Went here last week with my grandson and I was not impressed!! This place is dirty and it smells. Employees were nice, but the food took forever to be brought to our table. A lot of their games are too adult like for my grandson. I thought this was a kid friendly place???? We will definitely be trying a different location next time. read more

While the children side of things was great the Adult side was horrible! I ordered 3 beers, 4th person doesn't drink. There is a 2 drink per person limit...okay. BUT they take & enter your driver license information into their computers to keep track of this!!! I have a real problem with that when there is so much identity theft run a muck! Everyone who works there has access to this information which is everything they need to steal your identity. With your drivers license number they can get your social security number!!! I assume they don't want the liability associated with people getting drunk yet they want that $7.00 draft beer money!!! Management needs to find a better way to keep track, maybe a plastic wrist band...something better than taking my personal information! read more

It's sad that this place used to be my go to place almost every weekend with my 4 small kids until March 30 2016 my family and I went there just to give our kids a fun afternoon while they were on spring break. So we arrived there at 6:45 and after being in line to order food and coins, we finally placed our order at 7:00pm. Our kids played for a good while waiting for our food to arrive to our table. And it was at 8:00pm that I heard that someone on the speaker said that they were closing in one hour, my first thought was that we still had not gotten our food yet and that we would have a little bit of time to eat. We still waited until 8:15pm and still there was no sign of our food coming, so we decided to go to the cashier counter and request our money back to just leave the place and take our kids for dinner somewhere else. Well, we waited for 10 more minutes until some girl came to ask us if we needed anything, so we asked kindly but serious if we could just get our money back because it was late and we never received our food, she said that she didn't know how to do the transaction and she went to the kitchen to call her manager. Ok, so the manager comes out and said in a mean way that he would give us our money back but he wanted us to give him back the coins he had purchased, so my husband told him that our kids had used them already while we were waiting in the place for our food, so this guy gets mad and starts demanding to give him back "his" coins, my husband with an already tired face told him that it was fine but who or how was he going to give us back the time that we had wasted in the place?. So the manager who by the way goes by the name of "MEMO" started cursing at my husband in front of our kids and in front of other adults in the place and to my husband that if we didn't fucking leave "his property" he would call the police on us.. It's like really??! What did we even do??. So we stayed because it was closing time and my kids needed to go potty, and right when we came out of the restroom the cops were there and the "manager" was telling them that it was us the ones giving the place problems.. We just went up to the police men who by the way were professional and polite, we explained to them and they just advised us to give a bad review on the place and to call the corporate office. Our kids saw everything and more people did too, it was kind of embarrassing in a way but since we never did anything wrong, we didn't fear anything.. So there you go, now my kids even though would love to go to that place, they also fear that guy will be there to ruin our day again. I hope he gets the message and could go get some costumer experience before someone decides to put him as manager because he does not have any manners or is customer service oriented. By the way, there was also another family waiting on their food and when they received their food 15 minutes before 9pm (closing time), they received their food in to go boxes... That's how bad it was, and the place was not even that busy with people, it was mostly because of lazy young employees... Please chuck e cheese, you could do better and hire people that actually would want to work. read more

Came in to celebrate our sons birthday. The place was not busy and our kids got a chance to use all the rides!! The staff were great, especially Diego he was awesome. Great customer service and we will definitely be back, particularly because of the service. Walter was another person who was constantly working to make sure the place was always clean. The only positive thing I have to say about this location is it's rarely super crowded. Other than that eff this place. The woman manager is a complete idiot. She's rude as crap and acts like she's the shit when really she's. ..well...not. I couldn't get the name of an employee who I absolutely dispised. She was the dumbest girl I've came in contact with in a very long time. She was younger, glasses and Hispanic. They both got my orders wrong twice. Couldn't understand me and charged me for wrong things. The employee was in space or something because it was hard to even get her attention WHILE SHE WAS HELPING ME. I was shocked at how dumb these people were. Like totally ruined my evening. I wanted to bitch slap them both! Theeeeeeeen okay now I've been going to these places forever. This time the mouse took tickets and one by one threw them up in the air and made the kids crawl on the dirty ass floor to pick them up one by one. What the... I was appalled! I came here for my nieces birthday & wow was it disappointing. I got my daughter a ridiculous amount of coins so she could do it all, yet everything she put coins into happened to be broken or out of service. Then, when we went to go redeem our tickets, Erica who was behind the counter proceeded to help other people besides my daughter & I, repeatedly. She definitely acknowledged us, but just didn't want to help us. Very disappointing customer service. Cold pizza & expensive small beers. I will not be back to this location. read more

