I'm sure there is a chipotle out there that deserves a lower review, but I can't think of one. Here's the deal, I really really enjoy chipotle (and similar Q'doba type establishments), but I have no idea how this one stays open. Today represents maybe the 3rd time in a row that I've been there and that they are out of at least one thing I want. Today, chicken ... seriously? ... chicken? ... what like 50% of peeps must get chicken? How in the all that is good and mighty are you out of chicken at 12:30 for lunch? But it gets worse ... not only were they rude, I'm too busy to put down my phone and talk to you, type high schoolers ... but they literally looked at us like what else do you want? ... well how about carne asada? ... wait you're out of that too? ... I mean who is actually thinking about and running this place? You don't want customers? You want negative reviews? ... seriously I realize we are in difficult food desert here ... but this is a fast food'ish option ... one that I won't be back to and wouldn't encourage others to visit. Why oh why can't we get some decent options with a customer service focus ... sigh ... The real unfortunate reality is that their reviews reflect the fact that this is a frequent circumstance. Fix it or do us a favor and make space for others. read more

Watch out Taco Bell, there's a new Sheriff in town ! I just had three fabulously fresh, crispy tacos at this Chipotle location. Including a 22oz drink plus tax, it came to $14.09 total. I ordered from home and picked it up 12 minutes later in the drive through. I ate it in their parking lot and did NOT spill cheese all over myself or the floorboard ! The tacos are delicious--the depth of flavors are amazing. AND...the ingredients include corn salsa , choice of five meats with cheese, onions, and sour cream. The hard-shell corn tortillas don't crumble in your hands--you actually have to bite through them--imagine that! I now can officially declare, "...I used to eat at Taco Bell...", which ironically is only a block away. I could have added pinto beans, it was one of the ingredient choices--I'll do that next time. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that it deserves to be shared. From start to finish, the visit was disappointing. When we arrived, the place wasn't overly busy, and there were at least nine employees visible, so we expected decent service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It took quite a while before anyone acknowledged us, and when we finally placed our order, we were told they were out of the carne asada we wanted. We decided to wait for a fresh batch, assuming it would be worth it. About 20 minutes later, our meals arrived -- but the meat was cold. Not lukewarm, not barely warm -- cold. By that point, it was clear there was no attention to quality or customer experience. We mentioned it to the staff, but no one seemed interested in making it right. The food overall was bland and poorly prepared, and the service was indifferent at best. With that many people working, you'd expect someone to care enough to check in, apologize, or at least make sure customers were happy. It's disappointing, because I really wanted to like this place. The menu looked good and the atmosphere had potential, but between the poor service and unappetizing food, I can't justify coming back anytime soon. Hopefully management takes this feedback seriously and makes some changes, because right now, this place is a hard pass. read more

My husband ordered take-out; a Barbacoa Bowl, Chicken Quesadilla, and Chips. The first two items were good and we would order them again. The Chips, while only $2.20, were a very small amount. One of the sides was Roasted Chili Corn Salsa. It had good flavor but I couldn't eat it as it had jalapeños - too hot for me. Would be nice if their food was mild, with the option to add sides of chopped jalapeños. read more

Don't order online/app from here. Two family orders in a row with missing beverages and not even basics like utensils and napkins in spite of checking the box for those items. So we basically donated $12 to Chipotle. There is also no recourse. You can't reach customer service through the app, there is no phone number, and if you'd have to drive to the restaurant to argue about it. We're in town for an emergency and will never order from here again. Contacted by Chipotle to go to a customer service link that doesn't work. "Pepper is unavailable." "Taco" was horribly and randomly spiced with very hot salsa of some kind, even though "mild" was ordered, and it was way below safe cooking temperature in the middle. Very scary, giving reminders of their Salmonella problems. read more

