I made and online to cold stone for a icream cake and 1/2 dozen reese cup cakes .I couldn't go for it so i send and Uber eats to pick up my oder.The oder came without the reese cup cakes. If you're ever in the area or craving some icecream, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! The employees are notorious for having entire conversations before even acknowledging your presence there let alone hand you your order especially if you're an uber eats partner. They have zero and I mean zero professionalism. They have no regard or concern for their customers or the uber eats drivers. One out of three employees will always walk away as soon as you enter the establishment. One of the remaining two won't even look at you and the third after silly dilly dallying will ask you to pick up from the window. We would if you guys would've actually looked up from your personal conversations and pushing time as if you're in a park. This place has employees that don't care about anyone except themselves. Next time around I'll be getting names and calling corporate every single time this happens until they have been fired for sure. I pretty much always loved this place but haven't been around with all these new small ice cream locations everywhere. But this place never fails a Ice cream craving. There's easy parking in front and on side of building and it's easily accessed with a bus. My fav thing about cold stone is the flavor, I always loved the cake batter and the toppings to go with it . What made me write a review is the employee of this location on September 19th around 2:30pm. I wish I got his name but he was outstanding and so friendly. It happened to be a warm day so a lot of people came to this location. He handled everyone by himself with care and urgency. He made my daughter excited after a long school day which made my day. Good concept with ice cream. I like the idea behind Cold Stone and it tastes good too! They have a bunch to pick from that are all different flavor themed, Strawberry, Coffee, Chocolate, Peanut Butter, etc. They take the ice cream and mix it up with nuts, gummy bears, riece's peanut butter cups, candy bars, caramel, etc depending on what you get. You can add whatever you want too for extra. You can also get shakes and cakes and tubs of their ice cream pre made. Reminds me of a differant brand as a kid. As with most Cold Stone's, it can be a wait because each ice cream takes a few minutes to make. The staff at this one are all very nice. There is a parking lot a few stores down that you can use. read more

My favorite location! I must say the lines at this location are always long, I don't mine waiting because the staff is great. There very welcoming & nice they try to get you in and out as fast as they can, which is great when you have been waiting on a line for 20 minutes. There are so many nice people here to deal with so I don't see why it is difficult to have the employees welcome the customers, and service them in a timely manner. I grew up going to this cold stone and have always loved it. I went recently and the whole place looked bad. The freezers where they keep the ice cream were misplaced and the ice cream was melting in the freezers. The store itself was hot, customers were keeping the door open and no one was telling them to keep it closed. The counter behind the workers was disgusting there were ingredients everywhere, burned waffle cones. I ordered the Nintendo ice creams they didn't have the ingredients for them and they didn't put them in the promo cup. They had no strawberry, French vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. The guy making my ice cream took the wrong ice cream for one of my orders I had to correct him. And one of my ice creams called for icing he practically out half icing half ice cream so my ice cream came out blue. Also noticed that some employees would wipe the metal spoons on their clothes after taking them out of the dirty rinsing water to scoop the ice cream. Overall just very disappointing. read more

My husband to take me here on Saturday for the first time, upon entering the ice cream store it was hot the air conditioner was not working and the ice cream was basically melting. As I was reading the thermostat it was reading 88 degrees! Upon reaching to order my ice cream the refrigerators were hot and the ice creams were all melting, but as to the customer service I would not give a bad review because the young gentleman that took care of our order was nice. And the service was good so could not complain. Overall the ice cream was still good. Will I be returning yes! The ice cream was still good even though it was basically melting. They are so focused on online orders that are due in an hour, rather than customers giving them business in the store. There were three employees at the counter and no one helped us. Cold stone is a very large ice cream chain and one of the best competitors out there. They leave the brownies out in the open as flies literally land on them and still tried to put the brownie into my ice cream! Just extremely gross. Wow....this place is incredible. My wife and I was just introduced to Cold Stone by a friend. The wait time was about 8-10 before we were served, but it was so worth the wait. Watching those gentlemen's scoping out ice cream and mixing it together like they're working in Hibachi Grill was just like an art work. After observing the two gentlemen's I've realized how challenging their work could get, from dealing with customers that's so amazed by the place to dealing with blisters and frost bites. even though the line was out the store, every customer was served with a smile and left happy. I would like to say maybe the owner of this place should hire an additional 2-3 workers since the price for 2 "cookie dough'nt you want it" came up to $16. (he just needs to sell about 24 signature ice cream per day to cover 2 additional two employees). Your workers are incredible, please treat them right. I would definitely visit Cold Stone often, I even plan on bring some of my friends and family here in the future. Great job guys (9-30-13). read more

I always come to this location since it's closer to my house . We all hate the long lines but it's kinda goes by fast if you keep your self busy by playing a game or two . I usually don't have to wait more than 10 min . Last time I visited was a Friday night around 8 PM and there was a short line . My favorite is the regular vanilla ice cream with many different topping depending on my mood . But I normally get the vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips , crunch , and the sugar cone in one . This place is clean and there bathroom isn't working and they don't have a a lot of seating options. read more

follow up to the lousy customer service. I know called the main corporate number no one is helping to get my refund or even to call me back about my complaint. Every time I hear it will be escalated... The regional manager is supposed to call me still never got that call.
