Twice now I have placed an online order and have arrive to pick up my food at designated time with them not even starting on making it. Then as I wait several people come in and there food is made before mine even after they know I am now waiting. Tonight I express I would of been better off waiting in line for faster service and the whole purpose of online ordering is to speed up the process. I felt the lead employee had no sympathy and wasn't concerned. I give it one star due to my last two experiences but I've gone other times and have had good employee experiences and excellent food. read more

When this place is busy it does get a little messy in the lobby, but not so badly. I like the food and the employees working here. I've been a regular of Chipotle for years, from Chicago, Illinois to Burlington, Vermont. Manhattan, NY to Tracy, CA. I've been nothing but impressed with both the food quality and customer service i've experienced at their establishments. Furthermore, I have to say that the customer service that I have received at the Tracy location has been both welcoming and exemplary. On more than one occasion not only have I been able to express my gratitude to a manager but seen first hand the thanks that the management gives to their employees. I'm a firm believer that employee recognition and the "praise in public" business culture goes a long way and this location does not disappoint. Furthermore, the food...damn can they pack a burrito! My wife is a connoisseur of corn salsa and therefore has to have at least half the burrito packed with it. The crew at this location is not only willing to load it to our desired spec but makes it a challenge to be able to wrap it in one wrap. This crew is nothing less than amazing and their service reflects that. Admittedly, I visit this location only 1-2 times per month and the manager Adriana greets me with smiles and personal service each time. It could be due to the personal challenge I bring with my "corn burrito with a little steak" order, or it is more than likely the fact that this Chipotle location has customer service on lock down. This crew delivers in service, portion and flavor and I invite anyone to visit and prove me wrong. read more

Placed an order online for pickup and I'm so so pleased with the outcome. I was able to set what time I wanted to get the order at and specify my order from every ingredient to light or extra of each ingredient. When I got to the store the parking lot was pretty packed but I was able to quickly get a spot at the "burrito loading zone" since it's a reserved spot for chipotle. Awesome! Once I got in the guy at the registered greeted me right away and pulled my order out of some warming fridge contraction super awesome! He bagged up my food for me and I was on my way. I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I placed an order over the phone with a virtual assistant which is a legit online ordering option. It took my card info and everything. I went to pick up my order and a Latin girl who was giving out orders told me they don't take orders over the phone and it's a glitch in their system. I asked her to please check the orders for my name and she refused because they "don't take phone orders". I even showed her my online bank statement where it shows I was charged for an order and she said "it's a pending charge, it'll fall off" so I placed an order on the app and when I went pick it up, guess what? I had TWO orders waiting for me. I confronted her about it and she said the tickets "printed out at the same time" even though 1 was dated 6pm (my original pick up time) and the other 6:45pm. Not sure how that would've printed at the same time. Wasted a WHOLE hour just because she wouldn't check when I asked her THREE times....I asked for her name and of course she wouldn't give it to me and hid her work badge. I promise to never come to this chipotle ever again! Maybe NO Chipotles ever again at all if this is the type of employees they hire and service they give. read more

This was my first visit to this location in Tracy. Happy that a Chipotle is finally a choice to have. Wait time was about average, assembly of my bowl was the same. The staff was friendly and actually knew what they were doing for new store. My only real complaint was the amount of chicken on the bowl was rather lite. I just visited this location for the first time, and it was on par with most other chipotle. Food is consistent with other chipotle locations. I have to brag on the staff though. My experience was that every one of them makes eye contact and engages in conversation with you as they get your order ready. Costumer service here is above average for chipotle. read more

I really love Chipotle food but none of the people preparing or assembling orders were wearing any type of mask. As an essential worker I was really looking forward to my first non home cooked meal in a month. Outside the store front a gentleman directed us to please stay 6' apart...there were dots on the floor inside. No one was inside directing patrons to maintain distance. It felt very unsafe. I have COPD and am a high risk for COVID19. I will sadly not be able to eat here knowing the most basic current health directives are not even remotely in place. I did the walk up after reading what a mess the mobile app customers had. After seeing no masks on mouths so close to my food? No thanks. It is really a shame after all they have done with sourcing and cleaning to drop the ball on requiring a simple mask for servers. read more

