Visited this location for the first time for a birthday party! I was hesitant to take my kid because all I remember when I was growing up, was how dirty and messy this place was. I was shocked walking in, when I saw how clean this place was. Seriously, so glad the standards have changed and they are maintaining this place well. So many different games for the kids to play on, and can accommodate different age groups. Only thing I didn't appreciate was having to buy their own brand of grippy socks to get into the trampoline area. That should just be included in the price. And when I went to purchase the socks, the employee said "I'm not allowed to ring people up, so I'll have to get someone else." Why employ and put people at the register, if they can't do the job? Wasn't like I'm trying to order an alcoholic drink. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time here.

This was our first time at this location and I liked how they stamped each parties hands to insure each child's safety. We used a groupon here and it was great because we got a large pizza, 4 drinks and 2 unlimited play passes for 60 min. We got a lot of tickets with the games offered there and were able to get some candy and toys at the end. The only complaint we had was it seemed hot and muggy inside.

My husband signed up for the membership about a year ago. It had been 100% worth it. I have grandkids (7) ages 8 yrs old and under. We can take 2 and get the #4 combo. Large pizza, appetizer and 4 drinks and it's perfect to feed the 4 of us. All for around $25 because of membership. I recently did a Birthday package for two of the grands. Just didn't smaller package of $99 for each kid (2). Up to 12 kids. Used the membership to get the food for everyone. The price was affordable and completely worth it! The staff was wonderful and kind, the food came out hot and fresh and everyone enjoyed. We ended up adding the trampoline as most of the kids wanted to jump. What a perfect way to celebrate a child's birthday. Games, dancing, jumping.

Took my 6yoa niece. We paid $12 for the trampoline that also comes with the grippy socks. Most of the games were working so that's a plus. Chuck E comes out and dances on the dance floor with the children, which I thought was nice. Kids had a blast. The service was very friendly as well. Only thing I can say is... the place could be cleaner but it wasn't horrible.

This is the perfect choice for certain situations. Obviously kids birthday parties, which was the occasion that brought us there today. It's been completely remodeled inside with new games, bright lights, clean bathrooms and nicely spaced out tables for partying. We had our own party hostess assigned who greeted us and helped with food and drink orders and anything else needed. I liked it, the beer is ice cold which is wonderful for the parents or friends. Pizza and Dippin dots are as expected,ok. The mouse was walking around and dancing with the kids, posing for pictures. Fun

Chuck E. Cheese is one of my little guy's favorite places. It has come a long ways since the days of bringing my teen here when she was a tot. They recently opened a trampoline here that will entertain my son for hours. They offer playing unlimited for a minimum of a half hour for a flat fee. My son likes to take photos, so I'm grateful he can take unlimited for at least a half hour at a time. Lol You are able to purchase traditional tokens, but paying the flat fee for say an hour then after that hour you get to leave. I feel it conditions them to manage their time and helps get us as parents out of there without tantrums. The staff is great there; no complaints about service. I do have one recommendation and it's for regular maintenence on the restrooms. I'll be a regular there until my son ages out. They have remodeled a bit and glad there is actually room to breathe. My son loves the dance floor and Chuckee's apearrances. The food isn't bad, but we usually try and eat before coming in, so I'm not eating pizza. We'll be back sooner than later.

Had a birthday party here for my granddaughter. They did a good job on organizing the table. But we always had to look for Her for cups. Ask Her for food. Ask Her for this and that so I don't know. It was just overbooked the day we got here. So the kids had a great time, that's all that matters .

I never thought I'd say this, but the Reno Chuck E. Cheese is better than ever! Cleaner, well organized, with new games and new features! Gone are those creepy old animatronics! Video screens and dance parties are here! Family check in and out means increased safety for busier times. The staff is friendly, the pizza is pretty good, and the salad bar is very fresh! We've been to several birthday parties here, and they have been great. The staff here have worked really hard to make birthday parties seem effortless for families, but I know they're running their behinds off behind the scenes! They offer promos on the website, too, so check out offers for play and food. We'll be back, I'm so happy this location is still part of my kids' lives!

I can't tell you have w many parties I've been too. Since I was a kid in tue 80's. Back then it was arcade games. Only thing I miss. Food is actually pretty good and so is the beer. Service is always great and the kids always have a great time. The kids that never experienced the animatronics don't know what they are missing but they do enjoy the dance floor and movie screen.

Chuck E Cheese time for my girls
    Tessa D.

My girls always have a good time coming here at Chuck E. Cheese. Though some of their favorite rides or games are gone (maybe machines are too old), but still there's more games than what's gone. Location is nice. Lots of parking too. Their pizza's good. Ny choice is their bbq pizza. They also have sensory Sundays for kids on the Spectrum. If I'm not mistaken, it's every first Sunday of the month.

