I got three tacos, one chicken, the other two carnitas, with nice and beans.... They were the worst tacos I've ever had and so cold. The beans had absolutely no flavor and the rice was hard... I can't even express to how horrible their chips and "salsa" were again the chips were cold and so stale. When he gave us our check my order was still on there and when I told him I wasn't gonna pay for my meal because I took one bite of the taco and one bite of the beans and rice he got irritated and said "ig I can remove it from the check". read more

Had an excellent breakfast on the deck with my mother the other day. We were able to get seated right away, but they got busier around 12:30. They serve breakfast and lunch all day until 4 I believe which is great for the late risers or the ones who want to get to the destination before they enjoy breakfast. $7 mimosas were alright but nothing special. The service was fast and efficient until it started to get really busy. We did not mind though, we were relaxing and understood that there was only 2 servers taking care of the entire restraunt. My mother enjoyed her waffles and eggs, cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the corn beef hash and two eggs, this was cooked crispy just how I like it, but I could tell it was not homemade hash which was a little heartbreaking but not a dealbreaker. Everything was excellent! Starting with the caramel latte for my daughter and my $5 Bloody Mary. Both delicious and daughter was offered coffee to top off the last of the foam in the cup - nice touch. Waitress super friendly and very attentive. We sat outside with a nice breeze in the shade and great view of the circle. A huge uptick from having to sit right in the middle of sidewalk traffic and road noise like most of the other outdoor places. I had the St Armand crepe and it was to die for delicious with ricotta, spinach, onion, mushrooms and lobster! Served with a fresh side salad on the plate and wedge of pineapple. I ate every bite. My daughter had the Romeo & Juliette crepe with Nutella, strawberry, nuts and banana topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar - just the right amount. She was thrilled and also ate every bite. We both remarked how we hit a home run choosing this spot on a whim and it's the first time we left a restaurant without a doggie bag because we devoured every delicious bite. What a gem! Amazing crepes - the Isabella (chicken, broccoli in a bechamel) was out of this world! The Mama Mia was delicious, too! Everyone from my office (on St. Armands) orders from here every week. Today was personally my last day EVER ordering from here. I just paid $40 for 2 salads, they shorted me on the chicken and feta in my Greek salad (chopped up the chicken to hide the shortage, but it was clearly noticeable because it's my favorite salad, I order it a lot) and didn't include avacado or roasted corn in the taco salad. When I called them to let them know, they said OK and made no attempt to rectify. Called back to speak to the manager, got the chef who argued with me that they included guacomole (that's definitely not avacado though, which is what the menu indicates is included) in the taco salad and the chicken in the greek salad was the same weight, neither was true though. He yelled that i should bring it back if I'm not happy, but I don't trust that so I kept it. But, I've learned the best way to react as a consumer is to never again spend my money in establishments that don't understand the importance of customer service! read more

To start off, the wait staff was very nice and the service was fast! However, our main complaint was the crab cakes we ordered that smelled overly fishy and suspicious. We had to send them back because we were leaning towards them being bad and we were wary of food poisoning. We were told they were cooked that day. The "manager" refused us service of 6,because he didn't want to accommodate a 4 year old child,forcing us to sit her in our laps. He asked us to leave, saying "this is the restaurants rules" after we decided to leave, he kept harassing us, following us to the elevator, instigating! This is not a family oriented restaurant, even though their website does not state children are not allowed, don't come to this restaurant if you are coming with a party above 5 people and if you have children. The menu is broad, which could be a good thing, but it was confusing to have crepes on the menu next to omelettes next to tacos. It really made no sense. Despite, we decided to give it a chance. The waiter was kind and did a decent job with the service. However, The margarita was awful and the food was not fresh. The feta cheese in my omelette tasted spoiled. If we can rate this place less then a One Star we would! The service was absolutely HORRIBLE! the waitress was EXTREMELY rude to both guest and the cooking staff. We asked for silverware and she said we can grab it by the door, the food was not properly cooked, they forgot my daughters food and asked if she still wanted to eat. They are not following the Covid guidelines for reopening - no paper menus, not following social distancing rules of 6 feet apart at all (every table was being served).
