Wife and I visited on Friday at around 1 ish and these are a few new things we found: 1) Parking is a $20 flat rate, credit card only accepted. The lot seemed small compared to the old location. 2) There's no fish market, there's 1 window where you order your food and drinks off a menu and it gets delivered to your table. Before you order though, get a table and check the number on it 'cause they'll ask you for it once you place your order. 3) Bathrooms are bigger and cleaner lol 4) Right next to the boardwalk, real nice to watch cruise ships and naval boats passing by. Food was still delicious, a little pricey but if you are a Costco member, I recommend you get the InKind gift cards, they take them and that's a huge saver. Staff was real nice and helpful, we had fun chatting with Rosa, whose been working for the market for over 20 years, real cool lady. We are already planning a trip back, this time though with our whole fam and looking forward to see Rosa again.

Lots of indoor tables and booths. Lots of stools around the bar. They serve breakfast as well.as lunch and dinner. We went for an early lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't crowded yet. Parking was easy and they have their own lot. Watch for the small "Chowder Barge" sign low down while traveling on Henry Ford! It's a ahort walk down to the restaurant down the gangway. The food and drinks. My.husband ordered the Caprain size Michelada. Housemade mix with Draft Midelo (choice of several.beers on draft). We started with cups of chowdet, very filling! We shared a 2-piece Fish & Chips Basket along with a Dinner Salad. Plenty of food for the two of us. Fish waa a bit heavier coated for my taste but the cod inside was great! The coleslaw wa excellent! The Garden salad had cucumbers and beets. The blue cheese dressing was so good! Service was excellent and very attentive. Nina was our server. She was very friendly and helpful!..we will definitely be returning!

We get inside. We get seated. Look at the menus. Menu shows they had Diet Coke. My daughter and I both ordered one. When it arrived we both thought it tasted weird. I mention it to the server "that's because it's Coke Zero" Diet Coke and Coke Zero are not interchangeable, guests should be made aware of this especially when the menu says Diet Coke and that's what was asked for. Another note, fountain drinks only had one free refill. I ordered fish and chips, my daughter got the ham and grilled cheese sandwich with "fries", my friend ordered the clam chowder and her daughter got the shrimp basket. First, the "fries and chips" were not fries. They were potato wedges. Although potato wedges are fried potatoes they are not French fries. The fish part of my fish and chips wax good. The tartar sauce was sweet and that threw off my taste buds. My daughter and friend's daughter both enjoyed their orders. My friend said she'd give the clam chowder a 6/6.5. I tasted it. It wasn't bad, but tasted more bacon than clam. It was definitely an experience eating here. I forgot to mention when the check came it had a credit card fee on the check without knowing if I was paying with cash or card.

Of course my contemplation of what to eat has been decided. Khin Khao for the win , as always the friendly service and tasty food has remained consistent . My usual favorite from here are their mango sweet rice dessert , boat noodles and the beef salad . Others boat noodles are sweet , not at khin khao, their flavors was superb with a melding of savory goodness taste . Mango sweet rice dessert is a seasonal dish on their menu, I made sure to order a few container for the next day . ( depending on yellow mango season) definitely a must buy from them . Tip: when at home take out the sticky rice and steam until warm or a steam in the steamer. Pour in the sweet sauce into the warm rice mix well and eat with the mango . Yumm

It reminded me just like how my friends momma used to cook for me in high school. Taste brought back memories. Perfect char and smokey taste to beef as well. Pickled veg was also really good, not very sweet or bitter but a nice freshness with the beef. Similar to this white kimchi so I loved it! Can't wait to try their other menu options, but the skewers will not disappoint if you . I can't explain it but the seasoning on it is just amazing. Follow them on ig for event updates :)

Service was great even though we were seated outside. They constantly came to check in on us. We ordered the calamari which is a classic appetizer. It was very fresh and fried to perfection~ The lobster bisque was so flavorful. It's probably the best lobster bisque I've ever had. We also ordered the scallop scampi. This dish threw us off because we were under the impression that it would be a pasta dish based off of what a shrimp scampi is. Regardless, it was still very tasty!!

22nd Street Landing has a 3.5-star rating on Yelp, and after dining here, I'd say that's about…read moreright. The biggest draw here is undoubtedly the view. It's beautiful and easily the restaurant's strongest feature. Unfortunately, once you take away the waterfront scenery, you're left with a fairly average restaurant that feels like it's in need of some updating and renovation. Before my entrée arrived, I started with a cup of clam chowder. It came out hot, which was nice, but it was surprisingly light on actual clams. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly memorable either. For my main course, I ordered the swordfish. It was good, but not outstanding. In fact, that pretty much sums up the entire meal. I was part of a large group, and we ordered a wide variety of dishes across the menu. Nobody complained about their food, but nobody was blown away by it either. The general reaction around the table was, "Yeah, it's pretty good." You can usually tell when people are genuinely impressed by a meal, and that just wasn't the case here. To be clear, the food isn't bad at all. You're not going to leave feeling disappointed, and it's certainly better than your average chain seafood restaurant. The issue is that nothing we ordered felt exceptional or memorable enough to justify the premium pricing. The service was another area where the restaurant fell short. The staff wasn't rude, but they weren't particularly attentive either. If you needed something, you generally had to flag someone down. There were several times when my water glass sat empty while our server was nearby, yet he never seemed to look over at our table. One thing that stood out was the bread service. Bread is available, but unless you specifically ask for it, don't expect anyone to offer it. A simple question like, "Would you like some bread for the table?" never came. It's a small detail, but at a restaurant in this price range, those details matter. The restaurant itself appeared clean, and the restrooms were decent. However, I'm grading this place against the expectations that come with Yelp's $$$ price designation. When a restaurant falls into Yelp's higher-priced category, diners naturally expect the food, service, and overall experience to be noticeably above average. That's why little issues become more noticeable. Even my water glass had a slight odor to it, and I had to ask for a replacement. Mistakes happen, but when you're paying premium prices, those things stand out more. In the end, the view does a lot of the heavy lifting. If this restaurant were located somewhere without the harbor scenery, I don't think it would stand out much from the many other decent seafood restaurants in the area. The food is good, the service is adequate, and the setting is beautiful. But for a restaurant carrying a $$$ price tag on Yelp, I expected more. For me, 3 out of 5 stars feels like a fair rating.
