We decided to give this place a try, especially once we saw the sign that said "we ship anywhere in the U.S." I mean if they are shipping anywhere in the U.S they must be doing something right and YEP, they are. First, there are no places to sit inside this little bakery and depending on when you arrive the line could be 5 people long or it could be 50, either way the cinnamon roll is worth the wait. There is some limited seating outside or you can take them back to your la'nai to enjoy or walk across to the beach. The rolls are prepared fresh so if you get to the front to place your order and she says it will be 8-10 mins for fresh ones, then you just SCORED the big bonus, as they will come out piping hot and the nice lady behind the counter will then dip them in this luscious golden brown sugar goodness. Now granted that is not all this is just the first step next you can top this off with cream cheese frosting which is just another way to shoot you up with sugar direct into your veins, or top it off with macadamia nuts all of these are additional costs but in grand scheme of things well worth the additional miscual cost. If you want something savory they have a selection of breakfast sandwiches from hawaiian ham, sausage or SPAM, yep that is correct a good ole crescent sandwich with folded egg, cheese and spam, life is good!! Customer service was average although a bit rushed. It is a small fast paced shop, so it is better if you have your order in mind before getting to the counter. There is a QR code on the door if you'd like to place your order online & skip the line. The one cinnamon roll I did receive was pretty good, you can get toppings for an additional price. We got one bagel with kalua pork & one with bacon. Both were good. But even with the overcharge, I feel like the price point and portion size don't mesh. After passing the Cinnamon Roll Place van the night before, we thought this would be a perfect way to start the day. When we arrived, there was a long line, but it moved quickly. There was limited seating outside (four small tables seating 2-4), so I grabbed one that opened up while the rest of my family ordered. When the cinnamon rolls and my chai were ready, I could smell the beautiful aroma of spices. My mom opted for the cinnamon bread pudding while the rest of us wanted to dive into the box of cinnamon rolls. We enjoyed our breakfast immensely! I'm always looking to satisfy my sweet tooth, so I finally got a chance to try one of these amazing cinnamon rolls. The first thing you notice is its size. It's really big. Then you see the ooey gooey goodness once you add the cream cheese frosting. Cinnabon's has nothing on these "bad boys". Once you finally get to enjoy it, the flavors hit you immediately and you'd swear there's a sugar party dancing inside your mouth. I, especially liked that the cinnamon flavor went throughout the entire roll. Not even the smallest bite was lacking flavor. I decided not to add any nuts, since I wanted to try it in its purest form. Then, before I knew it, it was gone. I don't count calories, but I can imagine it contained a lot. Ok, so it's cool they have gluten free options. I'm confused though, I ordered a small coffee and a gluten free cinnamon roll and it was over $13. How much were the nuts and frosting-those are add ons and not included in the price of the cinnamon roll itself. This is hands down one of the best cinnamon rolls I've had. Coffee from here was super good too. I've had a few people tell me that this was a must during my Maui visit. So lucky that our condo was literally next door. The spot is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. It's a counter order kind of place so there's no place to sit indoor. We came here as they opened at 6 am and there was already a line of 5 people. Only one other party ordered sandwiches and everyone else ordered cinnamon rolls. You order at the counter and then you wait for them to call our your name. We ordered an egg and cheese sandwich on everything, an egg, cheese, and spam croissant, an Asiago bagel with cream cheese, a cinnamon roll, and a iced latte with Mac nut syrup. The bagels tasted more like bread even when toasted and I don't think think we would recommend it much. However the croissant was nice and crispy and a pretty good sandwich. The iced latte was also not really a latte because they just added the milk and the milk was not frothed. Although the everything bagel was not good, the Asiago bagel had a little more of a bagel texture but I wouldn't get bagels here again. The cinnamon rolls were really quite good and sweet. They were soft, warm, freshly baked (they were baking them as we waited in line), and it came with a side of melted cream cheese frosting.
