i had to wait in line really long cuz some lady ordered like 7 burritos. It took a really long time for me to get my meal. and when I was ordering my meal the taco maker told me that there was no cheese left and I was really sad. in anger, I ordered some extra chips to make me feel better. after the hellish experience with ordering the food, I finally got to sit down in the nice atmosphere and to my surprise the food was delicious. would maybe go again read more

This is the worst Chipotle. The only reason I have tried going multiple times is because it's within 10 minutes of our house and I have hope they will improve...but, they have not. They are ALWAYS out of at least 2-3 items, whether that's meat or veggies or the salsas...whatever it is, you can guarantee that no one in your group is getting what they want. Additionally, there's usually only 3 workers...one cooking, one on the line making items, and one checking people out...and 3 of the 4 times I've been there, the one on the line has had to stop and go help the person checking people out. Don't waste your time or money at this location. I'd prefer to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to the Chipotle on Newport Highway which has never been out of anything each time we've gone, their food is way fresher, and the customer service has been beyond great. Trust me when I tell you to go there instead of this location. read more

Got two burrito bowls tonight. Waited with 5-6 other people for 25 minutes AFTER my allotted pickup time. Almost zero meat in my bowl. My wife ordered shredded beef and she got pork. Very little portions. Employees had no idea what orders were what and had a pile of food sitting for 15+ minutes because they didn't know what order it belonged to. Not an apology, nothing and they had zero sense of urgency. There was literally no one in the main line either so I have no idea what the issue was other than incompetence. read more

There was a short line while there and it went pretty quickly. The food was what you would expect from any Chipotle, which is to say it was very good. This location is new and very sterile looking. Not a lot of warmth. The employees were quick with putting together the meals, but not what I would call overly friendly. Just based on the food, we'd go back. 2 bowls set us back about $23. read more

I have been to this location half a dozen times since it opened. They are always understaffed and out of something. Literally, every single time. Tonight, they were out of most meats (chicken and carne asada were the only ones available), white rice, fajita veggies, and pico de gallo. Last time, they were out of chicken and fajita veggies. I don't order burritos here as every time I have watched one of the poor teenaged employees try to wrap one, I am uncomfortable watching them struggle. read more

Worst service, horrible management, and out of ingredients. The girl serving was sassy and rude when she put the wrong chicken in. We got to the front to pay for everything, paid, then sat down. They lost our burrito and gave it to someone else, so we went to check on that and they told us we still owe money and that the card didn't go through, which doesn't make sense bc the card we paid on was just paid and has a large limit --our order was less than $50, and there was a different amount on two receipts so they were trying to charge us a different amount than the original. Anthony, the manager, came over to our table, interrupter our meal, interrogated us, and demanded that we call our bank right now and figure out the card because it must be our fault. All the while, they lost/forgot our burrito so we didn't get it til 15-20min after the rest of our food. We said "so you lost our burrito, and now you want us to pay more?" And Anthony said very rudely "and now I'M OUT $10 for the burrito I had to remake you!!!". Which is not our fault because they're the ones who lost it, gave it to someone else, and didn't include it. He interrupted us yet a second time while eating to continue demanding us to call the bank. We ended up leaving cash for what he claimed was the remaining amount (less than $10), and asked for his name so we can write this review. Just wanted to share our experience and heed caution to anyone else who may expect decent service and fair accounting of payment at this location. Disgusted and disappointed. read more

Terrible. I'm so sad to say that it was awful. We have been to this location a couple of time and the service is poor and the portions are itty bitty. We have tried ordering take out and eating in and every time, the portions are tiny and they're out of so many items. Each time we have done take out, they are missing items, along with ingredients. I went to Chipotle on 11/29/23. The service and food was so bad that I will never go to any chipotle ever again. I ordered 2 carne asada burritos, but they had no carne asada at 5pm. They told me it would take 10-15 minutes to cook it. When they finished cooking it, the person making our burritos put the 10-15 dried up pieces from the old asada that was sitting there for hours and put it in with the freshly cooked asada. I had to take a photo of it. I don't know how a restaurant can survive with high school kids running the show. This location has only bad reviews. Food was awful, restaurant was dirty, especially the Kitchen and line. Avoid this place read more

Food is good, new location so they still have a few hiccups to work out with service, but I do need to add that the employee by the name of Wyatt is amazing, so personable and friendly, he showed great customer service, top notch employee right there! I understand this is a new establishment with new employees. But you really need to train the employees who you hire. I have been here to this location 5 times since they opened and every single time I'm there, they are messing up a burrito. Like they haven't been trained how to make them and they are unable to roll them. This most recent time, I started an order ( a bowl), the girl started to make it then we got to the meats and they were out of all of them. I asked how long for fresh meat and she said I could wait 6-7 minutes. I thought about it for a second and said I'd wait and she promptly threw the bowl she'd started filling in the trash and went to the next customer. I left. I am not sure who manages this place, but pretty much a rude joke this far. Hope seeing mostly terrible reviews will make them get their act together. read more
