Everyone here was so nice and the ambiance here was very serene, relaxing and peaceful! The setting here is so lovely, clean and organized. Amy and Cindy did amazing jobs on my nails. Amy was so meticulous and professional in her work. I also had Delux pedicure by Cindy. She gave me excellent calf and feet massage. My friend she did gel mani and pedi by Nie. Worst nail service I have ever had in my life. Never ever get your nails removed from here. They ripped mine off with a nail extension and when I pulled my hand away because it hurt so bad they pulled it back and kept going. I left with acrylic still on my nails. My girlfriend and I came for two pedicures. The nail salon was super clean, the staffs were very friendly and customer service was outstanding. The manager kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. Also, I overheard about they let two long term employees go due to extreme racism to an African American client. About a month ago, I was a regular customer at this shop until an unfortunate pedicure. The male manager was in the process of buffering my feet and was taking a really long time with the right foot such as going over the same spot for over a minute. He appeared to not be paying attention and I started feeling a severe burning sensation. After urging him to stop, I immediately noticed the blood and an open wound on my foot. Even after noticing I was in immense pain, they had the audacity to ask me to put my foot back in the bacteria infested water and questioned me as to if I had a callus, which I did not rather than take responsibility. After drenching the wound in alcohol, we did not further the pedicure and the female manager took over just to rush the process and filed some of my toe nails down uneven, so my toenails don't even match! Rather than to let me go for free for the hospitality, they charged me $50 and continued to tell me that they "didn't know what happened". This experience has followed with a lot of pain as the wound ended up getting infected affecting me playing in my sport along with work. I ended up following up with them with a call and they told me that they would give me my refund. When I went to get my refund however, I wasn't given an apology or anything, in fact the female manager laughed in my face and just handed me the money. I want to start the review by saying that the space was clean and I only waited until about 5 mins after my scheduled appointment to be seen. Anna, my nail technician, was really sweet and she did a good job! I don't know what the other reviews were saying by how friendly the staff was because they weren't friendly, they were working on their person and talking to each other. I am not saying they aren't friendly I went towards the end of the day so this is just my experience. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the price. I booked a gel manicure which was $33 dollars and I was charged $53 dollars for my nails. Maybe the design costs have gone up but $20 for a simple design is excessive in my opinion. She took her time to put on a new full set of acrylics for me, she listened to what I needed/wanted, and she was so gentle. The staff were super helpful with getting me seated right away helping me pick out the perfect color explaining the different types of pedicures. It is really lively the atmosphere is great. They offer complimentary drinks such as water Sprite Coke. It is really pretty inside bright pink. I had been going to another nail salon. They changed ownership and the new owner's service started going downhill right away. I had been going there for 4 years. It took me a while to find this place after extensive research. I came here to get my wedding nails done about 2 weeks ago. I was so busy, I forgot to post a review. Im going to start with saying you are offered something to drink as soon as you walk in. The service is wonderful. My sister, mother in law and I brought in an inspiration picture of what we wanted. I asked for a few rhinestones and asked the girls for suggestions. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond. We were happier than we expected. I have gone to places that tip off your acrylic, these girls actually wrap them in foil and remove them carefully. Also, usually nail techs don't have the materials or knowledge of how to replicate designs. They had a ton of options. Im posting a picture of my nails when they were complete and how they look today. Apart from my nails growing out, they haven't chipped or cracked. I asked for a dip powder in an almond shape and she made them so thick into stiletto shape. My nails hurts so bad from how much shaping she was doing. Not only was the shape thick but the dip powder itself was made SUPER thick. Charged me $80 for the worse nails I've ever received. Amy is very unprofessional and very disrespectful to her customers. She was getting upset at other customers around me while doing my nails and I was just quietly observing. I used to go to this nail shop when it first opened up and they had a completely different staff. This staff genuinely needs professional training when it comes to listening to what the customer is asking for before you do their nails. First time at this nail salon. I made my appointment online the day before which I felt was very good & easy to setup. Showed up at my appointment 5 minutes early. They asked me to wait which wasn't an issue. I noticed two other ladies waiting & the salon was full with about 6 nail techs. They asked me to sit in the chair & I waited until 35 minutes after I arrived for them to start. The lady explained they were short staffed so I was understanding on that aspect. I got a French manicure gel nails. Nothing fancy, I don't ever get acrylic nails. After I left I noticed I had two cuts on two fingers near the cuticles. Also some of other cuticles are red & sore. I also noticed areas where the nail tip wasn't fully covered with gel. My boyfriend said he could tell they didn't look right. I will sadly never go there again. I read another review saying they focus on long acrylic sets so don't go here if you want basic gel. Update: Later in the day my nails & cuticles were hurting so badly I had to completely remove the gel. Luckily I have all the salon supplies to remove them. I put cuticle oil & covered with bandages on the cuts. Very disappointed read more

Another woman did my pedicure and at 6:00 pm Victor the manager told me another woman would be doing my nails at around 6:15 pm. When I complained he kept saying "you got here early ". Does that makes it ok to make me wait???? after being assigned to four women I finally got my nails done.
