Decided to have my son's birthday party here last minute. We didn't have a host so there wasn't much communication on what to expect for my son's party. The table was decorated, along with other tables. The tables were very close together and cramped, not leaving much space for anyone. Chuck E. Cheese did come out but his visit was rushed and the character did not interact or act interested in my son at all. Overall, chaotic and not a great experience. The food here is always pretty decent.

Strongly prefer this location to the other nearby one in eagle rock. The game selection feels nicer and a bit cleaner to me in Pasadena. Even though it can get busy we've always enjoyed coming here as a family and have rarely had any issues with broken games. If there was we just let someone know and they helped us. Have been to countless parties here. It can tend to get very packed on the dance floor but we love it here. Sign up for their emails too sometimes they send promotions.

The food here was just very overpriced and not even that good. I feel like the food back then during pre-Covid was good and delicious. But now, it's not even worth it coming here for Pizza because it's just too overpriced and not that good. My bill was over $40 for two pizzas and cheesy bread. The service here was quick and efficient, and they were very welcoming to their customers walking through the doors. The ambience here was nice and a little bit noisy because it is a kids place and I don't mind that at all. It's really just the food, that it's just a little overpriced. Might come back here, but maybe order something else.

My sister and I brought our kids to this Chuck E. Cheese's since we were in the area, and my sister had visited this location before and loved it. It's really spacious with many more games than the one in our city. We ordered a large pizza for the kids and salad for us and fountain drinks for everyone. The food looked fine, the salad was pretty much the same as the salad in other Chuck E. Cheese's. Everything was good except for a weird smell that bothered me the entire time we were there. The kids didn't seem to notice, and they had a great time, but hopefully they do something about that smell.

This place has good intentions. It tries a lot to tailor to the families who bring their little ones to celebrate for occasions but it didn't fit the bill especially when I was charged $20.49 for chicken wings that were ordinary for a party of 1-2? But this place has the great entertainment to lure little ones with games galore. The staff are all super friendly and helpful!

Friendly and efficient service from start to finish. Very chill vibes, set up more for take out. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much but their Detroit style pizzas? Legit. This place ate and left no crumbs! The pizza sauce & toppings were the perfect kind of marriage - tangy & flavorful, cheesy & crusty at the same time. We got vegetarian pizzas(spicy Italian with mushrooms replacing sausage and the Greek!) Perfect crusty edges, while the middle is dense yet soft! Yum. Lots of locals coming in to pick up orders as we sat inside and ate. Towards the end of our meal it sounded as if they were running low on pizzas left for the day, so maybe get there earlier in the day if you want to have all their options available.

I read a lot of the reviews saying the Biggio was where it's at, so I had to try that one. We also did the half and half deal and got the BBQ chicken with it. Amongst the two, the BBQ chicken was overall tastier. The Biggio, although I love meat lover pizza, was a bit too salty for me. The saltiness felt like they could've prepped the meats a bit more but I did feel the heaviness that came with it. The BBQ chicken was a good balance of savory and sweet. I wish the pricing was better and that the pizza was less salty. Overall it's pretty good, but for value I'm going to try and find another deep dish joint.

PIzza options look really good, whole round pies are 18", 8 slices, and are all about $30. Square pizzas are also about $30 for 8 slices. I ordered the Cajun Bridge sandwich (cold) because I like all things spicy, and I love squaw bread, so this one was calling my name. So glad I did because it was so good and hit the spot! There were an abundance of ready made slices to select. Per the staff, they have vegan cheese options for whole pizzas, but none for ready made slices. Just as an FYI. They also offer a number of sandwiches as well. The number of items is vast and of great variety. Now for the pizza. The selection was a mix NY slices and square slices. I was looking for some to go. So I decided on the squares cause I love those slices! I went with Pepperoni Grandma and a Pepperoni Honey DeNiro. The staff will heat it up for you on the oven and even cut slices in half to enjoy them. I loved the flavors and the crisp edges. It had a great crunch in each bite and taste was solid. My favorite of the too was the Pepperoni Honey DeNiro. The hot honey on this slice made this option stand out to me. The mix of sweet and savory paired with heat is my kind of combo of flavor. :) I would come back again if I'm craving pizza and would think of the trying a sandwich too in the future because their menu looked good. I've had a lot of pizza from New York City, to Italy, to many destinations in between and this crust is up there as some of the best especially to be based in California. That being said, I've had better pizza. The sauce really left something to be desired. It was underwhelming and a bit bland. The wow factor was definitely missing and sauce tends to really make or break a good slice of pizza. Same goes for the cheese used...It just lacked that yummy cheesy goodness you usually anticipate when you bite into a slice and it didn't help that they were a little skimpy with how much cheese they put on their pizza. I think this place would be phenomenal if they took the time to nail the sauce down and really invested in good quality cheese. They're so close just missing the mark on the flavor. The crust absolutely saves them from being bad but it still made it just an "okay" slice of pizza. The staff at the order window were friendly and helpful. The environment could use a little cleaning but overall it seems like it reflected the hipster/ quick eats vibe they're going for and it works for their business. Try this spot out and judge for yourself.

I honestly don't know if I came in on the wrong day, but it was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. It's a pizza place. The girl who took our order was incredibly rude and had such an attitude toward me and my friend. It was my first time there, and she was the type of person who made you feel dumb for asking questions. My friend asked if they had garlic sauce, and instead of simply answering, she responded with, "We never had that," and listed ranch and the other sauces with an attitude. Then she said something under her breath that I couldn't hear clearly. I thought she said there was a 3-hour wait, so we asked for clarification. She responded with even more attitude. At that point, I honestly wasn't even interested in the pizza anymore. The owner was standing at the end of the counter. The place is very small, so either he didn't hear how she was treating customers, or he allows it. This is a business. Getting an attitude with someone who's simply trying to order a pizza is crazy. Even when our food was ready, the employee just set the plates down like she was annoyed we were there. The pizza was good, but the customer service was so bad that I wouldn't come back.

I knew there was pizza but I wanted to know more about their sandwiches and salads. I found out that they do have daily / weekly specials that are a great value. I decided to order a special small Italian sausage pizza and an order of six nude chicken wings with ranch dip on the side. I sat down and waited for the order to be completed. There were a few people at some tables finishing up their lunch. While I was there the phone was constantly ringing with takeout orders. The walls had simple decorations that created a nice ambiance. When my order was called, I was given instructions on how to carry the bag as to not disturb the toppings and cheese on the pizza. As I walked, the smell of the fresh pizza and wings was enticing. The wings were just as I ordered. I enjoyed that they have not been overcooked. The wings were tender and moist. The ranch dressing dipping sauce was a great choice. I look forward to trying some of their other homemade sauces. The Italian Sausage Pizza was cooked just the way I like it. The crust had a nice crisp bottom and great flavor. The toppings of olive and onion were a perfect combination with the Italian sausage. I was happy that I ordered the small size rather than the mini so that I could enjoy some cold pizza the next day. Great flavor even on day two. On another trip I ordered the Italian Grinder Sandwich and a large Antipasto Salad. The salad was full of flavor and fresh vegetables and meats. The sandwich was huge. More ingredients than I expected with a great Italian flavor, the bread was incredible as well. I tried the sandwich both cold and hot and both ways the flavor was the star of this sandwich. I look forward to coming back and enjoying some of the other items on their menu. Fresh pastas are next on my list of things to try. I anticipate that whatever I order will be exceptional!
