Came out this afternoon with my girlfriend to have a little lunch after work really needing a nice cold ice tea nice airconditioner and great service that is not what happened .we had Jacquli approach our table and ask if we were ready to order and yes we were ready to order I asked her what other side I could get besides French fries and Jacqeli said well no one really gets other sides um ok lol well can I get another side and what are they please And she proceeded to tell me.. Not to mention that my girlfriend is pregnant so you know refills and nice service would be wonderful for the little bit she gets out of her house Right now a bit later she asked us if we would like a refill on our drinks we said yes she refilled every ones around us but ours. did I mention that we asked for silverware and never received them . Cocos in the past had very bland food but just went today with a friend and they have really upped their game. The burger and fries were cooked perfectly and was soooo tasty. My friend's turkey sandwich was also very tasty . What we both noticed was the improvement in freshness of the food and how the cooks and wait staff really cared about taking care of their customers. I often come here with my family for dinner Friday nights or Sunday nights. We are always friendly greeted and seated by a sweet blonde girl, she tells us all about the promotions that are going on and always recommends the best things. As my husband is a chatter box she always kindly converses in a quick conversation with us which we love. The problem that i have with this place are the employees. Last night my daughter and I came in for a quick bit and the server took FOREVER. The sweet girl that greeted us got us our drink and gave us our silverware and asked us how we have been. We then told her we were ready to order and she told us she would let our server know promptly. Where i was sitting i saw that she told our stranger server but the other girl did nothing and told her to tell us she would be right there. The blonde girl came back and let us know that she told our server and that she would be with us in a few minutes which i thought was very nice. After our server took our order, all i remember about her was her red lipstick, she disappeared once again. The blonde girl came around and served everyone fresh refills and even brought out our food. When were done i went to the cashier and the blonde girl gave us boxes and even printed out our check because our server did not. She asked how everything went and she knew i was disappointed, she let us know that our server was still new and if we wanted to speak with a manager but i understood and declined her offer. I love the food here and think the prices are great i just hate the service!! They need to improve a lot read more

Okay, so this is going on right now. We went to this Coco's because we've had great experiences in every Coco's we've ever been to. This one was vastly different! To start off my boyfriend ordered a coke...they only have Pepsi so he ordered a Sierra Mist. The server came back with a Pepsi. Second, we received bread with 2 tiny pats of butter. We asked for more butter and got a whole new basket of bread with only 3 butters! W-T-F!? I ordered the rib eye with mashed potatoes and my boyfriend ordered a prime rib brioche melt. I was asked if I wanted gravy with my potatoes and NO gravy came with it. When the prime rib brioche melt showed up it was actually a philly. He sent it back and told the server that he would like the melt to go because I was already pretty much done. When we got home he opened up the container and the sandwich was a chicken sandwich!! So as I type my boyfriend is on his way back to Coco's to let them know that they all fully SUCK!! This is, by FAR, the worst experience I've had ANYWHERE! Get your shit together Rancho Coco's! My husband and I always choose this location on our way to Anaheim most Saturdays. We love the staff very friendly and attentive ! The food is always hot and fresh an descend portions. We've follow Mario from upland sometime ago , he is great and makes our day a little better,just having someone be friendly and great that early in the morning, nowadays how the world is. Is great. I like to come here for breakfast on my day off work. I get here early and i like the food. The service could be better if they weren't under staffed. Ivonne and Erma are may favorite servers. We like to talk and laugh. They are always smiling even when they are extremely busy. The food is really good. They have a fit and lively menu for those that are cautious about what they eat. I like the Tomato Basil Omelet and sometimes i get The Fit and lively Combo (nutty wheat pancakes, egg whites and lean ham). The prices are reasonable. If you like pies eat here! read more

