Scraped my Subaru on a pole real bad. Dropped it off here, couple weeks later. Looks like new. Didn't expect this but they detailed the inside really well also. Shoutout Steve and the collision masters team.

I brought my beautiful $100k car to this shop at the recommendation of my dealership to have a piece on my bumper cover replaced. It was an easy enough job, but they botched the repair (see attached pics) and denied any wrongdoing. On the bumper cover, under the trim piece they replaced, there was some kind of white flakiness. It looks like it might be glue or clear coat or possibly damage to the bumper cover plastic itself. I haven't found out what it is yet because they refused to make it right. There are also some scratches on the bumper cover next to one of the headlamps. They gave me half the old trim piece back (sawed in half) and showed me a pic of my bumper cover before their work that just showed a white reflection in the affected area. These "exhibits" were their proof of no wrongdoing. If you're going to lie to my face, at least be good at it. I will be taking them to court per my lawyer's recommendation. I had other problems besides this. They used the wrong/generic fasteners but charged me for OEM parts. For those who are unfamiliar, OEM fasteners are very expensive. For my car, some pop rivets cost upwards of $15 each. This job called for the replacement of many of them. I found a pop rivet under the hood that appeared to have fallen out because it wasn't installed correctly. There are gouge marks nearly everywhere where they had to remove fasteners. And the thing that really pissed me off was the giant glob of hardened body filler they left on the door sill. When I told one of the ladies who works there (Bedina), she said (with a foul attitude) my car was like that when I brought it in. Really? I brought my $100k car into you with body filler stuck on it? Give me a break. They reluctantly "cleaned" it off, leaving behind a white stain and scratches that my detailer was fortunately able to remove. I will be having a body shop that my lawyer works with address the issues above and document any other hidden problems or damages. I'm astounded that Collision Masters are ok with such shoddy workmanship, especially on such an expensive car, and treating their customers like absolute dirt when there is a problem. If a customer has a valid complaint about your work, you do not give them attitude, or instantly deny any and all wrongdoing. You listen, be polite, and take accountability. I was very patient and polite throughout the whole ordeal, but they couldn't even extend the same courtesy. I will be sharing this experience with the general manager of my dealership so no one else has to waste their time or money here. See you in court, CM.

My car has been there sense February.

Truck still ran poor, brought it back so they could see if the coil or spark plus were firing correctly. They were he replaced the other 7 coils, and recharged the air conditioner which was not mentioned, when I complained he removed the charge. My wife noticed a handwritten charge on both receipts, finally figured out it said card run fee, because I used my charge card, both times the fix cost over $1200 each, then the charges for fees on credit card was $97.41 no where did it state I would be charged a fee for using a credit card, our friend who works for mac recommended him, I would not. They work on cars and fix things and charge huge prices, when I called two other mechanics I have used before, I was told the total cost for the coils and labor would be $899 minus 20% for aaa discount. Make sure IF you ever use these people you tell them not to do any of the work until you hear from them on the amount before the work is started.I'll be calling my back once this clears through and file a dispute on charges not authorized.

Been going to ProCar for more than 10 years (finally decided age demanded someone younger than me…read morework on my own cars, something I'd done for 40 years since high-school autoshop and working on my cars with my dad who was a mechanic- everything from oil changes and tune ups to engine rebuilds, so I'm pretty knowledgeable.). That said, Corey has lots more experience and knowledge than I do (I tell him what I think is wrong, and half the time he suggests maybe something else, and darned if he isn't right! I'd have found it eventually after everything else I did didn't fix it). My suburban stopped running down in Utah one hot summer and had to get towed to a shop 80 miles further down the road (that night's destination, actually, lucky me..) - called Corey for a first 'second opinion' and after symptom discussion he suggested over the phone an overheated original fuel pump - never woulda thunk it, bad gas?, fuel filter?, computer?, yea.. fuel pump? Nah.. - the Utah shop replaced the fuel pump and confirmed it. I learn something new every day no matter how hard I try. My advice is that when you find a good mechanic with integrity at a reasonable price, stick with him. He's more than a mechanic, he's a trusted friend now. Even though it's not to my benefit to recommend him (hard enough getting an appointment because he's pretty busy as it is), I selfishly want him to stay in business, so yea, I highly recommend ProCar. (BTW, that 1-star rating back in 2018 was a vehicle with all the emissions stuff removed. State law at the time would not grant a waiver in that situation - the emissions equipment at least had to be present. Everyone involved came away with a 'bad attitude' about it).