The food quality and taste are on par with other Chipotle locations. The staff was efficient. My complaint though is the the music volume. It was so loud when we came in that we could hardly order. Let me start by saying I'm not a chipotle eater, I've had chipotle enough times to count on one hand. I was never a fan, I've always been a Rubio's kind of girl, HOWEVER, this location made me reconsider. I'm not a meat/poultry fan, but since Chipotle doesn't have seafood options and vegetarian options were not what I was looking for, I ordered a burrito with barbacoa. I got almost everything in that burrito and I'll admit, the wrap job of that burrito was not the best, but I get it, lots of ingredients mean a mess. That's what the burrito was once I unraveled it, a MESS. Did I mention I'm not a burrito person at all either? Excuse me, WAS not a burrito person. BUT, that burrito tasted mother effing delicious. I was shocked, like wait, I like... Chipotle and burritos now? I'm not going to say it changed my life or anything, but that burrito was tasty AF. This chipotle created the poorest customer service experience I've ever had. I placed an order on the chipotle app for pickup at 7:20. I arrived a couple minutes early and filled my water bottle and hung out to give them a couple more minutes to make my order. After my order was at least 5 minutes late I inquired about its status and the manager replied that it would be ready in ten minutes. I informed her that I could've waited in line and had my order done earlier and she replied with a confusing "that's fine." I decided to give her the ten minutes she promised, and when that time was about up, another customer that had been waiting the entire time had also starting asking the manager about when his order would be ready. He was a delivery driver who was supposed to pick his order up at 7:10 and was wasting precious time that he could have spent making money. I reminded the manager my order wasn't ready yet either and she told us that they weren't going to make any online orders until there was no line in the store, which was very frustrating since the line has already fully cycled more than once in the time I had been waiting for my order. The manger went to the front of the store and locked it in an attempt to end the line growth, which is a major OSHA violation and put all of the employees and customers at risk. We continued to explain to her how it wasn't fair to make our orders that we had given them half an hour to make and twenty minutes of time in store after making orders for customers that had been waiting for only five minutes. She eventually gave in and made our orders, albeit very sloppily and with extremely small portions. I will definitely not be returning to this chipotle ever again and recommend you do the same. If you do have to come to this location as a last resort do not order it ahead of time, as you will get completely screwed over by the incompetent manager's preposterous ideas. read more

Everyone will probably laugh but I finally had Chipotle for the first time . I don't know why but I just never been. Well I absolutely loved Qdoba in Casper, WY so when I heard Chipotle was similar then it was ON. I had a carnitas burrito loaded with almost everything on the board. You aren't going to get in and out with 2 for $5 like Del Taco but man is it worth the extra $$$. My burrito was delicious and I dare say it was a good value given the portion and quality of the ingredients. I was very impressed. My staff was also very accommodating surprisingly. It's hard nowadays to find good customer service but this place had 3 great employees. It not economical for me to eat here every day but I'm sure Chipotle will be a regular stop in my rotation from now on. Oh yeah. My buddy was right it is very similar to Qdoba. I'm not going to pick one over the other. They both are great. You will leave with a full belly and a big smile on your face. read more

I have had Chipotle many times before in different cities and I was excited for them to open in Tracy. I have been here a few times and any time I have ordered in person the meals have been decent. The three times I have ordered online have had huge mistakes. The first was when I ordered two kids taco meals and the cashier would have forgotten to give me two kids drinks, if I hadn't asked. When I returned home, the kids opened up their meals and there were NO shells for the tacos. I refused to drive all the way across town so luckily, I had some shells in my pantry. The next time we ordered online, I made sure to ask if they remembered the shells and they did. This time, the cheese was melted so much in the tray that my daughter couldn't even get any cheese onto her taco. The third time, I ordered two adult meals and a side of guacamole and chips and salsa. One meal was fine, the other was an order of 3 tacos. We only received 2 tacos. The guacamole was completely inedible, half of the cup was a hard unripened piece of avocado and the other half was the avocado shell mashed into pieces. Paying almost $2 extra for guacamole, I expect that what we receive be edible. Their specialty is definitely not online orders! read more
