We got a chocolate chip cookie and cookies and crème cookie. We thought there were nothing special about the cookie in terms of taste. It would be nice if the cookies were warm. They're pretty large cookies and service is fast! It's a cute place as well with good energy.

Ordered the custom box Togo which comes with 4 giant cookies: - Speculoos Spectacular (by far the best one, indeed spectacular, has melty white chocolate and gooey center with caramel, buttery texture) - Cookies and Creme, (sounded good bc cookies and creme is my favourite flavour, but did not taste great) - Chocolate Chip Cookies, (disappointing compared to most other chocolate chip cookies I've had) - Ube Crinkle (not bad) size of cookies is good, they do late night deliveries ~11pm

One of our top favorite cookie spots for ooey gooey fluffy cookies! We love that they have flavors that rotate as well as their classic chocolate chip cookies. Keep in mind it is a store front but there's no seating! It's tucked away on el Camino but it's such a cute little secret cookie spot! The service was so quick and he was super nice he caught us eating them in the parking lot haha if you're new to it and just want to try it out, they have day after cookies for a discount (if available), or check them out on TooGoodToGo (food saving app!) every now and then you can save cookies (your benefit 1000%)! But I do recommend trying them nice and fresh too

Tucked behind a gas station that can be easily missed from the outside but if you're craving some really good and fresh chocolate chip cookies this is the spot! The shop itself isn't anything crazy or aesthetically pleasing but it works for the service. It's a grab and go type of shop where you just order at the front and the person grabs the cookie for them after. You can tell the cookies were baked in perfection as they are giving out in a box which is still warm. The chocolate chip is gooey once you bit into it and it has the just amount of sweetness! They even sell milk which I heard was pretty good! I also like that they have discounted prices for their cookies that they didn't sell the day before.

I enjoy these cookies to the fullest extent! I've tried the triple chocolate, ube, chocolate chip, and red velvet. My favs are the top three I listed. These cookies are huuuge and I do share these bc I can literally eat one by myself, maybe 2 in a day if I'm hungry but the other two I buy it for my fam and friends. I only share bc I can't finish these bad boys but trust me if it were smaller I wouldn't lol. The shop is small and only to go orders and the service is super fast! The workers are very friendly and when I order these cookies I ask for the ones just out of the oven bc it's super moist and fudgy. The cookies have a nice little crunch on the outside texture but super gooey inside just baked perfectly! I literally feel like these are perfectly made cookies. Everyone I've given these cookies to have enjoyed it and it is a really nice gift to buy for fam and friends.

Love love love their cookies!! I think the bad reviews left behind were because they aren't cheap. 4 different cookies in a box = $17.99 The cookies are warm and popping out of the oven. The cookies are very big can be cut in half to share They offer catering! The team is friendly and quick. They are open late on the weekends so perfect snack to get for a movie or dessert. My favorite cookie it the Ube one. It's not a place to sit and eat at It's a place to pick up and go cozy up at home. I recommend it if you're looking for a worth it cookie. $$= cookie heaven

Cookies: All were a 6/10 except the chocolate chip was a 9/10

The cookies were okay! I was definitely not expecting to only like the regular chocolate chip cookie but that was the only one I really enjoyed eating. I would recommend that you do not get the ube crinkle cookie as it was the worst one we had. It also confused me? It's not even a real crinkle cookie and tastes nothing like ube. The employee added the powdered sugar once we ordered the cookie. Overall, I probably wouldn't be back but if I go ever go back I'd get the chocolate chip cookie.

These are way better than Crumbl and Insomnia Cookies. If anything, it is more of the price that got me sold. I love cookies and I will definitely come back for more since I crave a nice warm cookie with a glass of oat milk. Service was quick and easy. Their warm cookies straight from the oven with crispy edges is super buttery and ooey gooey with each bite. The worker assisting me was super nice and friendly. It is behind the gas station and I had trouble finding the location. For real, definitely one of the best cookies I had for a great steal!

I can only review based on my online ordering experience! I ordered a four pack for my sister in law, and the process was straightforward and easy. I received a text when the driver was nearby as well as when it was delivered. Although I didn't have the pleasure of eating them, it made someone's day extra sweet! The only thing that made me a little bummed out was that the note that I wanted included wasn't delivered with the cookies. That's a bummer especially since sometimes it's the note that makes the gift!

Love! Cookies are filling and huge. Hard texture on outside. Soft on the inside. Ube flavor stands out. Layout is nice and service is quick. Although it be nice to have some tables to try a few bites.

I've tried Choc cookies a handful of times. This is the first time though that I've ever been to pick up an order. I ordered online. I put a time in for 10:15pm. I knew parking was tight here, but really didn't expect it to be that tight. So be aware. Got there at 10pm. Parking was def limited. Walked in and they have a small fridge of drinks like milk. A counter to order if you do walk in. A bunch of ovens. The worker at the front was attentive and nice. My order was ready to go waiting for me. It's seriously a hole in the wall. A staple here now I feel like for Santa Clara. Their chocolate chip cookie are delicious. One of my favorites. Also the ube one too. They're huge! 4 come in a box. They can mix and match the different flavors.

