed up and she stops making food to have a chat and get them some free chips and queso, which she then dropped on the floor spraying cheese everywhere.I finally got my food 30 minutes after the quoted time. As I'm leaving the place really starts to fall apart, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, no napkins, the ice machine wouldn't dispense ice....Management needs to up their game. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Charged incorrectly and then treated like it was my fault. The workers were only focused on being fast, which I get, but their rushing resulted in the mistake and then the line was held up with everyone waiting as the manager belittled me in front of everyone by just bellowing out over the other workers instead of trying to help me off to the side without the entire restaurant watching as I tried to sort out the problem. I walked away with a free burrito which is infuriating. Free food does not make up for being embarrassed in front of a crowd for someone else's mistake. The whole experience could have been avoided if the manager took one minute to speak with me and didn't treat me like I was an inconvenience and ridiculous for wanting to not be charged twice and wait for a refund, and wanting the process explained in a quite and discreet manner off to the side. read more

I have given this location multiple opportunities to better their score and each time it has gotten worse. The location is great but the cleanliness is not good. Once you get to order, they never fail to be out of something, whether it is the cherizo, cilantro or even the corn salsa. Whoever is managing this location really needs to step it up.
