My family and I went here for breakfast this morning because corkys had a long wait. I ordered the Denver omelet with egg whites and received a meat lovers omelet. I kindly asked for the correct order and in the meantime my husband and daughter had already finished their meals. When my correct order had come, I was eating alone. Normally, when a restaraunt staff makes a mistake like this, they comp your meal but they did nothing of the sort- even though the manager was aware of the situation. So this isn't my usual restaurant because I'm vegan, but my grandmother wanted to come here one afternoon after a day of shopping. I was delighted to find that my server (a cheerful, red headed gal with flowers in her hair) could accommodate my plant based diet by offering me a "protein style" veggie burger and French fries! Fantastic service! I had ordered a pie and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready (due to ovens not working properly earlier in the morning). Needed this pie for a lunch with Vice President of my company and couldn't wait for it to be done. The manager, Olga, offered to deliver the pie to my work. What a pleasant surprise! So, it's Thanksgiving & I ordered two items through Cocos online bakery. I ordered a quiche & lemon cheesecake and my account was clearly charged but when I went to the store to pickup, they said they did not have a recorde of my order! I even showed the manager that my account was charged but he refused to honor my order! Gees! So much for thanksgiving pies! So disappointed! The funny thing is that I brought a pumpkin pie the night before for a friend's dinner party and I even showed him that order. Regardless, I ended up having to go to Vons! Sooooooo to the manager, not everybody lies! I ended up calling my bank to rescind the order. Well so much for working with the customer! read more

Beware they use microwaves. I just went there for breakfast, it was a little busy, but it took about 45 minutes to get our food, and I watched the waiter put our plates in the microwave. I questioned him and he admitted it, saying they have to when busy. Turkey sausage and eggs heated up in the microwave is really gross. read more

My friends and I have been a customer here for at least 5-6 years. Breakfast: I would say if you had to choose between breakfast or lunch/dinner, come here for breakfast! Their scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns are my favorite. Lunch/Dinner: The chicken tortilla soup, the sweet potato fries, and the chicken alfredo pasta are pretty good. There was a dead bug on our table that the waitress just scooped up with her hands before seating us at a new table (which wasn't clean either), our food took over 30 minutes to be served and wasn't even what we had ordered.. it just wasn't a good experience. I went to buy a raspberry cheesecake pie at this location, when we took it home and ate some of it, i noticed a very eggie taste and I mean very eggie. It is soooooo refreshing to be served by GiGi, because she is so genuine and always has the most beautiful smile on her face every time. The service at this location used to be excellent. I'll be honest; this may just be me. I don't like it when I'm half way through my meal (literally - not almost done) and the check is dropped off. Even when told I will still be helped as the check is dropped off. Whatever the reasons (and I acknowledge that there may be good ones), it makes me feel uncomfortable. There were barely any customers at the time & it was early in the morning. After being asked if it was "just" one when I arrived, the choice to bring out my check when I was still eating made me feel like this place isn't as solo diner friendly as it used to be. (The doners with the other server seemed to be having a friendlier experience. Maybe it was just a one time thing. It felt icky though. Like I needed to hurry & eat. I meet a group of friends every Wednesday morning for breakfast. For years we went to another Coco's in Rancho Cucamonga. When they unexpectedly closed their doors, we decided to try this location. WE LOVE IT!! Our server Ivonne is getting to know our orders before we say it. And she keeps the coffee hot and coming. Great service and great food! We miss our former server Chiloe who was a friend as well as the server. Maybe she will join us for breakfast now. Highly recommend this Coco's location. read more

I dine here quite often, mostly on the week-ends for dinner. The employees work so hard, and they are very friendly. I go back because everyone is nice and the food is good. I feel they are under staffed and need a few more people working. A few of the servers I enjoy are Irma and Natalie. The Manager Melissa is pleasant and very personal with everyone. 4/1/2014 I enjoyed My trip here the other day had the best trukey club i ever had the trukey was so good. I had a great Experience the Management was very nice & helpful she new her stuff & helped me pick out a great pie to take home to my family. The worst food and the worst service I've endured for at least the last decade. Food: Turkey melt for one in my party was not heated, had no cheese, and had one thin slice of turkey. Hash browns for another person were cold, as in frozen, as in ice still in the potatoes. For another in the party, the omelet had all the bacon on one side and the avocado on the other side. Three fails from eight meals. Service: Had to request lemons twice. One in party had to request more water three times before getting a refill. I had an empty soda glass for half the meal. Wrong soda refill for another person. Environment: Had to change chairs for one person in party because chair was so sticky a jacket stuck to back of chair. Asked for chair to be cleaned but staff didn't bother. I touched several other chairs noticing they were sticky to the touch. Lackadaisical apology: Manager gave three mild apologies. Concern about quality was weak enough that the manager comp'ed half of the turkey melt and half of the breakfast meal. Half. I count that as don't-really-care from management on top of lousy food and service. Strongly recommend you find a restaurant that actually cooks all their food and has a minimal amount of attention to customers. Oh, might want to find a restaurant that cleans their chairs more often than every other year. read more
