We are LONG TIME devotees of this particular Coco's. The serve is topnotch and always friendly, the menu is just the best...did I mention toon the Cinnamon Roll French Toast combo!!! Second to none and other chains have tried to replicate with no success! The honey bran muffins? The cookies and pies! Oh YUM! Always spotless and bathrooms too. Did I say we don't live in the are? Place was dirty, came here around 11:00 and floors were disgusting like they haven't been vacuumed in days. Ordered water and ice tea. When our water came there was something frozen in the ice. (A little black something) I should have walked out right there, but thought I'd give it a try. Ordered chicken fried steak, eggs scrambled, with cheese, has browns, and toast, literally 2 min later they walked out with my order. the hash browns were soggy, eggs were runny, and toast was cold. All I can say, is the cinnamon swirl French toast is the bomb!! I thought there was a sandwich shop at this location, so since I was here, I stayed and had this specialty. If you want good service and good comfort food, this is your place to be. I had not been to a Cocos since I was a kid. This place fills my stomach alone with nostalgia. The service is wonderful. I am always seated right away. The servers are always kind and interactive with my family. The food is delicious. Everything we have ordered had been fresh and good sized. My favorite is the Egg White Omelet. If you are still hungry when you are done with your food, they have pie. The pies are so good and sweet. Pies are made on site and are must haves! read more

Maybe they just don't care about the money people spend to have food delivered, or maybe the cook is unaware of what it means to fully cook something. Ordered/paid for a coconut cream pie two days in advance for Thanksgiving. When I arrived to pick it up at 10am on Thanksgiving, I was simply told, "We don't have any coconut cream pies made right now. Do you want something else, like a pumpkin, banana or chocolate?" No real apology, explanation, or consideration that I had already paid for the pie I needed. When I asked who to complain to, the hostess casually gestured and said, "Probably the manager over there that told me what to tell you." You know what you should have done, Coco's? Offered a full refund in addition to providing an alternative pie since it's a little late for me to go elsewhere. Next time, I'm going to Corky's or Polly's. read more

Walked in for a quick bite with my family ...we wondered why we hadn't visited this location sooner. The staff welcomed us with such genuine greetings. I went to Coco's on 10/15/2021. Staff was great! Very nice, appropriately attentive, and quick. Wife & I both ordered the 10oz prime rib for $19.99. Tasted great. Quite possibly the best fries I've ever had in my life. The prime rib was pretty good! Definitely satisfied our cravings and didn't have to spend high dollar. Definitely better than most high-dollar steakhouses. Had a high chair for my kid. We were separated from others so we were appropriately social distanced. We didn't even request it, they just did it. Took a slice of banana cream pie to-go, and that was excellent too! We don't go out a lot anymore, but would definitely consider this Coco's again. read more

The Harvest Pumpkin Pie is now available! The price of this pie has gone up and the product is inferior. The mousse like filling that was so light and fluffy before, now has the consistency of paste and is spread thinly over the pumpkin base layer. The whipped topping was covered with pumpkin pie spice that was bitter tasting. It seems such a shame to ruin such a lovely tradition. read more

I love when Coco has their scrumptious Peach cheesecake in September, but I feel they end it too soon. I had one Coco's in Upland, CA who ended theirs on Sept 8th. Another located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA on Sept 18th. Maybe the store managers or whoever does the inventory or ordering need to take better inventory on the peach shipments so it can last for the month of September. Now I have to wait until next year. Peach cheesecake gets a rating of 5 , but I'm going to rate Coco's 3 stars because of the 2 stores that ended their sales of peach cheesecake too soon (in my opinion). read more

Ordered in advance of Thanksgiving and had an appointment to pick up at 11am. I'm standing in line and it's now 11:45am. People are remarkably patient and friendly - even tho there is no communication from Coco's staff about: 1) what to expect when you pick up your order (1 hour to 11/2 hour wait at least) 2) Cocos will not answer their phone 3) there are no signs explaining what to expect when you arrive. 4) older persons, persons with medical conditions must all stand in line. There are no options. The cocos staff are working very hard, however, there is no organization. A little communication would be extremely beneficial to paid customers. Instead, I saw staff standing around, talking, laughing, & watching. Be prepared for a wait, & little parking. No walk up orders. Once you get inside it goes quickly. Happy Thanksgiving! read more

