Visited this location for the first time for a birthday party! I was hesitant to take my kid because all I remember when I was growing up, was how dirty and messy this place was. I was shocked walking in, when I saw how clean this place was. Seriously, so glad the standards have changed and they are maintaining this place well. So many different games for the kids to play on, and can accommodate different age groups. Only thing I didn't appreciate was having to buy their own brand of grippy socks to get into the trampoline area. That should just be included in the price. And when I went to purchase the socks, the employee said "I'm not allowed to ring people up, so I'll have to get someone else." Why employ and put people at the register, if they can't do the job? Wasn't like I'm trying to order an alcoholic drink. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time here.

This was our first time at this location and I liked how they stamped each parties hands to insure each child's safety. We used a groupon here and it was great because we got a large pizza, 4 drinks and 2 unlimited play passes for 60 min. We got a lot of tickets with the games offered there and were able to get some candy and toys at the end. The only complaint we had was it seemed hot and muggy inside.

My husband signed up for the membership about a year ago. It had been 100% worth it. I have grandkids (7) ages 8 yrs old and under. We can take 2 and get the #4 combo. Large pizza, appetizer and 4 drinks and it's perfect to feed the 4 of us. All for around $25 because of membership. I recently did a Birthday package for two of the grands. Just didn't smaller package of $99 for each kid (2). Up to 12 kids. Used the membership to get the food for everyone. The price was affordable and completely worth it! The staff was wonderful and kind, the food came out hot and fresh and everyone enjoyed. We ended up adding the trampoline as most of the kids wanted to jump. What a perfect way to celebrate a child's birthday. Games, dancing, jumping.

Took my 6yoa niece. We paid $12 for the trampoline that also comes with the grippy socks. Most of the games were working so that's a plus. Chuck E comes out and dances on the dance floor with the children, which I thought was nice. Kids had a blast. The service was very friendly as well. Only thing I can say is... the place could be cleaner but it wasn't horrible.

This is the perfect choice for certain situations. Obviously kids birthday parties, which was the occasion that brought us there today. It's been completely remodeled inside with new games, bright lights, clean bathrooms and nicely spaced out tables for partying. We had our own party hostess assigned who greeted us and helped with food and drink orders and anything else needed. I liked it, the beer is ice cold which is wonderful for the parents or friends. Pizza and Dippin dots are as expected,ok. The mouse was walking around and dancing with the kids, posing for pictures. Fun

Chuck E. Cheese is one of my little guy's favorite places. It has come a long ways since the days of bringing my teen here when she was a tot. They recently opened a trampoline here that will entertain my son for hours. They offer playing unlimited for a minimum of a half hour for a flat fee. My son likes to take photos, so I'm grateful he can take unlimited for at least a half hour at a time. Lol You are able to purchase traditional tokens, but paying the flat fee for say an hour then after that hour you get to leave. I feel it conditions them to manage their time and helps get us as parents out of there without tantrums. The staff is great there; no complaints about service. I do have one recommendation and it's for regular maintenence on the restrooms. I'll be a regular there until my son ages out. They have remodeled a bit and glad there is actually room to breathe. My son loves the dance floor and Chuckee's apearrances. The food isn't bad, but we usually try and eat before coming in, so I'm not eating pizza. We'll be back sooner than later.

Had a birthday party here for my granddaughter. They did a good job on organizing the table. But we always had to look for Her for cups. Ask Her for food. Ask Her for this and that so I don't know. It was just overbooked the day we got here. So the kids had a great time, that's all that matters .

I never thought I'd say this, but the Reno Chuck E. Cheese is better than ever! Cleaner, well organized, with new games and new features! Gone are those creepy old animatronics! Video screens and dance parties are here! Family check in and out means increased safety for busier times. The staff is friendly, the pizza is pretty good, and the salad bar is very fresh! We've been to several birthday parties here, and they have been great. The staff here have worked really hard to make birthday parties seem effortless for families, but I know they're running their behinds off behind the scenes! They offer promos on the website, too, so check out offers for play and food. We'll be back, I'm so happy this location is still part of my kids' lives!

