But after that we asked if this is reasonable to other plumber through our landlord, then they said the parts were exchanged a year ago and didn't need to replace this soon. They charged exorbitant fees. We were so shocked and disappointed that we paid unnecessary high fee. Be careful. They will estimate unreasonable when they think you don't know the market price.
