I sampled the Pancake and Salted Blondie varieties, and it was Pancake for the win! I usually avoid gluten free bakeries but happy I made an exception here - the texture, flavors and ingredient quality are so top tier that you'd never know that these treats were gluten free. I've had the best Chocolate Chip Cookie in my life here! I actually stopped here twice, the first time after my haircut. I tried the blueberry muffin cookie with a dollop of frosting. This was too sweet for me but I loved the chunks of blueberry! I went back a few days later because I left my water bottle here. Since I was there, I snatched up the chocolate chip cookie. The sea salt lightly topping the cookie, did it for me! I tried to be good by just eating one piece. But a few small pieces later...it was all gone! I typically have better restraint than that but I was addicted on first bite! I would love to try their other desserts again after my salon visit. Consistently the absolute best cookies ever. My son and I stop in fairly regularly and have tried most of the flavors, and we've never been disappointed. The Killer Krispies are insane, too! I've had birthday cakes from them multiple times, and I have always loved the flavors and the frosting. I am gluten-free, and it's such a treat to be able to eat EVERYTHING on their menu. I drove from Los Angeles to try these cookies after hearing great things. The smell of their fresh baked cookies is intoxicating and you can legitimately smell it from down the street. When my husband and I came in there was just one younger individual working behind the case. It wasn't stellar, above-and-beyond customer service, but he was respectful, and it was fine, but I always do appreciate a bit more warmth and care. We ordered three cookies ( the chocolate chip, the french toast, and the vegan salt and coco brownie). The French toast was our favorite. It was perfectly balanced between crispy and chewy, and the marshmallow was a lovely addition. The chocolate chip cookie here is also super solid. It was gooey and warm. Ours was slightly underbaked, but the flavor was delicious. The vegan salt and coco brownie for sure has potential. Even though it's vegan, it has a buttery taste that was delightful. Unfortunately, the cookie we got was not very fresh and had a slight staleness to it. If it was fresh, I think we would've loved it. All-in-all these cookies are really good! Although delicious and amazing staff, they are constantly running way too low of inventory and options. They have a board with probably 30+ flavors but you'd be lucky to pick from 4-5 options each day. It's unfortunate because even days like today when i showed up at 1:15pm in a Saturday, there were 4 options to choose from and 3 more options that were "out of stock at the moment." You just can't advertise that you have so many flavors for people to deal with normal heights parking and then get to choose from 3-4 flavor options. Gotta figure out a better situation to produce cookies. read more

The person at the front desk greeted us and took our orders promptly. I assume due to us arriving near closing their selection wasnt as much as it is during the day. No biggie. I personally was eyeing the rice Krispy treats. It was legit. Legitimately delicious! Welp just found my new favorite cookie dealer in San Diego! Such a cute shop inside and out too. Loving the cookie flavors and rotations that happen. You might need to call ahead if you are looking for a particular flavor but otherwise, it's fun to just pop in and see what they have. Guarantee they will have something you like. I love the blondie cookie. They also have a few gelato flavors onsite and you can make a pizookie with them and a cookie. Met Coco and he was an absolute delight! Answered all our questions and was so excited to share information about what they are doing or hopeful plans for the future.
