They were careful to protect my floors while transferring the old equipment and installing the new units. They were on time, polite and worked through the oppressive heat and air pollution we experienced today. I was especially pleased that they solved a few cosmetic details that I had concerns about. Fact - they claim the service is good for one year - they came to the house once and never fixed the problem. They were contacted numerous times. They never proposed a solution. They will not answer the phone, zero customer service, zero warranty , obviously they DO NOT stand by their work nor do they care about customer satisfaction. Additionally the very sensitive receptionist - so watch what you say. Don't complain or be disappointed after spending $4,600 and your AC is no better than the day before they serviced your unit. The office receptionist is arrogant , short tempered and obnoxious. Probably rudest person I've ever done business with. Of course she hangs up on you. She's a coward. I asked for a referral for someone who could complete the repair but was told to do an internet search. In short, they did half a job, left exposed wiring in a child's bedroom and did not have the decency to either call me to tell me they could not finish the job or recommend someone who could. After calling a few, I decided to give All Hours Energy a shot. They are licensed and had some decent reviews and local. I called to make an appointment with them. I explained my situation and that I had the parts sent from Navien and they set me up with Wed 1/23 from 11-4. I got a text and phone call close to 11am letting me know tech was on the way. The tech arrived about 11:10am. A friendly guy by the name of Juan. He assessed my issues and started working on the repairs. He repaired the existing leaks on the union and also repaired a leak on condensate line. Everything was done in about an hour. Juan showed me what he did and that was it. Simple, not too painful cost wise and a professional tech. Trying to find a new company for any type of repair can be discouraging. This has been the first new boiler company that I have needed in years. I am glad that I gave them a shot and I will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

When they finally followed my contractors instructions. There was a leak from the toilet not being seated correctly. Completely destroyed my renovation in my living room. Their plumbers are inexperienced and one of the plumbers would not respond and ignored my queries. To the point that I had to demand an response in an angry matter. I would beware to use them, not the old yonkers plumbing. No discount or retribution offered even though I requested one for ruining my living room renovation.
