In Las Vegas, few places have an genuine, organic feel to them. Such is the nature with a transient town. Coffee Pub, which apparently has been around quite a while, is an exception. It reminds me of some of the more enjoyable coffee shops/cafes that I've been to in other cities. A lot of folks there seem to be regulars, and the employees were all very nice and accommodating. That makes it a place I would love to go back to regularly. Of course, good food helps. The lobster omelet was good, worth getting. At 12.95 it is reasonable in size and quality, certainly not overpriced. There are a lot of seats, inside and out. They must've gotten a good deal long ago because it is surprising they are able to maintain such a big space. Great news for customers. read more

This was by far the best Vegas experience. Good food ok not just good superb food and the best friendliest service thanks to Lauren! We didn't feel like tourist but rather locals with the warm welcome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting some good food and very attentive staff. If you're looking for an inexpensive but delicious breakfast I would highly recommend this place. Due to Covid I was looking for a comfy breakfast spot with outdoor seating and came across this gem. I ordered their Belgium waffles with whipped cream, strawberries and bananas and I must say it was amazing. To accompany my waffles I also ordered their eggs Benedict on a buttermilk biscuit and Canadian bacon and it was also extremely delicious. This little place outside the strip is fresh air when you are in Las Vegas. We were there on Sunday and just called ahead to make sure they had available tables. The had the salmon salad, spanish omelette (great choice), wagyu burger and some pancakes. The inside is great but if you want to ha e some breeze take a seat outside. I do reviews on eggs Benedicts from various restaurants around the US. I saw that they had eggs benedict here in various Styles so I decided to try. I ordered coffee black with water and I wanted to taste their sausage gravy. After tasting their gravy I decided to get a half order of biscuits and gravy and my eggs benedict. I asked for the eggs benedict to be soft poached and they were closer to medium but exceptable . The biscuits and gravy were so good that I took a half order to go for my wife to try. Back to the eggs benedict. The presentation was perfect, the hash browns were neatly placed on the plate and golden brown and delicious. The price of the eggs Benedict Was $13.75 which is the going price with hash browns. The coffee price was $3.50 which is on the high side. I enjoyed this breakfast so much that my wife and I came back here three days later so she could experience what they had. The second time I had their country eggs benedict which is biscuits with sausage patties, poached eggs on top smothered in their delicious sausage gravy with hash browns. My wife opted to try their number five Club sandwich. It proved to be, delicious, very large and filling. The Coffee Pub is a little more than its name. It's like a coffee shop only it's variety of eats is quite extensive. I held the five star review for its many values the staff is attentive and keeps the coffee coming. I am a breakfast person. So I recommend trying their breakfast and look at the menu for future things to eat. read more

Let me start by saying that the staff is very friendly, they are attentive, they try to accommodate you and the person in charge cares about the clients being happy. I wish I could give higher marks for trying but my review will be based on the food. It's not good. I'm sorry but the stuffed French toast needed to be masked by the syrup. Hubby and I loved this place when we discovered it during our trip to Vegas! We loved it so much we came here to eat twice! Coffee pub feels like you are eating in someone's giant California kitchen. It's homey, comfortable, somewhat lively and very nice. They offer a small variety of different coffee drinks (which qualifies them to have the word coffee in their restaurant name). When I notice a restaurant calls themselves a coffee shop but they are only serving regular coffee, IMO they don't have the right to call themselves coffee anything. The food we had was awesome, the portions were big, the prices were reasonable and everything we ate during our two breakfast trips was delicious! I would go into more detail but since we went to Vegas last month already I just remember that we loved it! If you live in Vegas or you are on vacation and can get off the strip and onto sahara ave. somehow this is the place to be! If we go back this will most likely be our breakfast spot. I am told that the locals consider the Coffee Pub one of the best places for breakfast in Vegas. In this case the locals have it right! I came for a late business breakfast with a group of five. We were quickly seated and served drinks. Checking with our waitress, I got the go ahead that their Eggs Benedict was good. Lately I had been striking out with my favorite breakfast dish but on her admission I went for it. Good call! The restaurant's walls are covered with autographed photos of famous people who have dined here. I posted some pictures of these but you should take time to walk around and see these for yourself. My associates all ordered different variations of egg dishes except the Japanese guy who ordered a healthy salad. Everyone was pleased. Ok so, I think I should have stayed with my first mind and had breakfast...We started with the mushrooms( now they weregood) hopes are up....soups next. We had the banana and strawberry stuffed french toast and all I can say is WOW! I never had stuffed french toast before and I like how the flavors were subtle. It wasn't too sweet and the fruits were fresh. I also got an over easy egg and upgraded to the chicken apple sausage. The quality of the sausages were great and tasty too! The bacon here is crunchy and thick! The egg benedict also had a nice hollandaise sauce. I also wanted to talk about how good the hash browns are! I loved how perfect the crispy texture was. I also liked the unsweetened mango iced tea. It was very refreshing! I'm telling you everything here was so delicious! The only downside to this place is that it's somewhat hidden and you have to actually go into the plaza to find it. After a night of partying on the strip of Vegas, my lady friends and I were in need of a quite place with good food. They are vegetarians and me being DF (Dairy Free) and GF (Gluten Free) I came across this place. ( Thanks yelpers) It wasn't busy when we arrived so we had a choice whether to sit inside or outside.
