If you like loud,aggressive rude cashier's (Vartan) that curse as you walk away. This place is for you. Nothing better then driving back on your lunch break because of a mistake that wasn't yours (there's) and to be yelled and disrespected by. The one star is the only option I had as far as ratings go. I love everything on the menu, I usually get their half chicken lunch special and wow delicious, healthy, and most important, its affordable. The garlic sauce they have is like the cherry on top. oh ya cant forget their hummus, im middle eastern and ive had tons of hummus everywhere but at Ciceks it just tastes that much better (full of flavor). Really great food at a great deal BUT, don't count on all items being available after 7pm. This is the 3rd time I have gone there after 7pm (this time between 7:45-8pm) and they were out of chicken! Seriously?!? Out of roasted chicken on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend over an hour before closing?! I invited friends over and now I've been scrambling for dinner... Went there for the first time with my family because my mom said it was on the channel 5 news for having great chicken. I of course ordered the chicken which was very juicy, not greasy and tender. It came with a side of garlic say see and it was very good. Couldn't get enough of the garlic. The rice was good and hummus. Will be going back again for sure read more

Great tasty chicken meals for the price! I usually go to Zankou nearby but ever since I found this place, don't think I'll be going back there any time soon. Their meals are hearty, I can usually finish the half chicken for lunch and the rest for dinner. The garlic and BBQ sauce are great pairings for the chicken or pita bread. Sides are fine for what they are, nothing crazy but the Chicken is really flavorful. I reheat leftovers in the oven for a few minutes and still has the flavor. Definitely recommend if you're ever in the area for some chicken, wish they'd open another spot closer to me though! read more

WORST PLACE EVER. Do not spend your money here. Food is rotten and bad. Went a couple times and they do not give the full order when you do take out, neither do they inform you that your order is missing certain items and then they get mad if you complain or ask them why they didn't tell you they were running short on food. Neither will they give you your money back or charge you any less for the food, or won't even give you a free sauce to compensate for the missing food. Owners are some of the worst people I have ever met. So rude and disgusting people. Food is dry and tasteless also. I love this place, I used to frequent the location in Burbank (called Sevan) since they opened in 2001 or so. Then they opened a second Sevan in Chatsworth, I was super excited, they have changed their name but the same people run the place. Everything on the menu is good and they have a lot of choices for a low carb diet. Love their chicken, their kebabs all the sides and the garlic sauce. Even their fries and rice are to die for. Very buttery and comforting. We often order for 50+ people for amazing prices. It's a great value. read more

I decided to check out this restaurant from the many ravings of people in the area saying how good it is. Well They are not lying. The Lula Kebob is really tasty, perfect herbs and spices. They give you a nice portion of 2 sides the Rice is very good I prefer basmati. They give you a skewer of Tomato Onion and peppers. Again very nice size portions and decent prices. First of all, for a fast food place, the food prices are higher than I can ever get! On top of that, they request a tip for a self service place!
