My wife got the Ragin Cajun Club and could only eat 1/4 of it because of the abundant portion sizes. She also got onion rings that went great with the ranch. I got the Cajun Pork Chop and it might have been the greatest dish I've ever eaten. It's served on a helping of the cheddar grits with andouille gravy and creole fried eggs. It's like an explosion of savory Cajun goodness with every bite. The right amount of spice. Runny yokes with the gravy and grits and a bite of lightly breaded pork chop. If I have to complaint jts that it's a bone in pork chop. But as you can see from the picture I all but gnawed the bone.

We commented to Stephanie that the place seemed to be short-staffed. She admitted that it was & that she had been working since lunchtime at a break-neck pace. But regardless of this she never lost her smile & pleasant demeanor. We were giving her some sympathy but she reassured us that she was fine & that this was just a part of her job. The food, as usual, came out quickly & was superb so I suppose the kitchen was not under-staffed.
