He was very informative and attentive. Their guys are always friend and polite. I will always use and recommend their services! Great job 10/10 faucet looks and works amazing, just a more modern, better working faucet exactly what I needed! Great prices, timely and excellent staff. Update 6.16.2026 Faucet needed a little adjustment so I called Plumber XP and they sent Angelo over right away to take a look and make sure it was all running properly. This is a more modern faucet that I needed further instruction on and he was more than happy to show me how it works. Thanks for always being so helpful and reliable!

At the same time, we also opted to do some additional plumbing work including installing a water conditioner and softener, a FloLogic automatic water shutoff system, an RO system connected to our refrigerator, and a new sink in the garage. Each of these projects required specialized expertise, and Plumber XP delivered on everything. We had gotten quotes from several plumbers, and Plumber XP came back the best in terms of quality, experience, and value. Their strong reviews gave us confidence, and we appreciated that they're a local, reputable company rather than a large corporation. Angela in the office was fantastic. She got us scheduled right away for an initial evaluation, and she worked with us as we found a time for the work that made sense given the other home renovation projects we had going on. She continued this excellent service throughout the process as our timelines on our other projects continually shifted. She was always available to answer calls, help with scheduling, or help us get in touch with the right individual on the team. For the repipe work, we had Efrain as our lead plumber and Joey as our project manager. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and expertise, both in doing the work and in answering our multitude of questions. Joey was very easy to get in touch with throughout the process as we added more to the scope of work, asked for recommendations about where to get fixtures, and had questions as the project progressed. Efrain's work was impeccable, and we could tell he took pride in doing things the right way. Given the scope and coordination involved (a full repipe alongside several specialized installations, during other home renovations) we were really impressed by how well everything came together. They showed up on time every day and kept the work moving on schedule. The final cost came in right at the estimate with no surprise charges. We had permits pulled, and the inspection was passed without issue. And when they were done, they left everything clean. Plumber XP is now our go-to for any future plumbing needs. This is a great team of highly professional and experienced plumbers. We are so beyond thrilled with the outcome, and we highly recommend Plumber XP to anyone needing plumbing work!

THE Water Heater Company

THE Water Heater Company

The Water Heater Company did an excellent job replacing our 20-year-old water heater. One thing I…read morereally appreciate about this company is that they take the time to thoroughly inspect the issue, clearly explain what's going on, and provide multiple options without any pressure. Our technician, Erik Z., was punctual, professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. After completing his initial inspection, he called me to explain the situation in detail, walked me through my options, and let me choose the solution that best fit my needs and budget. I never felt pressured to purchase additional services, and he was honest and informative throughout the entire process. Once the installation was complete, Erik followed up with me and provided a comprehensive home analysis report, diagnosis report, after-installation photos, and the invoice. The entire experience was smooth, organized, and efficient from start to finish. This is the second property where I've used The Water Heater Company, and both experiences have been outstanding. Scheduling an appointment is always quick and easy, and every technician I've worked with has been friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend The Water Heater Company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service.

Daniel installed my new water heater today, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was extremely thorough and never rushed the job. While replacing some valves, he discovered another leak from an old section of pipe and quickly identified the issue. He replaced the faulty pipe at no additional charge, which I greatly appreciated. Daniel was polite, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He was also very careful while working, making sure to protect my walls and surrounding area when using a torch to solder the pipes. He kept the work area clean and showed great attention to detail throughout the installation. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work Daniel and Zach provided. Their professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship made this a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a water heater installation.

Their pricing was very transparent, and Jon and Victor also did an amazing job explaining everything they were doing! When they were doing drain snaking, they also provided useful advice on preventative maintenance! Overall, our experience with Done-Rite Plumbing was very satisfactory compared to various other plumbers that we have hired in the past. I highly recommend Done-Rite Plumbing.

After calling several other companies in the area, I found their pricing to be competitive. At the time of writing, they charged $850 to hydrojet both the main line and kitchen line. I also appreciated how fair they were with pricing. They realized that upon arrival the kitchen line clean out was inside the house, and noted that this would normally cost more due to the additional setup and cleaning involved. Despite this, they honored the original quote and did not increase the price. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Logan showed me the camera footage and confirmed the main line was actually in good condition and that he did not anticipate any significant work needed. Their honesty, professionalism, fair pricing, and respect for our home were much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing services.

I was able to schedule a free appointment for Robbie to come look the next day. I got a text about 30 minutes before my appointment time telling me he was on the way. There was no pressure to get it installed. He looked at our set up, provided an analysis of what he'd need to do for the install, and a very fair quote. My new pressure reducer install was completed about 2 hours later. Note, I received multiple quotes and they varied wildly. Robbie's quote was on the lower end of those I received and he didn't try to sell me a bunch of other things or pressure me to pick their company. I'll definitely be a return customer if I need a plumber in the future. Great job!

HONESTLY ... look elsewhere…read more we had 75 apartment units under management central orange county when our long-time plumber retired. Our plumbing bills typically run between $20k and $30k per year. we started using Rob and Austin in Nov 2025 with seriously mixed results, ranging from on-time and fair, to complete failure to return calls and/or show up. most recently they charged us $425 to replace a new valve and a couple 3/4" nipples that feed a water heater. when asked why it was my fault that they did not have a standard 3/4" brass ball value on the truck, rather than a constructive dialog the conversation decivilized, ending with him accusing our on-site contractor of 20 year of lying. truly unbelievable. nobody needs that in their life. there are simply too many options to put up with folks that have a chip on their shoulder, and everything is somebody else's fault... nothing to see here. move on.