Pre-ordered two pies for Thanksgiving. Paid for it online 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. When I went to pick the two pies up, only one was available. They said they were making the second pie and to come back. I went back 2 hours later and still no pie! Waste of time and no pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving even though I pre-ordered and paid for it. I will be looking to order pies elsewhere next year. Do yourself a favor, pick some other restaurant for pies. They also DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Don't order your holiday pies here. Preordered and prepaid for ours. Went today and we were told too bad sold out, just pick another pie. Meaning they sold our preordered pie to someone else. Even though it was preordered, prepaid and we arrived in or specified pickup window time. The staff and manager seemed bored to annoyed that we were displeased and not totally thrilled to pick a left over pie that was not our favorite. Manager asked what I wanted him to say. Had to tell him he should start with "I'm sorry". We were told we may be able to pick up our Thanksgiving pie on Saturday. Wow! I haven't been to this restaurant in a while but it's still great! Great service, our waitress was very helpful. I wish I can remember her name so I can give her credit. So other than being extremely overpriced for their pies, the food is not much to speak of. I tried this place a few months ago and could not believe the cost of the pies not to mention, when I got the pie home, the whipped cream was old. I had to put everybody back in the car, drive all the way back and get a new pie. Haven't been back since. So I decided to come tonight. The signs said they were open and the front doors were open. The lights were on inside and it was only 9:15. I parked, went inside, and the employees were just shooting the breeze sitting down. They looked at me and said they're closed, which is amazing given that the sign was bright and said open, and the doors were unlocked. I expected them to serve me at least with a pie which is all I came for but they didn't even make any effort despite their error. So, they lost one good customer. And a good tipper too. If they had time to sit on their behinds and chat without turning off the open signs and without locking the doors they had time to grab me a pie. Sorry, but this place deserves to lose business and close. They don't deserve $20 an hour let alone to have jobs when they treat customers this way read more

This was a favorite place of my mother's until today. They have started charging $0.99 for hot water to drink and $1.99 if you want honey or lemon with it. Also, when you build your own burger and ask for an impossible patty they add $5.00 to the $12.99 charge for the meal. After trying to discuss this politely with the manager, we overhear them loudly mocking and impersonating my mother in the kitchen. We were sitting at the table closest to the kitchen and they didn't realize how loud they were. They also wouldn't accept any cocos gift cards.. wtf?! First I will begin by stating that during the stay we have been eating more home cooked meals than we usually do but when we do take out we support our local businesses. Last night I placed an order for 2 fresh pies to be picked up the next day after 10 am. I was got busy with the kids so my husband headed over with a screenshot of the order confirmation. Even with the order confirmation, my name and my debit card they could not find the order. My husband had to call me on speaker to speak to the women at the register. She was very rude and short with me over the phone, I pointed out my order included a plastic pie cutter and she said "we don't do that" do what? My husband said she had a bad attitude right away. I would expect that upon re-opening patrons would be received better. Maybe they aren't ready yet. Warning!! Very disappointed!! We purchased an apple pie from this location for Thanksgiving. The first thing I found as I was cutting into my slice with a fork was: 1-Apple stem, no worries and very possible since it is an apple pie 2-A staple, found as I was cutting into my slice after about the 3rd bite. This could have been very tragic if I had swallowed it, broken a tooth, cut tongue or gums This is incredible and can't imagine how a staple would get into the pie. Only Coco's would know. Be careful!! This is an update. Coco's management reacted quickly to my review. They made contacts with me same day. They were very interested in resolving the issue. The manager was very concerned when he called me. They will investigated further to see how this could have happened. I rediscovered this little gem of an eatery a few years ago. We were looking for a quiet place to eat near our home. The parking lot has very easy access to the restaurant. The ambience is warm, friendly, quiet, and always tidy. The servers are what make this restaurant a warm and welcoming establishment. Each time we sit down they remember us and warmly greet us like old friends. The menu is standard fare such as burgers, sandwiches, salads, and full breakfast options. I like the smaller plates and the proportions are just right. Did I mention the pie? Every Wednesday after 11 you can request a free slice with your entree. It can get very crowded on Sundays so I prefer to go during the week when it is less so. They do offer a few seasonal options on the menu. read more
