I've been WAITING for this place to open up! Reminds me of a salad place in LA that I've been missing ever since moving to Vegas. Let me tell you, Chop Stop did not disappoint. I had the Cobb Chop (with some minor tweaks) and my husband had the Tuna Chop (which he said was "bomb"). These huge Kardashian style bowls are so absolutely worth I'll drive out of my way to come back. The best, most unexpected part, was the little bottle of hand sanitizer. This place has a great Caesar salad and I love getting it as a wrap, BUT the online ordering almost never gets it right when it comes to having the dressing inside the wrap. Why have the website say "make it a wrap, dressing inside" and then have the dressing not inside the wrap. And it's so inconsistent. Sometimes we get dressing inside and it's fantastic, and then there are a bunch of others where we have to take the food home, take apart the wrap and re mix and wrap it which is just annoying. read more

I went there to give this place a try, and ordered the Santa Fe Chop Bowl, and a pretzel stick. I received a prompt and friendly greeting and was rang up. 5 minutes later I was called to the counter to get it. The ingredients seemed fresh enough, and the vegetables were abundant, presentation decent, but they were entirely stingey with the chicken. There wasn't much in my bowl to be found. A small spponful of cubes. The avocado was the only thing in the salad that filled me up. It was 3/4 lettuce. I was a bit shocked by the pricing as well. I cannot, in this day and age justify spending $21 on a single salad when you can buy a whole weeks worth of salad ingredients for that price. It was just okay. Nothing phenomenal to write home about honestly. I would not pay that much for a single salad again. The pricing alone is a deterrent for me. read more

I tried to give them a chance but after ordering two different salads I feel the food is mediocre for the price. I first tried the garlic chicken chop which was ok. My next visit, I went for the kale chop because that seemed more my taste. It would've been delicious could you actually taste the different ingredients. First time trying Chop shop. I recommend building your own salad if you try it. I got the Santa Fe chop and was a bit disappointed it was basically just iceberg very little spinach. Roasted chicken is dry, tiny pieces and tastes like it's been refrigerated for a couple days with very little flavor. Cilantro lime dressing is pretty good though. The toppings also seemed a bit scarce. They also had bowls with rice which may have been a better choice after sitting there looking at the menu. But wouldn't really want to try them since the chicken isn't very good anyway. Place was clean and employees were nice and gave a short explanation of the menu. Wanted to try this place for a while after hearing about it in a Facebook thread on where to go now that sweet tomatoes is gone. I'm sad I waited so long though because I really enjoyed the salad. The service was good. The cashier was helpful in explaining the menu for our first time and the food came out quickly. I'd definitely recommend the place (especially when you're craving a now closed salad place) because you can create exactly what you want. They have wraps and warm bowls on top of the salads and snacks like prewrapped cookies and rice crispy treats and chips. Will definitely be back. I had the Caesar chop and my mom had the Asian chop.