As far as the games go, they're all working but the place just feels tired a bit old and rundown. They don't offer a system where they're unlimited play cards include ticket games, but do not reward tickets so the selection of games available to the kids at the party was fairly limited as a result which bothered me, but of course didn't bother the kids who were just happy to continue swiping and playing. That said they do offer some games here that are not typically included in other arcades in town like the Minecraft game which spits out super cool cards and certainly captivated the kids for quite some time. The party room was large but parsley appointed in terms of decorations and really didn't offer much in terms of seeming or decor. There's truly a DIY situation and thankfully, we came with a couple of decorations to put up to make it feel more festive. One of the pizzas included in the party arrived squished in one corner and the supervisor was quick with the solution. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake the pizza which I'm not really sure why, but instead he offered additional cards that the kids could use to play the Midway games downstairs, which ended up being a huge hit. The birthday party deal is a great value to be honest. Works out to around 25 bucks a kid minimum of 10 and it includes pizza and unlimited soda plus a two hour arcade card and $15 to use on the midway or the games with redemption prizes. We ended up adding a $100 card to our party so that we could have the kids play some additional Midway games and that really did extend the fun quite a bit. Midway games are about to six dollars per play, so it does actually go a little ways. If you're staying at Circus Circus, the XP arcade is a fun stop over but if you're from the area, I personally wouldn't say this is the one to come to. That said if you wanna play the midway, you really can't do that anywhere else and it is super fun, especially rewarding when you win a prize. We'll certainly recommend this birthday party option to friends.

The offer card specials and we opted for the $60 one to give us an additional $15 as a bonus. The game area was clean and well lit up. They have video games on the top floor and some more ticket games on the bottom floor. I feel like we lost some credits on the machines because we would swipe and it wouldn't work, but I noticed that my money was going down. There wasn't an attendant to help. We spent like an hour there using up the card. The kids racked up about 1,000 tickets on their card. They use a self serve prize machine to redeem your tickets, which is pretty cool. Overall, we had a great time.

Hotel-Lodging Review (mostly):…read more To hear some folks speak on Circus Circus (either here in Reno or the sister property in Vegas), you'd think someone were describing the conditions inside a POW camp or prison. Haven't stayed or patronized the property here in decades. And the primary aim with this stay was getting back into the Caesar's Rewards program as quickly and as economically as possible. Sure, it's an older property with it's proverbial warts, but the stay held appeal for me. And it didn't hurt that I upgraded to a Spa King Suite, located in the Casino Tower. Check-in supervisor Asialene was a sweetheart who set the tone for my 1 night stay. Spa Suites have either an oversized soaking tub or one with jet nozzles (basically a mini whirlpool-jacuzzi). Really relaxing and is always a highlight of any stay, no matter the property. These rooms are huge! Around 680 sq. ft. Like an apartment almost. Easily accommodates multiple adults or a family with the non-king, 2 bed set up. Wet bar, Keurig machine, mini fridge, 42" big screen, a 2nd smaller screen in the master room, two separate toilets in each suite. The climate A/C system works great; no nonsense old-school horsepower blowing from 2 separate units in the suite. Unlike at some of the fancier resorts around town that skimp on the room HVAC output. In short and overall, there's quite a bit of value for what you get here at Circus, comparatively speaking. It serves well a niche for folks not wishing to break the bank for a simple night's stay while in Reno. Sure, other resorts are fancier no doubt, but, you're also shelling out more cash to get that in most cases. My normal go-to resort in Reno is usually Peppermill for example. Stay there several times a year. Which defies comparison to Circus on many levels. But, one thing I actually appreciated about Circus was being about to get where I wanted with a lot fewer steps than at most other fancier resorts. For the same time + distance it takes you to weave from 1 side of Peppermill to the other towers and parking areas for example, you could cover about the same distance between all 3 resorts under The Row (Circus Circus, Silver Legacy & El Dorado) it seems. Setbacks here at Circus like hot & stuffy hallways and lobbies, slow & inoperable escalators & elevators, a dystopian parking garage, closed rewards center & cashier cage (only at Circus, not at Silver Legacy & El Dorado) turned out to be minor inconveniences that were fairly easily overlooked & remedied during the stay. I mean, who really judges a resort by the parking garage for example? Was here for Monday overnight, so most of the shops and some restaurants within the Circus side were closed, owing to the idea that Monday's are typically one of the slowest days of the week. They've also swung the axe on table games here at Circus, a bummer from the heyday where lively floor crowds were the norm. Bartender blamed this on Covid when I inquired. But again, a short walk to either Silver Legacy or El Dorado casinos via the indoor connected walkways solves that riddle. I wasn't on the property long enough to relive the still-active midway-arcade, free circus acts (if they even still have those?), restaurants, etc, so can't comment there. But, it would be a sad day if this property ever closes. And I definitely wouldn't hesitate lodging here again at any of the other properties at The Row.
