Super friendly staff, walked us first timers through the process of ordering. Super clean seating area, and restroom. I am not exactly a salad guy (probably should be), so the ladies picked this one. Wide variety of everything salad, with choices of favorites to build your own. You can even substitute items from the Menu Chops like no tomatoes, to red onions which is awesome. Everything comes completely chopped like the name says, in a cool bowl that is easy to take home what you cannot finished. 5 Stars from all three of us, now I thought it was slightly $$$ for salad, but I was educated that is the going price for salad in similar places. Since I moved here in February I've been wanting a place like this to exist and I can't believe I've just now found it. My salad was delicious and pretty fresh. My only complaint is the ranch dressing that came with the salad it wasn't good, it tasted nothing like a ranch dressing in my opinion but thank goodness I had my own type of ranch at home. Will definitely have more of their delicious salads!!! Just A Heads Up Tip: You may want to ask for an extra side of dressing for whatever salad you get. For the amount of salad they give (and it's a decent amount) it doesn't seem like enough. We were in Town Square for a bit and decided to grab some Chop Stop for dinner on our way home. I've been hankering for a Cobb salad for a while now so that's what I decided to get! I ordered on the app and I love how I can customize it. Even though it's one of their salads that was already "built", you can still change what's in it. I decided to get croutons instead of the sunflower seeds. I had avocado at home so I took that off and added extra chicken. I also changed out the dressing to ranch instead of blue cheese. Too bad they didn't have beets available there because I would have loved adding that to my salad! You can also build your own salad if you don't like any of the ones they have, which is also fantastic. The ingredients that they used were fresh. I was a little surprised by how chopped up everything was but that just means I could get a little bit of everything in every bite! The croutons were pretty good too! The amount of food they give may not be enough if you're a big eater but it was more than enough for me. I think half of the salad was enough to fill me up. I liked everything about my salad. By far some of the best fresh chopped salads and wraps near the strip. All of the items can be customized to your liking and the topping choices are ENDLESS. Highly recommend the wraps as the tortillas are fresh and they offer several different options. Parking is free and plentiful in the large spacious lot just in back of the building and service is always quick. read more

Chop Stop is ok...but their dressings are severely lacking any pop in flavors! This salad stop is reminiscent of a chain on the East Coast that I used to love! You walk in to a counter menu with either a choice of pre-determined salad options, or a create your own option. I went with one of the pre-determined salads, which had all of the ingredients I most wanted, but I switched out the dressing for something a little spicier. I asked for the dressing on the side, as I didn't wan't it to be drenched in dressing, but that was just one of the mistakes I made! The salads are very large, but getting the dressing on the side meant you were getting a small amount of dressing compared to the size of the salad. The dressing itself lacked any flavors, especially since the dressing was one of their spicier varieties! The salad ingredients are good, and are plentiful, but the dressing just did nothing for me...without even factoring in the price for the salad! We came here on a whim after watching a movie at the nearby AMC since we got out pretty late and didn't want to have something greasy and heavy right before bed. They were nice enough to let us in despite being right on the verge of closing and better yet, they explained how ordering works since it was our first time there. You can either make your own chop salad/wrap or order one of their classics. I went with the Cobb Chop and my fiancé went with the Roasted Garlic Chop wrap since we were overwhelmed with all the options for making your own. Both of our meals were made with high quality fresh ingredients and just enough dressing were you wouldn't feel like your salad is just drowning in it. The price is also reasonable considering how much salad you get, I usually have enough for two meals. Since then we've come back a couple times and it's been great consistently. As a matter of fact, my fiancé has just started to get two orders of the Roasted Garlic Chop wraps when we go since he loves having it for lunch the next day. I'm in town for work and had a craving for soup and salad, I know it's crazy hot out but I love soup! I ordered a mix your own salad and the chicken noodle soup through Grubhub. The salad was great and the size was pretty good. However, there was not enough dressing for the salad so do yourself a favor and order extra. Next was the soup. It's thick and creamy but was cold and they didn't include a spoon which is a shame when staying at a hotel.
