    $4.49 for these whack fries.

This place is Dirty, games don't work, the racing games lagged so bad, we won a jackpot on one of the games and the gaming attendant tried to lie and said we didn't play the game to win it. The tickets we won were less than what the jackpot stated on the game itself but they didn't issue us what we were supposed to win and blamed it on the glitched game and told us not to play it anymore. Sorry, but own up to it and give Whats due. The food here sucks as well. Their salad bar got weak since they took out so much toppings, and their fries are a disgrace to the potato family. They couldn't even fill the basket up or fry it right. I'll attach a photo. The games here are like games they bought from a refurbished place or from Temu type. Easily to be broken.

I visited on a Saturday and purchased two cards for 30 min of play time. I later noticed that many games were out of order or temporarily unavailable. It seems there are fewer games than there used to be. However, my child really enjoyed the playground and trampoline area.

Chaos is the word I use to describe this place. There never seems to be order or organization and the workers never seem as though they want to be there. I will say this location is bigger, cleaner and run a lot better than the Arden location. I have never been a fan of their pizza so I won't order any but the salad bar always looks inviting. I think I'll try it next time I visit. My 5 year old daughter and I have gone 3 times in the last 2 months and this last time she was over it a lot faster than I thought. She said the games are boring now. Also, she was able to jump on the trampolines at the Arden location without having to get Chuck E Cheese socks and a wristband like the Elk Grove location. For me it's too expensive spending $40 on an hour of play (I know I should have gotten a play pass) since some of the games last literally 20 seconds and that's if it's working. My daughter wanted unicorn churros and those took about 15 minutes to get. Churros shouldn't take that long in my opinion.

Their staff said families are gambling with this machine!

It's been over a week since I filed a complaint about the way my family was treated on 9/23/25, and still no response or apology from Chuck E. Cheese. We lost over 100 tokens from a broken machine, and the supervisor told us it was "our fault" and even called it "gambling" -- at a kids' arcade! This is unacceptable and shows zero accountability or respect for loyal members.

The prices have gone way up and the quality of the old games have stayed the same. And even though there are people fixing the games a majority still do not work. Ages 3-6 is probably the ones that would have fun here since the games are just super old or very kiddy games.

    Basket of overly priced fries.

Salad bar = And $5 for a small amount of fries that cost $1 to make. Really? How cheap can you get on the food yet jack up the prices? Used to come here a lot and the basket of fries are filled! Went to the front to ask this is all the fries for $5? Even the fast food place serves more fries than this! I get it, it is over priced because it is Chunk E Cheese...but pls do better!

It's Chuck E Cheese, they're all the same. This location recently got new games and a small trampoline area. The games sometimes break and eat your points, make sure you flag an employee to give you back the points (they can see every transaction on your card). Personally think the trampoline is expensive for such a small area but to each their own. "All you can jump" is $15 with game purchase or $25 without game purchase. You need nonslip socks. The pizza is terrible, go to Creasian instead. The kids love this place and it isn't too bad when you go during non-busy hours. Another pro tip, buy gift cards from Costco at almost 25% off regular price!

First off, it's an open, clean, pizza joint. They've got dart boards, video games, soda machine, and huge booths to sink into. We return for the food and drinks! Our go to is the Angry Swine: bacon, pepperoni, jalapeños and their delicious garlic sauce. Tip: they'll do a half and half pizza for you, even if the base is different for both halves. I love that! Beer selection is huge, with a great balance between local and popular craft breweries. The servers at the front register are quick to offer a sample if you're not quite sure what to get. Strategy: Come early for the shortest lines and a huge cozy booth!

We call in our order and drove over since I live closer to the I-5. We walk in and let them know we ordered ahead under Ed. Our pizza was ready but we had to wait another 10 minutes for our Blue Cheese fries. Back at home, the pizza looked like it was going to he an epic dinner only to be disappointed, the toppings were on point but what was missing was the taste of the sauce for each side of pizza which would have enhanced the flavors of the toppings. As mentioned earlier, we waited an extra 10 minutes for the fries but they were cold and soggy by the time we got home. So this visit was a let down and will need to make a mental note to make time to dine-in so everything is fresh and crispy!

The Pizza Guys on Bruceville road in Elk Grove always makes the most delicious pizza! I even tried the Pizza Hut down the street from them but their pizza was so nasty. The Pizza Guys uses the perfect proportion of sauce and cheese. All I tasted was marinara sauce from the Pizza Hut pizzas. Carl, one of the workers at the Pizza Guys always greets me and is always friendly. I'm starting to learn their names since I've been eating there so much haha. I've never had a bad experience with Carl other than one time the place was so busy and the customers started getting rude and impatient. I've worked at a Little Caesars and know how that goes so I kept calm and tried to reassure the other customers that they're just very busy and light staffed that day. Today's experience was no different, my order was very quick because it wasn't busy and I got to stop by and chat with the workers. The location and overall cleanliness is never an issue, although the lobby is small but I'm usually in and out in a few minutes. I wait until I get the notification that my pizza is ready, which is almost always accurate. I highly recommend this Pizza Guys location over other pizza chains if you want great tasting pizza with fresh ingredients! -Tek

Ambiance: Always good Service: Great, until we received the bill and the Server's response to our request for a correction We ordered the Pork Fusilli, and a Sicillian pizza, added a $5 Salad (pix attached). Server gave us the bill, upon review, we noticed a "1/2 Caesar Salad" and a corresponding $13 charge, not $5... Certainly NOT what we ordered . We explained to the Server the error and she apologized, said the bill will be corrected. Upon the Server's return, she said she was sorry and informed us we ordered the Caesar, not the regular $5 salad. Really? Instead of correcting their mistake, we now found ourselves having to explain to the Server, twice what actually happened while she took our order, I pointed out to their menu and I said "we wanted to add the $5.00 salad". That was it! We never asked for the Caesar, and specially a "half-order". The Server emphatically refused to correct the mistake. Obviously her decision would have never be my choice, had I been the Server, or the owner of the restaurant. We hate giving bad reviews, but being unnecessarily placed in this awkward position we did not appreciate it.