The cookies were warm and crunchy and the service was great. My favorites were the cookies and cream and ube crinkle. The chocolate chip one was alright and i did not like the lemon sunshine even though Im a huge lemon fan, tasted a bit too artificial.

Ask the Community - Choc Cookies

Are all cookies inspired by the size of Levains in NY (I read 6 oz)? Thanks :)

Address is not on Yelp but I see the pick up address on pomeroy, so can we walk in to that location and purchase cookies? Can we pay by credit/debit card at the store front?

You should be able to see the address right under the map on the business page. It is: 1614 Pomeroy Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95051…

How are these in size, price and quality to Costco cookies and other reputable places?

Better than Costco cookies. Whole foods brown butter cookies are better than Costco cookies. this place was fresher, tastier than whole foods brown butter cookies. The cookies were warm when I bought them. Price is about the same as whole foods.

What time do they really open? Yelp shows open at 5:30pm to 10pm but when you call it says on their voicemail that they open at 6:30pm to 11pm.

When I've ordered cookies online, I have placed orders as early as 530. Not sure if it's changed since I last ordered about 2 weeks ago.

    Is it preorder only?

Nope, you can show up and order there as well!

We got the red bean and the strawberry flavors - the portions were very large for a bay-area reasonable price of less than $15 item. It was my first visit and honestly, I was a bit disappointed; while there were lots of fresh fruits, I found the flavor bland and not sweet enough - which may be someone's jam? I wished it had more condensed milk to give it a more creamy flavor. The shaved ice was beautiful and fluffy - i'd say this is the main draw that may bring me back to try new flavors. There is plenty of seating inside for tables of two or even small groups. Parking can be difficult since many popular establishments are in the same strip mall so plan ahead for parking time.

I chose to do a DIY regular taco with s'mores ice cream, peanut butter dip, and oreo toppings. The flavors mixed so well together! This is the perfect place to grab a sweet treat on any occasion! BIG heads up though, it can get extremely busy especially on a weekend (was here on a Sunday evening). I think we went on a day where they might've been short a few people, but we did wait over an hour for our order. From my observations there is a process for the tacos. They have to mold the ice cream in, then keep it in the freezer for a few minutes for it to hold its shape, and customize it after. If you're willing to wait that long for ice cream then I'd say this place is definitely worth it.

Pastries and breads are often not uniform in size. Pastries that come out smaller or torn, damaged still get selected to be sold to customers instead of seen as a quality defect and pulled. In comparison to premium bakeries in SF, Palo Alto, or even Los Gatos, this was disappointing. I would think it would be better to pull the one or two pastries in that tray. Heck, even Paris Baguette would pull whole trays if it didn't fit their quality standard. (But I don't know if that's still true haha.) Given its premium pricing of $8-15 a pastry, I would expect all the qualities that would justify it. They are a step above bakeries who have frozen products, but do not hit the level of premium in quality of pastry. The prices they had in the beginning were fair, but with the recent increase along with those issues, I'm sad to rate it lower.

This time I decided to stop by here after dinner, my first time sitting down here and ordering. The inside is very clean, modern, and Pinterest-like. They added more decorations and seating from 2 years ago, making the inside more aesthetic. whaT's More always has unique Asian flavors, like durian, earl grey, pandan, red bean, and oolong. The cakes are not too sweet, so definitely Asian parent approved haha! We got the sesame dark chocolate crepe cake. When you eat in the store, the owner provides you with free cups of tea, which are really great for washing down the cake. The chocolate was super rich, and they did not skimp out on the flavor - super chocolatey. The sesame added such a fun earthy and nutty flavor - I thoroughly enjoyed it! The place was situated in a quiet plaza just outside of Lawrence Expressway. There's ample parking but it doesn't feel like the location is suitable for a cafe where you can picture sitting inside looking through some big windows facing a busy pedestrian walkway. However, once I stepped inside, I was surprised at how zen and peaceful the decorations were and how fitting it was for a cozy and quiet cafe hangout. The cake shelf was surprisingly busy. And this is where I took one star out because the lines were confusing and the staff skipped me to talk to the group behind me while I was clearly the next to be helped. Luckily another staff member came out from the back kitchen and jumped in to help. The staff spoke fluent mandarin. I was interested in their box cakes. A few of the yelpers raved about their soy milk cake and luckily they had one out for sampling. It was covered with lots of cream and the cake layer was soft and moist, but it was still slightly too sweet for me and I felt that it lacked the tofu kind of soy flavor. Then, I spotted on their menu that they have a black sesame matcha box cake, and black sesame is always my favorite, so I asked for it. They had the last one left! The staff said she had never tried it so she couldn't tell me if it is less sweet than the soy milk cake. Since it was the last one available and I already sampled the soy cake, I decided to give it a try. I am happy that I did. The cake was filled with matcha mousse and tasted light and aromatic with the jasmine kind of matcha flavor. It is definitely less sweet. Unfortunately, it doesn't have as much black sesame as I'd like. But overall, the cake flavor is the kind that I like, subtle, moist, and not too sweet. $38 for a box cake of 4x4 is a bit pricey, but I'm glad that I gave it a try. The cakes were freshly made and tasted best the same day of purchase. They also recommend refrigerating the cake and consuming it within a day or two.
