Good morning Vietnam and Pistachio Matcha Latte
    Daisy S.

Food, service, and ambiance? 10/10 across the board. I was OBSESSED from the very first sip. I literally had to come back for round two! The flavors here are unlike anything I've had before, and the baristas are so passionate and knowledgeable. They'll happily walk you through every flavor profile, which makes the whole experience even more fun. Now let's talk about my absolute favorite: Good Morning Vietnam. As a Vietnamese coffee lover, my standards are HIGH... and this completely exceeded them. It's rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced--not overly sweet. The pandan flavor is such a nostalgic, authentic touch that takes it to the next level. And the best part? They make it with oat milk condensed milk! Like... how genius is that?! Safe to say I'll be dreaming about this drink until my next visit.

Off the main road you'll find this gem of a place. Upon walking in i noticed that the staff wasn't overly welcoming, quickly gathered that this wasn't an all up in your face coffee shop which is refreshing sometimes. The decor inside was simple and tasteful with some quirky retail items which i found amusing. With an expansive menu i took my time deciding on what to order while i was debating I didn't feel rushed at all again they basically ignored me until I was ready (this gave me time to actually think so i was not offended) All that debating just to end up ordering my go to. Which good heavens do you see that size? For 9 dollars not even the Central Valley has a drink that large under 10 dollars! Plus it may have been the best matcha I've ever had!! SO earthy with a dash of sweetness! Over the weekend i was in town i stoped by 3 times, i will most definitely be back!

First coffee in Palm Springs! I ordered: large iced americano $4.75 cronut not a donut $6, hard pass Friend wanted to try the vietnamese coffee, but supposedly ran out or didn't prep it? Weird for noon order. A bit of seating inside. Americano was standard.

This place had a line to the door the entire time we were there! Very fun coffee, tea, refresher options and the pastries all looked amazing. Staff is all very friendly and drinks were served pretty fast. Cute decor with fun snacks and Knick Knack things to buy. I tried the banana foster latte, iced with oatmilk and it was pretty tasty, not overly sweet, banana flavor is not strong, had a few banana chips on top. Also took a few sips of my sister's Summer Camp drink which was really sweet. From the sound of the ingredients I imagined it to taste like a s'mores but it didn't.

Was in town for a music festival and was excited to find a local coffee spot that isn't Starbucks. A part from the aesthetically pleasing decor... the shop left me disappointed. The customer service was lacking, as the cashier seemed to despise attending me and was bored out of their life. I was hopeful the coffee would be good but was let down. DO NOT ORDER THE TONIC SWEET CREAM. It tasted like sour coffee with sour milk. I understand everyone has different tastes but for the majority of coffee drinkers I'll save you the money. The vanilla latte was ok. Definitely not good enough to have me come back though. Work on your recipes and customer service please.

Coffeeism is a cute coffee shop in downtown Palm Springs. The hype is still very much real as on the weekends you are looking at a line out the door. I do think the hype was a bit overrated as my drink I ordered was ok. I ordered the s'mores summer camp iced latte. It was just oddly watery and really bland. For $12 bucks I was a bit bummed. Otherwise service was 5/5. The gentleman at the cashier was incredibly personable and a delight! They do seem to have promising pastries which I would like to try next time. Overall, 4/5 in my book.

Coffeeism is a great little coffee shop right in the heart of Palm Springs. It's a small, hip spot serving drinks in cool rounded cups along with a variety of delicious pastries. This place does get busy and crowded inside, so just a heads‑up if you're stopping by during peak times. They offer several specialty drinks you don't see everywhere, which is fun. I'd recommend asking about them first -- I tried one because it sounded unique, but it wasn't quite what I expected. Still, it's a great place to stop while you're out and about. A solid Palm Springs coffee stop with personality and plenty of options to explore.

Mazapan Latte iced with oat milk

This is a cute little coffee spot in downtown Palm Springs. They have pretty good lattes so expect a line. But don't worry it moves quickly. The inside gets crowded and there isn't really anywhere to sit but it's cute when you're in there so check out their merch while waiting for your name to be called. I ordered the Mazapan latte iced with oat milk and I enjoyed it. Will definitely try their other flavors when I come back. Their seasonal menu looked intriguing. You could tell the staff enjoyed being there- always a good sign if you ask me.

Cute little coffee spot in downtown that drew in a large crowd. Limited seating inside, but many people seemed to only stop in to grab coffee and go. Their menu had the basics as well as some unique concoctions, and the baristas were all so friendly. Their seasonal drinks were not for my taste buds, so I wasn't a fan, but I can see it hitting for the right palate. The Black Widow was recommended by a regular I met while waiting in line, and while the coffee itself was good, the black sesame was incredibly thick. The Mi So Hrny tasted mostly of miso. I tried the Summer Camp from a friend, and that was really tasty--I'd recommend that for anyone who isn't feeling super adventurous with the other drinks.

What an actual hidden gem for flavored latte lovers. Once my indecisive self was able to finally order from their list of unique syrups and concoctions, cofeeism's coffee revived me. I went with the gulab jamun syrup which wasn't exactly a match to gulab jamun (an Indian sweet) but it added a unique sweetness and flavor to the drink. My friend got this mango masala chai which was absolutely delicious and a heavenly combo. Definitely stop by and check out their cute merch too!

