So, first of I want to say that I work around the corner front this food joint. Just got this job a month ago so I am still getting to know the area. There is not much food choices around here so I want to try anything around me when I came across this place. I came by today on my 30 minute lunch break at 1pm and I went thru drive thru and ordered zucchini fries. Btw the drive thru is really tight and watch out for those yellow poles!! I almost hit one while staring at the menu and slowly releasing my gas pedal at the same time LOL totally my fault! The drive thru wait was 10 minutes (which is why I gave them 3 stars) the zucchini fries were great! Unfortunately they charge extra for ranch (another reason why only gave them 3 stars) so my grand total for JUST ZUCCHINI FRIES & 1 EXTRA RANCH was $4.75.... Close to work so I've had many a lunch from Christos and I've never had but one complaint. They will not let you get a half & half order of O-rings & Zucchini! Its impossible to eat an order of each. And they are both so good I hate to choose. The daily burger specials are a good value and tasty too. The breakfast burritos are good and filling. The Pastrami burger is a gastronomic bomb that must be tried! Ham and eggs, taco salad.....the list goes on and on. Service is super and they've never screwed up a phone in order. I'm a firm believer in supporting local business and sometimes my work brings me down this way; so when I feel like quick fast food that will meet the need, this place does it. As we all know the Greek Empire seems to own every single mom and pop burger place and this place is no exception. Along with American grub, you'll find Greek Gyros and Mexican food. Actually, I think this is the case at every Greek owned fast food place I have visited. After a night of a drink or two or twelve, this placed has saved me with their good greasy grub the following morning. For breakfast, I have had their Pancake Specials and their French toast specials. Both are good and come with eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage. They also sell a Egg, Bacon & muffin sandwich with butter. Very tasty. On a hungover morning, grease is the catalyst to get up and running. Other times, if I just want quick burger and fries, I'll get their cheeseburger special. And if I really want to splurge which is maybe once a year here, I'll get pastrami on my burger. Mmm Mmm Good. There food is nothing special and average quality at best. Although, the last two times my fries have been overcooked and over salted. I'm already losing my liver due to my alcohol intake, I don't want to lose another organ; less salt, save my heart. I been coming to this place off and on for some 8 years now. Two of the cashier's recognize me and are very cool. Sometimes you'll find the owner of the place strapping on an apron and cooking which I think is pretty cool. 40 years ago, the guy probably got his start that way and saved up to get his own place. Nothing wrong with that. They have a drive thru, with an annoying buzzer that goes off inside the restaurant, once you get a drink, it is bottomless if you are dining in. I called today to place an order for pick up and the lady on the phone was not only rushing me to finish ordering but she also gave me a ton of unnecessary attitude. I walked in to pick up my food and she looked mad at the world. I had to give her a little sass and eye roll in order for her to get her shit together. We all know working at a burger joint isn't anyone's dream job but I'm sure there's someone out there in desperate need of a job that will happily stand behind that register with a smile. The food is actually pretty good, but we come here almost every Friday after a baseball lesson for my son and they have yet to get the order correct. Tonight they actually got it wrong twice. The first time I told them nicely that it was wrong and instead of telling me they would remake it, they asked if it needed to be remade. They didn't seem too happy when I said "yes". This place rarely disappoints. Everything I've gotten has hit the spot. So far, I've had the cheeseburger combo with fries, bacon avocado burger, pastrami sandwich, fish and shrimp dinner, club sandwich, chili dog, chili fries, bowl of chili, steak dinner, taco salad. My only issue as with the chili. It was flavorful but grainy. I was able to feel the spices on my tongue. It might have been that batch for the day. Either way, the next time I had it with chili fries, it was bomb with cheese. These past three days, I got the trio. Check out my picture to see what I'm talking about. I came here for breakfast this morning. I was trying to find Miraloma cafe but couldn't. Walked in was greeted by a friendly lady. Ordered the bacon, eggs and hash browns. They brought it to my table about 10 mins later. Eggs were over easy and perfect. Bacon seemed pre cooked. Hash Browns are still being burped up as we speak. Probably old oil. Yikes! I've patronized this place for over 15 years never have I had a bad experience Husband and I have had food from here twice this minth and it was horrible. Beans in burrito were hard. Pico de Gallo looked like it was cut with a axe, one sprig of cilantro. Ranch dressing no longer thick and creamy, watered down to stretch a buck. All food prices raised as well. This is my first time coming to this place I work around the area so this place was close to me, I decided to get a asada burrito that it look really good in the menu, when I got my order and came back to work and ate it, it was disappointed with the whole burrito, first of all it was full of grease and as I picked it up to take a bite the grease was all over my hands and fingers and it was still dripping all over the place, the meat was all grease and meat was super chewy as if they had heat it up in the microwave, also the burrito was all over the place it wasn't even nice and tight it fell apart after the first time picking it up, I don't recommend this place at all read more

They are given two stars because the food is pretty good, but due to the lack of Customer Service, they have lost a new and reoccurring customer. I had been frequenting Christo's about 2-3 times a week for lunch...but now I will just go to Tom's. I ordered a Cheeseburger Combo and they asked if I wanted anything else, and I replied, "Yes, one side of ranch please.", which was then followed by, "OK, I will have your total at the window." I drive up to the window and she asked, "Would you like any sauce with your order?", and I replied with, "Yes, the ranch that I ordered.", and then she walked away. A few moments go by and another person comes to the window, and asks, "Would you like any ketchup?", and I said, "No, I would like the ranch I ordered please." She turns to the person who originally took my order, asked if I was charged, and the other person said "No." The 2nd attendant then turned to me and said, "You did not pay for one, and their are fifty cents. Would you like to pay for one?" I said, "I do not have change, I just paid with my card, and I do not want to charge fifty cents on my card. Why was I never charged when I told her twice before she took my card I wanted ranch?" Her response, "She is new, so do you want ketchup instead?" I replied no, took my bag of food and drove off. Christo's management, empower your people to use a little common sense. Would you would rather collect fifty cents for ranch, than to keep a reoccurring customer? I was not looking for a handout, but I would expect a little (fifty cent) sacrifice to admit the error of the new employee and keep a customer happy and coming back again. Very local joint less than 2 blocks from my house. Very mom & pop. It reminds me of the first time I had it in 6th grade, my friend's mom picked us up some burgers as we did a school project. Anyhow, it tastes the same now as it did 11 years ago. Fat burgers. Pretty good Cheesesteaks. Everything will put a layer of grease in your arteries.
