I used the website and placed the order with ease, we paid and it stated the order would be ready at 2:50 pm. At 2:49 I got a text stating the order was ready. Order Cuban on oregano parm bread Trip tip with blue cheese add mayo, slaw on the side on jalapeno cheese bread. The order was picked up with ease, arrived at the house at 3:45. The sandwiches were much larger than expected, and were still nice and warm. Opened the bag to find each sandwich was wrapped and clearly labeled. The herb flavors were present in the Cuban, the pickles were mighty tasty offsetting the fat, and the vinegar in mustard tied it all together and the warm fresh crusty bread... OHHHHH MYYYYY!!! Greatttttt sandwhich! Jalapeno cheese bread with trip tip was MF FIRE !! I'd never imagine blue cheese and trip tip with jalapeno and spinach. Wowwwww it worked.. let's talk quality... quality aromatic blue cheese with a nice punch to it.. it almost melted into the bread!! The perfectly large chunks of wilted spinach from the heat of the meat, and the breaddddddddddddddd.. salty, slightly spicy from the jalapeno ... WOW NEW FAVORITE!! This sandwhich has me wanting to make some bread and find just the right blue cheese!!! SORRY BUT I DONT LIVE HERE AND HAVE TO HAVE IT!!! Will I return? The workers were also very confused on how to ring things up and what was included in a kids meal and had to come by the table for us to remind them what we ordered on a sandwich because they didn't understand the ticket produced by their machine. They had to call the owner to get help. The worst part is it took forever to get out sandwiches. We had places 2 orders. The first one came out after about 20 minutes. But another 20 minutes went by and we had not heard a peep from anyone. So I went to the register and there were no customers. I told them I was checking on our order and they looked confused. My order was sitting in a bag on the back counter!!! No one noticed or checked on it. We didn't get our sandwiches for 40 minutes after ordering them.

My favorite is the Swiss and onion bread and it pairs very well with the Italian sandwich. Which is what I had. Everything in it from the meat to the lettuce to the dressing was all fresh and just the right amount of everything. One of my other favorite sandwiches is the Thanksgiving one..good cranberry..not runny gross sauce.. They do have fresh made cookies , brownies and different kinda of cold salads. They used to have racks of different kinds of bread they made and I loved it.. I used to buy some bread to make sandwiches at home. They were perfectly sized and at a good cost. But they dont have the racks out anymore. Which is sad. Besides being pricey and some little changes , the food and quality is still good in my opinion. Now, they best thing about eating there was all the seating they had. They get really busy alot and they would have tables through out the gas station..but they gas station was bought and almost everything changed. Half the seating, everything rearranged and kinda lost its charm/vibe.. the employees at both the gas station and deli aren't rude but they never really seem happy or just having a good day and not sure what to think of that. This 8 inch sub seems like a 12inch sub (ONLY COMPARING SIZE) from subway or port a subs. The bread is wide. The medium sub and chips was 2 meals for me and I was overly full both times. You do pay a little more than port a subs or subway but the quality is way better. If you are in a hurry, do not come here near lunch time. Maybe placing an order for pick up is best for those in a hurry. They are popular so wait times can be a while during peak hours. (like lunch) I would say this place is worth checking out. I plan to go back again and try a few other things. Today they had clam chowder as the soup......I was so close to ordering that too. I am happy I didn't! I would be miserable right now trying to eat all that food!