SO glad I checked out this coffee spot before leaving Palm Springs. Definitely the best of the best from the ones I tried! It's located in a little downtown area with a lot of shops. Parking was a bit tricky but we parked in a lot a couple blocks away. They have lots of caffeinated bevvie options here. Anything from coffee to matcha to unique syrups to even more unique espresso concoctions. Originally, I ordered the banana foster latte. I didn't love it so they happily remade me a different drink. Instead I got the miso caramel latte and it was delicious! My bf got the "Once Upon a Time in Oslo" which is one of their signature seasonal drinks. Wow wow wow. This was sooooo good and so worth the extra $. It had espresso, passionfruit, coconut, yuzu and lime juice. I stole as many sips as possible and wish I tried one of their seasonal drinks - such unique combos, you can tell they had fun creating these!

Dropped in to grab a coffee on a Sunday Morning while we were in town. The vibes were cool, staff was friendly and attentive. It was pretty busy for an early morning, but service was fast. I ordered an iced vanilla almond milk latte and it was actually delicious, I'm pretty sure they make their syrups in-house. Next time I'm in town I'll have to try the banana fosters latte. It looked amazing!

This coffee shop was really vibey & so packed on a Saturday morning. We came in and it was pretty busy so we waited a bit. I ordered the "Good Morning Vietnam" and was also mentioned that they could not modify the drink. The coffee itself was alright. We came in with a large group & some of the girls didn't like their drink & asked for a new one, which we got attitude for when we asked. However if we're paying $12 for a drink I feel like that's okay to ask for modifications if we did not like what we were getting. Also, the baristas made the drinks the same exact way which was disappointing. Definitely be cautious of the drink option you choose before purchasing here!!

As you can see from my pics, the Traditional Eggs Benedict weren't quite up to par. The poached eggs were a bit under done. The hollandaise sauce was creamy but lacked the pinch of cayenne and a bit under flavored. The ham was ample but not so flavorful. There was a bed of spinach between the ham and English muffin. This was over cooked. The diced potatoes were nice and crunchy, but there wasn't any seasoning on them. On the other hand, the Breakfast Bowl was quite refreshing. My pic doesn't do justice to the freshness and variety of this bowl. The coconut milk was sweet and pared well with the fruit. The texture of the granola and coconut shaving nicely contrasted with the bananas and berries. Mixed through the coconut milk was the red quinoa which made the milk more substantial. This was a great way to eat healthy.

That made it difficult to relax in what was supposed to be a peaceful setting. On a positive note, the entrance walkway, lobby, and open-air courtyard are beautiful and make for a strong first impression. Unfortunately, that charm does not extend to the guest rooms, which are clearly in need of a refresh.

I was a little scared when I read that most of the recent reviews were negative. I was thinking "oh no! What did I get us into." This place is a blast from the past. The decor is that of a mid century modern and is a really cozy quadrangle set up. The interior feels homey and the property is set up like an air bnb with shared amenities. They play 1950s music all day on speakers throughout the complex, it creates that vintage feel but can get repetitive after a few days. Lounge with tables, board games, travel brochures, couches, fire place, coffee and tea, and industrial kitchen for use during your stay. (Old reviews mention happy hour, breakfast, snacks, etc. these are no longer offered but why not just bring your own?) Each room has microwave and mini fridge. Outdoor gas fire pit for use. The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. If you are expecting a sterile, high end, resort feel for your stay this is not your place... but otherwise this is a great choice! I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. I left off one star because there are definitely areas of improvement that could be made but not enough to ruin my experience.

There are 10 rooms available and each one is a different theme in the 1950s. I stayed for two nights in the Crooners room and I enjoyed my stay a lot. When I arrived, Tim, the inn keeper assisted me with my room keys and showing me around the property. My room was decorated with the Rat Pack and I loved it. All rooms are a maximum of two people with a hot tub, refrigerator with water, microwave, and coffee maker, air conditioning, and DVD player. If you'd like, bring a DVD and popcorn to enjoy during your stay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were more than enough pillows which I'm guilty of using more than one pillow while I sleep. I love how the comforter was linen on the outside, but cozy and warm on the inside. The Crooners room has two sinks, but I only used one. There is happy hour everyday at 5pm by the pool or communal area with snacks and beer or wine. During my stay there were chips and salsa and the following day was veggies with dip, with of course a drink of choice. Really nice touch added to my stay. It's been a while since I have stayed in a bed and breakfast and I love the homeyness here. Breakfast is served in the communal dining area with hand sanitizer provided. The three-course breakfast starts with a fruit smoothie, a fruit parfait and a hot breakfast. For breakfast they served blueberry pancakes with sausage and the following day it was quiche with artichoke hearts and potatoes. I loved the service here so much. You sit at a table and they serve the food to you. The pool is open 24 hours will pool floaties available to use as well. Another thing I like about this place is that because there aren't many people (max 40 people at a time) it is highly likely you will get the pool to yourself. When I checked out and left the property I told my husband I would enjoy staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend you stay here too.