I ordered the burrito bowl with all the. I believe it came up to over $20. When I got it, it only had the basic ingredients. My took it back to see if they would remake it for me with all the things I ordered and the receipt for it. They lied and said they had the receipt and I only ordered the $12 but they could not print the receipt and show him. Also, there was a tennis ball size of rice that was as hard as a rock. Why is this chipotle so poorly run? The food, of course, is consistent like every other chipotle so that's always a 5 for me. However, they literally are so poorly run. Ice machine? Broken. Forks? Still incompetent still can't run their chipotle lane appropriately. A person shows up just in front of me foods not ready sit there for 10 minutes. Three more cars pull up. All three of our orders were sitting there on the shelf ready to go. Do they force the 1 person to pull over to sit and wait for it. Went inside and the dining area wasn't particularly clean. While I was in line ordering, a lady ordered food, and then let her toddler stand on the counter next to the register where food is served. In shoes. On the counter. The kid continued to stand in the middle of the counter while she waited for her food. The lady with the kid appeared to be an employee, and no one said a thing to her. New location and first Chipotle in the Wenatchee Valley. So as you can imagine lots of people but by the looks of it it might start to die down, customer service is not all that great. I understand you're busy but don't rush me. It was my first time in a chipotle since I moved from California and with new menu items I was unsure of what I wanted. And trust me. Lines in SoCal are much longer than here. A couple of items are definitely over priced like the queso and guac. Ordered two Keto Steak lifestyle bowls through door dash. Traveling here for work and was very excited to order food that works for my diet. Pros: Tasty red sauce and meat was seasoned well. Greens were fresh and the cheese was delicious. Cons: For the price, the bowl was small. Definitely still hungry after I ate it. I truly expected a much larger portion for the price. I basically received two side salads and paid close to $40.00 Guacamole was dark brown in color. Fresh guacamole is green. I ordered double meat and it definitely did not seem like I had received twice the amount of steak. My husbands bowl had fatty pieces of meat. We won't be ordering again! read more

I ordered chips & Guac through the mobile app & drive thru, and I'm pretty sure I got yesterday's 'pre-portioned' guac as it was completely brown throughout. 2. My wife ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and the chicken had some fatty pieces still attached, some trimming may be needed. 3. The burritos through the drive thru/mobile app seem much smaller than the ones you get in the store. Some consistency is needed here. Other than that, food is good, ingredients are good. read more

Since my first visit here, my husband stopped in one day and ordered a burrito. He noticed as it was being prepared by the staff, the guacamole was dipped into and revealed a blackish area. My husband believes the prep people are afdind fresh food on top of older food on the bottom of the food bins. Do you see a problem here? If management allows this sort of practice, dont complain about getting sick, bc you will, at some point. Shame on the managing staff!!! First time trying chipotle ever- I don't know if it was the location, the workers, or what but it was not a great experience. I love the fact that they have the to go via mobile app. It makes it an easy and quick process. The food on the other hand was no where near as good as expected. I ordered a carne asada burrito. The burrito itself was huge, what mainly filled the burrito was the rice and the beans which I was very disappointed with both. Not only was the rice not cooked the right way (making it crunchy) but the black beans were almost just as hard! Now in their defense they did just open up a couple weeks prior to my visit and it is a new location. But I am very disappointed in the city of Wenatchee for replacing delicious Cafe Rio with such a bland mimic. read more

My husband was going for take out. We were new to Chipotle. I looked online and only way to see menu was "To Order" or "Nutrition". So I created my order based on the choices shown, no details about each one. My dinner arrived and began eating. For a while it was ok, then I got something that was so incredibly hot. My mouth was on fire!!! I could eat no more. No where did I see there was any kind of spice on anything. I could not finish my dinner and 20 minutes later my mouth is still burning!!! Should only rate it zero but it won't allow. Tried to put in an online catering pick up order and the site wouldn't alllow me to place the order for pickup earlier than 7 pm the following day??????!!! That is ridiculous. Then, I called at 6:30 since they are open until 10 pm and their automated system transferred me to the restaurant, where someone picked up without saying hello and had the phone receiver on for over 15 minutes before I hung up....all the while, I could hear their staff's ridiculous conversations. Really? I can't believe no one can actually answer their phone. I called back 3 times. Again, having to go through their automated system, only to let it ring and ring and ring, finally getting a prompt to enter my access code. I don't know why they advertise their "exciting catering" but can't make it easy for anyone to use it. I am not impressed. No wonder no one trusts this restaurant chain since failing miserably on their health ratings. YUCK. read more