Chuck E. Cheese, which has a vast amount of parking, has really fun games. Also, inside the building is not so melancholy, instead, it is very bright. When you exchange a one-dollar bill for four coins, you use the coins to play amazing fun games. The objective of all the games is to win tickets to get a prize. At the prize booth, you can pick whatever prize you'd like, embellishing it to make it your own. Since there are children yelling and screaming, it is not so idyllic inside. After a long day at Chuck E. Cheese, kids are always so ravenous and love to eat all their food, like pizza, chicken wings, and possibly a salad! All the kids should try to abstain from sweets because then they will get so hyper and might get injured. Some of the machines and games might be a little detrimental to your children's safety because they have hard pieces of metal that can hurt kids. Chuck E Cheese is usually depicted as a children's place, but teenagers and adults can have fun and eat there too! Sometimes kids are not so jovial because they are scared of the animatronics on the stage. My friends and I had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese, and I definitely recommend going if you or your family and friends are nearby. read more

Our preschool has a contest in November and every year the winning class gets to come to Chuck E. Cheese in January. When I arrived this year, I was greeted by the manager Walter. He was very welcoming, cordial and accommodating. You could definitely see he took great pride in his job responsibilities through his kindness, his appearance and his professional demeanor. I had 15 minutes before our group of 35 preschoolers and 35 parents or teachers arrived and Walter worked with me efficiently, so that everything was ready when they came excitedly through the door. I am always impressed with the appearance of this Chuck E. Cheese. The game areas, the dining areas and the restrooms are very clean. They have recently updated the game areas and it looks fantastic! Also, the young lady that was at the security area could not have been nicer. I am so grateful for this fun Chuck E. Cheese and look forward to coming every year with our preschool students. read more

Can't even order a beer without being rejected every hour.... food is not brought out to tables in a timely manner, and they forget to mention any rules to ordering any adult beverages, before they ask you to slide a identification card. This Chuck E Cheese's is decent to say the least. There is plenty of parking, even on the weekends, and it's never crowded. The staff could be more attentive, but I suppose I shouldn't expect great service from teenagers making minimum wage. Several times do I find myself letting myself out with my son as there is nobody watching the exits, and that to me is just unsafe. Also, the girls that guard the entrance usually keep busy talking to random guys that stand there to talk to them, rather than make an effort of cleaning the area. read more

Place is really going downhill. We were waiting for them to open at 10, new manager Guillermo didn't come unlock the door til 10 after. I don't know what they where doing to cause them to be so late, it certainly wasn't cleaning. The floors weren't vaccuumed. Dried bits of food on the carpet, as well as dirty napkins all over. Tons of litter all over the parking lot and the shrubbery. Problem with plumbing in women's restroom: sewer pipes backing up into one of the sinks. Stink was horrible. Decided not to eat there. Place is not run well, not kept clean and new manager Guillermo is rude and incompetent. Don't waste your time and money on this dump. read more

