Lotsa cheese on the cheese pizza. Pitchers of different sodas were provided & pitchers were labeled, so we knew what we were drinking. Our event included a wristband or sticker (I don't remember) that was good for a limited time to use at specific games that our employer chose for us. I wasn't interested so I gave mine to a teen for extra play. I also gave my ice cream sticker (good for a free scoop) to another kid. Many of our employees bowled, so I joined them in the very comfortable booths & watched the FIFA match on the very BIG screen TVs above the pins. My group had a great time bowling & singing karoke! This is a great location for groups of all ages & sizes. I don't know anything about cost, but the unlimited option seems like the best deal. There's a bar with pool tables for adults, in addition to adult-ish games. The main area is located on the 2nd floor of the mall with access by stairs, escalator, or elevator. The bigger white guard I originally spoke with, was looking all confused when I told his supervisor he was going to let it go, until I corrected him from telling my daughter to move, and everyone there told the supervisor the same, but the supervisor doubled down, and wouldn't let me in, even after discovering the truth about his guard getting butthurt! Terrible guards, someone in that position should never go to work with their emotions leading them! What a shame!

I called and spoke with the manager, Saulo, who was incredibly understanding and worked with us to move our reservation to the following day. When we came back, Saulo and the entire staff were welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. Our boys have special needs, and since this was their first time bowling, it was definitely a new experience for them. The staff was patient, kind, and made us feel completely comfortable. That meant a lot to us as parents and made what could have been a stressful outing into a really enjoyable family experience. Huge thank you to Saulo and the entire Gilroy Bowl staff for taking such great care of our family. We'll definitely be back. She was super nice and very helpful. We ended up paying $43 total for 2 shoe rentals and 2 games each (4 games total). We were given a 6lb ball that they had behind the counter for smaller kids to use to bowl. I was halfway through my 1st game and my 1.5 year old wanted to bowl so I let him take over. Like the usual 1.5 year old, he liked standing near the ball return and pushing the bowling balls around. I figured it made more sense to let him push around a 6lb ball instead of a 12lb ball to avoid any finger crushing. I went to the front desk to ask for another 6lb ball. An employee named Ethan had a very disrespectful tone of voice when answering my question. In reply to me asking for another 6lb ball, he said the following "Nope, we already gave you guys one, your kids can take turns. You can only have 1 6lb ball per lane." He definitely didn't listen to why I was asking for another ball as he was too young to understand anything in relation to kids as he was one. They had 8 more 6lb balls behind them and I'm puzzled as to why it was such a big deal let alone to be that disrespectful about it. TLDR: Get helped by Ana, she's nice. I'm partial to the course that's closer to Blossom Hill road because it's a little more difficult with the water trap holes, but both sides are fun!
