The graham cracker crust wasn't messy either - it was easy to cut it up! I will say the plastic cake knife broke (maybe we should have waited more than 30 min for the cake to get to room temperature?) Overall this was a delicious cake for our friends birthday and I enjoyed the mango/white chocolate/cheesecake flavor profile. Inside the staff are quick to serve you and the bright lights and cake on display lift my spirits up.
