This is the worst location. Consistently small portions and when you point that out you're met with the worst attitude from employees. Always running out of ingredients and it's an absolute pig sty inside. I wanted to leave feedback regarding this location because this has become an ongoing issue, not a one time experience. I have continued coming back hoping things would improve, but unfortunately every visit seems to be the same. The food is consistently rushed, poorly prepared, and the portion sizes are extremely disappointing for the price. I do not feel that I should be paying over $12 for a meal that looks thrown together with very little care. My burritos are often wrapped incorrectly, extremely small, and the portions of meat are frequently far below what I would expect for what I paid. Beyond the food, the customer service has been consistently unprofessional. Employees often seem uninterested in helping customers, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel like customer satisfaction is not a priority. The restaurant is also frequently unclean, which only adds to the negative experience. What concerns me most is that this location already has a large number of negative reviews describing many of the same issues, yet there appears to have been little to no improvement. When so many customers are sharing similar experiences, it should be a sign that changes need to be made. Unfortunately, it feels like these concerns are being ignored rather than addressed. At this point, I no longer plan on returning to this location. I hope management and corporate take these concerns seriously and use this feedback as an opportunity to improve food quality, portion consistency, cleanliness, and customer service. Chipotle has built a strong reputation, but this location is not meeting those standards. FORZEN CORN!!!! Got home and the corn in my burrito bowl was frozen rock solid. Gave them one more shot out of hunger because in the past portions of meat were extra small and customer service is TERRIBLE, now frozen corn in my food. Made me nauseous. Went in today for lunch! First day of business but of course being a fast food restaurant they had proper processes in place. Service was quick, portions were good and the place was lightly decorated for day 1. I got the chicken bowl with all the fixings which was obviously delicious! Don't go there. They don't appreciate customers. Workers were extremely rude and inefficient. I have 7 orders and the fat Hispanic guy was extremely agitated that I held up the line. They don't want your business basically. . Trash area were never cleaned up. As much as I like chipotle, we will skip this branch and stick with Moe's going forward. WARNING. Avoid this Chipotle location at all costs. It's absolutely terrible. None of the employees know how to wrap a burrito or make tacos. This location is always a dump with trash everywhere and dirty tables at all hours of the day. The food is consistently under cooked, which biting into crunchy undercooked rice ruins a meal. The management of this location should be ashamed of themselves and it's unfortunate for those of us that live in the Brambleton area to have this location as an option. This location is my favorite Chipotle. Everytime I come to this location, there is always a huge line. Although the long line is intimidating, they serve quickly. They are always busy, but there are 5-6 workers at the line of station. They are efficient and get orders done quickly. The biggest aspect that makes me come here is the consistency. They always give huge portions, and they are always precise. They are always busy, so they have a system that is quick, but they will not skimp out on portion or food quality. read more

So happy to finally have a location closer to home. Stopped by 3 times and they've been consistent each time. I haven't had an issue with portion sizes myself when I go so I can't speak to that but I did appreciate when I asked for a few sides of extra salsas they filled them up (please be aware that there is an upcharge; my household Loves the salsa so we don't mind paying for 4 or 5 orders with chips. Hopefully chipotle makes it an option for ordering extras in app). Store was clean each time and the staff was friendly even when busy. If you go during lunch rush (12pm-2pm) you may be in for a wait. Haven't used the "Chipotlane" just yet (this is NOT a drive thru lol it's only for pick up from the app so you can't place an order like fast food) but it seems pretty straightforward and haven't gotten delivery from this location just yet. I can't tell you how I have been Dreaming of one closer because the app would auto locate to the Ashburn location... you can see their score/reviews for those horror stories; legitimately avoid that one if you can.. So as long as this spot remains consistent and clean I'll be coming back when I have a craving. read more

They just opened but they are working out some kinks. One of the only ones in this area with a drive thru which is kind of cool. They did mess up my order a little bit but hey they just opened. There isn't much parking unless you park on the other side of the shopping center which is just right next door. Pretty good size location with decent amounts of large tables. read more

Went there randomly and seems like there were quite a bit of trainees and lots of people waiting for orders from mobile pick up. However I was a walk in, went through the line and ordered my bowl which turned out to be a heaping mess of ingredients but no big deal it's chipotle... however the next morning, not even 6hrs later, I was projectile vomiting bc the chicken was undercooked. This is a very poorly run Chipotle, it's inefficient and messy. They have one person working the toppings area, one person working the cash register. I've been there several times and there is always a bottleneck of 8-10 bowls sitting with the rice beans and meat waiting for toppings, just sitting on the counter getting cold. They wait for the tins to be empty before asking for more which holds up the line. The counter is very messy- corn and tomatoes slopped around and I am sure there is so much cross contamination. Twice they were out of chips by 8pm and yesterday out of mild salsa! I get that they are in a busy spot but they do not operate efficiently and you will leave with cold food! read more

FIRST OF ALL: THERES A DRIVE THRU!!! What?! So cool. BUT I went in with a last minute catering order and not only did they accommodate my order, they were extremely nice. They knew my name when I came in the next day and everyone greeted me with a smile and offered to help, even someone on break helped to get things to my car. Such potential for a great Chipotle that is to being realized. The management is not to be seen there --they don't change their gloves between cash register and making your food or have separate people do that like at other Chipotles . One day the chips were so salty and I told the manager there and she DID NOT SEEM TO CARE. An employee smoking and joking with another employee when one guy was doing both and needed help. Trash over flowing. The drive through is a great feature. I hope that management can improve this location. read more

Restaurant was filthy - overflowing trash, dirty tables, dirty floor and counter where they were assembling the food looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Even the register area had food and sour cream smeared all over the counter and the employees didn't seem to care. My food did not taste up to chipotle standards. Meat tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I ended up throwing the entire order away. I know places are short staffed, but this was a bit much. Everytime I've been the food as been cold and service has been slow. The workers are kinda rude and they don't keep the place clean.

Attention salt conscious people. Especially if you are on high blood pressure medication. You will need an extra pill prior to eating here. The salt content is off the charts. It will cause your lips, tongue, & throat to burn. Also the guac is not guacamole. It's lump avocado. I asked for guac on my bowl & got half of an avocado. This is so disappointing.