Big disappointment. I was here as a kid maybe 20+ years ago. I remembered it was fun back then when the majority of the games were mostly arcades. I recently went back reluctantly because my nieces were in town and their mom wanted to go. This place sure has changed. It wasn't as crowded on the day we went. Gone were the arcades. Most of the games now are hand-eye coordination and timing which kids less than 8 yo may find challenging. It gets old soon for adults. They have a section of little rides that the nieces enjoyed but they last no more than 2 to 3 min per token. The food haven't changed much; mediocre to less than even for their pizzas. The hot wings were a bit more interesting when soaked in ranch. The staff were there but mostly stayed in the background until you asked for them. Chuckie did make an appearance which got the kids wild up. My nieces didn't participate but looked on instead. It looked like fun...no kids were crying. My biggest gripe was the ticket reward system. As much as we won in points, it turned out the requirements to receive "good" toys were quite high. We ended up with some silly snake toys that looked like you can pick up at the Dollar Tree store. I asked my sister and it looks like she don't plan on bringing her kids back here. Maybe she'll take them to the Dollar Tree store instead and get the same results...lol read more

The service there was absolutely terrible. Yesterday, my husband and I took our twin niece and nephew there to celebrate their seventh birthday. While playing the Wheel of Fortune game, my niece hit the jackpot and was supposed to receive 100 tickets. However the machine wasn't working quite right and gave us about 40. My husband flagged down one of the staff to help us out, instead he stands there just staring at us. After we explain everything, he continues to stare and just bust out laughing and says "Are you kidding me guys?" and walks away. We continued to stand there so shock that anyone would ever be so rude. We thought he was joking so we waited about another 5 minutes, the same staff person walks by and laughs again at us. My niece and nephew who couldn't understand why they weren't going to get the rest of their tickets started tearing up. I vow never ever to step foot in this horrid chuck e cheese again for the rest of my life. read more

Not very happy with my last experience here yesterday. I grew up here as a kid and decided to take my little one for the first time. We went around 10am. I checked the website before hand and it said chucky comes out every hour on the :30 and I never saw him once! My little one would have loved seeing him! Regardless of how early it was, there were plenty of kids there that probably would have loved to see him too. Very disappointing. Then I noticed that many people had to wait to either be checked in or out with the stamps. I also waited 10 minutes when I was trying to leave, and there was no one to come check the stamps my child and I got when we came in! One again regardless how early it was, that's someone's job!! Do your job people! It's very frustrating when someone has somewhere to be and their waiting for someone else to do their job! Finally just left. But then that makes me think about the safety of that place and how someone could just walk out with another child! Very disappointed what this place has come to. The parking lot is huge and the plave is very big inside one thing that i did noitce was that it did had a funky smell but it wasnt that bad smell it was just a wet carpet smell but I guess whats what you get when you walk into a place where every other kid has their shoes taken off but other then that The staff is very friendly at this chuck e cheese when it came down to getting a game attended they were very helpful if they had someone else ahead of you they tell you give me 5 minutes with this person and ill be right with you, the kidcheck area has to be my favorite part as when I entered I was greeted felt welcome when they made a race at the entery of who got the most tickets the girl Tania at the front at kidcheck was very nice and cheery. She threw a lot of tickets at random times and made the people feel special and when it came to doing the shows with chuck e. She danced and so did chuck e next to her they did their own dance moves too which was fun to watch and she had the crowd doing and screaming for tickets. when it came to leaving she checked our number to make sure we left with the right family. The pizza was great I love the new menu that they have I recommend the club wrap its really great and fresh. The cashiers are friendly as well beatriz was very helpful on telling me their best deals on tokens and pizza deals the best part was that they serve beer! I didnt know they did until I went here it was just disappointing that you had to wait a whilw until you got your beer as the age serving for beer is 21 and they had to sreach for someone that was 21 while still trying to do cash and helping others I do have to say that they are understaffed but even if they are they are doing everything helping everyone they can and quickly as possible. Also all games were only 1 token which was awsome! The birthday parties look very entertaining and fun the part host they dance and look like they enjoy their job so far this has to be the best chuck e cheese if you want to have fun and know that yiur kids are actually safe come here! read more
