I really love the sushi here!!! I have ordered take out and I have eaten in the restaurant. I enjoyed both experiences. Wait times are never long and staff is always attentive. My kids enjoyed being in the restaurant and the server even gave them free dessert! It was a welcomed gesture and I appreciated her kindness. Sushi is ok, appetizers are ok. It's an ok place for food. It's not a type of sushi joint where I would be down to go back again. The rolls with "crab" had a funky texture wasn't sure if I was eating a deviled egg or a sushi roll :( They also add the tip to your bill. I was upset because I wanted to tip cash since I know if you tip with a card their tips get taxed but whatever I thought that was rude and would've liked if my server asked, I would've tip her more in cash than whatever she tipped herself too but again whatever I guess that's how this business handles things. read more

CJ Fusion is a great place to eat. I have been a long time customer over 10 years and have been going to Tandy(owner) ever since he had his old store Sushi Tandy which was down the street. Same good food but his new restaurant looks newer and nicer. It has better parking and a nicer area. We come here a lot for Sushi and seafood. His Chinese food is also great and he has an all you can eat Sushi dinner as well. Tandy and his staff is always nice and welcoming. Food is always served promptly and you can order ahead of time for take out. Also, Tandy does catering and I also hosted my sons graduation/18 birthday party here. We hosted 90 people and everyone loved the buffet style Sushi, Sashimi, and Asian inspired food. Everyone said that they've never been to a buffet style party with as good as food as we served. The menu has so many options for groups that include people that don't like sushi( great Chinese food too) Tandy always accepts nothing but the highest quality when he shops for the restaurant. But today, everything was just bad. I order my son the teriyaki chicken, ordered my friend the beef chow mein, I ordered the all you can eat, and had 3 drinks. After finishing three things off the all you can eat, even though the sushi had a little sour after taste, I order the healthy roll. I tried one piece and I did not like it. I called the waitress over and let her know I did not enjoy that particular roll, she proceeded to get loud with me and say that I had to finish it. And I asked so if someone orders off the all you can eat and did not like a roll they ordered, you force them to finish it all? And she replied YES. I advise not to order the all you can eat, the amount of rice they put on their rolls is ridiculous. I had put in an order for 1 roll (my limit is two at a time). When my 1st roll came I wanted to put another order but was denied because I needed to finish my 1st roll first, ideally I thought I'm allowed to have two rolls at a time so I guess it's false advertising on their menu. We stopped by here after getting our marriage license. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. My fiance and I both got the combo boxes. He got Beef teriyaki and Chow mein. I got an LA roll and avocado tempura. We got our Miso soup first and my fiance lived it! He said it was some of the best he'd ever had. The food came out pretty quick and was delicious!