I can't tell you have w many parties I've been too. Since I was a kid in tue 80's. Back then it was arcade games. Only thing I miss. Food is actually pretty good and so is the beer. Service is always great and the kids always have a great time. The kids that never experienced the animatronics don't know what they are missing but they do enjoy the dance floor and movie screen.

honestly, I don't even know how to start out this review. I went with my kids last night and they had a blast, All three of them. The pizza was good, there was good music playing on the TVs all around the store and when my kids are happy, I'm happy. There are no more animatronics, which is really disappointing considering I grew up with them and I would've loved my kids to grow up with them so that's a bummer also, the store is very bland, There's no color. The reason for the 3 stars is because they added a little trampoline area and my baby was jumping just fine in there, the gate was wide open, so you would assume that it was open to all their customers. No workers were bothering us, but once my two older kids came to bounce an attendant came up to us and told us that it was an extra charge and obviously telling a two year-old that they can't play no more causes a meltdown so I suggest putting on the gate that it is an extra charge or just taking the extra charge off to the customers who pay to be there because it doesn't say anywhere that the trampoline is charged separately. I do recommend this place to get the Zumiez out, They do have a deal of 7.99 a month for unlimited play but I don't think that includes the trampoline. And just because I didn't have a 10+ experience doesn't mean other families won't. 7/10

Great fun at Chuck e cheese yesterday for my grandson's 5th birthday. there were about five birthday parties going on so it was very busy, active and the kids had a great time. The kids at the party also got wristbands to go and play video games and enjoy some of the small rides. Chuck e cheese visited the kids a couple of times, took pictures with the birthday kids and let a couple of song and dance sessions. it was great fun to watch. The birthday kids got to go in the ticket wind tunnel and catch tickets to cash in for prizes. our server was absolutely amazing she was very attentive even though I know she was very, very busy. We enjoyed wings, cheese bread, french fries and pizza with sodas. they kept us supplied with drinks and food. our server came over and got the birthday sing along going. I had some doubts about it but Chuck e cheese is back and the whole day was very enjoyable. they had a big sign with Andy's name on it and made us feel welcome and not rushed. We will plan future birthdays there for sure.

Its location right by the exterior entrance of the mall makes it super easy to get in and out, which I appreciate with two small kids in tow. My 3-year-old and almost-1-year-old both have a great time here. They love the ball pit, slide, dress-up room, and all the imaginative play areas. It really does offer hours of entertainment. The one thing to note--especially for families with younger kids--is that some of the toy sets in the dress up room come with small pieces that could be choking hazards. The pretend makeup items (lipstick, powder brushes, eyeshadow tools, etc.) also naturally invite kids to put them on/close to their faces, which could carry some concern for germs. There's also a balloon room with fans, which is fun but something to keep an eye on, since popped balloons can be a risk for little ones. All that said, we just stay extra attentive in those areas, and my kids still have an absolute blast. It's a fun, creative, and a great space for local families.

It wasn't busy and the two young girls working greeted us quickly and got us started on some slime making. The experience itself is really cool. It lasts quite awhile and there are tons of steps from texture to aroma to colors. Every step involves some level of decision making so if you have a really little one, like I do, it's definitely best to accompany them through the whole thing. A grade school aged kid could mostly do everything on their own. After choosing some texture, color, smells, and mixing, you can play with your slime for as long as you'd like. Then you can do your mix ins and package it up. The cost is the toughest thing to stomach about this place. It's $25 to make a slime, so for my two kids and taxes, it was nearly $60 to make something that will likely eventually have to be thrown away. The prices on the retail slimes that you could buy and make at home seemed much more reasonable- around $15. I loved this for my kids- but just this once. I think it would have to be a special occasion to come back and do it again. I could see myself picking up a retail slime for a gift. If you don't mind the $25 price tag, this could be a staple experience for you! Still 5 stars in my book.

I think my experience was better than the first time, and if I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I am feeling generous and going up from 3 stars to 4 stars. Let's start with the negatives. This place is still dirty and still chaotic. When we arrived at 10 am, it was ok. By noon, there were far too many people, and the chaos ensued, once again due to the lack of adequate staffing and/or young employees who don't enforce rules. I am also concerned about the upkeep and quality of the facility. Many areas were closed, and there was padding falling off things. I am very worried about safety being a second thought here. The birthday party experience was pretty good. They had a table set up for us before we arrived, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. It's about $120 to reserve a table, and then they charge you per jumper. You can bring your own food or have themprovide food for an extra cost. Being able to bring some nutritious snacks for our son's friends is a huge plus. Overall, the kids had an absolute blast, and for around $230 total for 2 hours of jump time and a dedicated party table, it was a decent value.