Waste of money - even if the kids meal was free. My kid ordered a grilled cheese with a side of "seasonal" fruit. The melon was not ripe. The lunch is also supposed to include carrots with dip... Didn't get it. I ordered a turkey sandwich with soup and salad. The chicken tortilla soup was bland, and sloshed all over the plate. The sandwich was served on stale raisin bread. WHY ?? After our first visit to this location we have decided it will be our only. Our server, Paola, was the most condescending and unattentive server we have ever encountered. We weren't greeted for at least 10 minutes after being seated and mind you, there were only 3-4 other tables seated in the entire restaurant! Every time she spoke to us, she called us sweetie. It was condescending! I am a pregnant woman who was joined by my 6 year old son, 53 year old mother, and 73 year old grandmother. Calling all of us "sweetie" was out of place and seemed rude and forced. When our drinks came, the sodas were flat but she merely apologized never offering to get fresh sodas or exchange them for other drinks. Once we placed our order, we waited over 20 minutes to receive our food. It was an unbelievably long wait for a Cobb Salad, a Kid's Chicken Tacos, and 2 Fish n Chips plates. When the food finally arrived, the Cobb Salad was missing the avocado (one of the key ingredients!) and the ends of the tomato were in the bowl! Additionally, the 2 Fish n Chips plates were not the same. One plate had 3 large pieces of fish while the other plate only had 2 and they were left in the fryer too long leaving them burned and bitter. When we complained, she huffed and only returned with a side plate containing a quarter of an avocado. After this, we never saw her again! Our drinks remained empty and we were never checked on. We finally stood up to ask for a manager and our check which then alerted her to run over and say "Have a nice day." We proceeded to ask her for the bill and paid at the front. We were told the manager was not in so we couldn't even file a complaint! Needless to say, we did not leave Paola a tip and will definitely not be returning to the Rancho Cucamonga Coco's again. I enjoyed going here a few years ago regularly, and then I stopped about a year and a half ago. However, I'm glad I tried it again several months ago. It's been really good! Some of their items are better than pricey restaurants. The barramundi fish is quite wonderful tasting! The mediterranean cod with mushrooms, tomatoes, and spinach on top is another yummy meal with sides of vegetables and rice pilaf for $9.99. The two complimentary bread selections are always good. Also they had great priced burgers or trios with a slice of pie for $8.99. I haven't had a sandwich trio, but the Under the Tuscan Sun Whole Wheat Pasta Trio with soup and bread is really good. Ok here goes. Wife decides a strawberry cheesecake I might be nice this evening. So drive down to my local cocos which we frequent probably 2 to 3 times a month. Whoops no luck there's no strawberry cream cheese pie. So I decided to make another decision and noticed on the way in there was a large poster advertising four pies one of them was cherry for 799. I had noticed the expiration date on the poster was the 14th but felt confident that the person behind the counter being a manager would know the laws and honor their price and do the right thing. Boy was I wrong I usually think people want to do a good job. In this instance the manager behind the counter her name starts with a K (I couldn't see the rest of a name tag because your long hair covering it which I believe to be pulled back in the food service business) not only did not do the Right thing but actually changed my mind about going to Coco's ever again. When I told her I would take the cherry pie for 799 as a pointed out on the poster ,she immediately said all that sign was supposed to come down yesterday. I asked her you really won't give me the cherry pie for 7.99 ? I told her your manager and that's the right thing to do that's the right thing to do. She walked out from behind the counter first took the poster down and proceeded to ring me up at the regular price I paid my bill I won't be back. You could always count on an employee to save the company a few dollars and lose them a few hundred more as customers don't come back and they tell their friends. It's no wonder so many negative reviews on this particular store. read more

Our first waitress Jacquel was very quick at coming to our table to take our order and bring our coffee. She then brought our breakfast and refilled our coffee. Unfortunately Coco's has not gotten better with time. It has been a while since our last visit and the food is mediocre at best. I ordered the tomato bisque which was thick and overly salty. The burger meat was not tasty and they gave you a small amount of fries. We also ordered the trio which consisted of quiche a small salad and soup. The quiche was rubbery and the soup (broccoli cheddar) too thick. Service could use some improvement the waitress was stretched thin with too many tables. She forgot soup spoons and it took her 10 minutes to come back around with it. Refills were nonexistent and desserts were only pies or muffins. It will be a while before I decide to visit again. The food is gross. I got a simple French toast and hash browns and when I received my French toast it had no butter on it and was extremely dry when eating it. The hash browns were covered in grease and I got a orange juice which was concentrated and extremely watered down. By far one of the worst breakfast I've had. Although, the service was good.
